Thanks to Wayne for saving my laptop! I did not want to have to start all over & buy a brand new computer. I was used to the one I had & it was in great condition aside from the cracked screen (I stepped on it in the middle of the night when I got up to use the restroom...it had slid off my bed at some point...lesson learned!). After I damaged it, it sat in a box all alone in my closet for a few years & in the meantime I was using a chrome book. It was okay for awhile but with too many limitations. I basically used it for Netflix streaming & checking emails. Starting a new job working from home definitely pushed me to get my trusty old computer out of the box and in to the computer doctor's office! Best computer repair service ever! Wayne replied immediately to arrange a time for me to drop off my husband's failed diy laptop battery replacement. Not only did he replace the battery (and scavenged to find replacement screws for those lost in the diy) but he replaced the hard drive and transferred all of the data to create a better than new, fully functional laptop. I have known Wayne Simpson since April 2007 when he set up shop near us. Even now, I have to pinch myself that someone with 30 years of experience with computers and IT has established himself less than a mile from my house! It'd be like the former White House chief butler setting up an event planning company in your neighborhood. I have bought 5-6 computers and supporting paraphernalia from Wayne over the years. With all the thousands of names you could call yourself, why on earth would you choose the name Integrity Computer if you didn't intend to operate your business with at least a modicum of integrity? Wayne would sooner drink poison than cheat anyone or treat them unfairly. If he were to make a mistake, he would rectify it immediately. However, one thing you cannot do is blame YOUR mistakes on him. If you come in with a crashed hard drive, you cannot blame HIM for breaking it, just because he's not able to recover your data. Wayne is a great guy and for repairing computers and handling IT issues, I doubt seriously there is anyone better in 30066. If you are working from home and not happy with your setup, CALL WAYNE! Had my daughters laptop taken in by my boyfriend to help trouble shoot network issues with the laptop. He specifically told him to let him know what the charge would be before he worked on it. He did not follow this request. He then told him it would be $240 and that that problem was fixed. We told him that was unfair because we had no intentions of paying over $150 to fix it. Have been trying to get the lap top back but he never answers the phone and isn't there when we come by. It's been over a month 6 weeks now. Basically looks like he stole my teenagers Lap top. The name of this business is ironic because there's not much integrity with the way this business is ran. Very disappointed. read more

About a year ago, I took my computer in because it was having network problems. A few days later and $200 gone, issue was not fix. Because he wiped my computer, I lost some very expensive software. In the end, it turn out to be a bad network card which I replaced myself. Beware, my sense is this is just a side hustle. After reading the other reviews it seems if the problem is outside his knowledge, he just wipe your computer and hope it fix the problem, while still charging whether it fix or not. read more
