So i did not hesitate to call him again for the back glass of my iPhone 13 pro Well Tom came over and sat in his van and fixed my iPhone 13 pro or at least I thought so. I came inside and not 10 minutes later my front screen was popping off of the phone. I messaged and told him about this, and he responded back with telling me that because they had to remove the clips to remove the back the front clips might be lose well it was more than that the LCD screen was off and on even when it was just sitting there on the table. I messaged again that morning asking if someone could come and look at my phone because I cannot send him a screenshot of the damage obviously and he blew me off for about a week. Finally, he had someone named Ian come out to look at the front screen and Ian told me that the clips on the front were,gone so I got my iPhone 13 pro fixed the back glass was broken on it nut nothing was wrong with the front of the glass at all. After booking an appointment someone who has an issue with their work you are no longer important because they won't come back and fix it unless they charge you again and again they don't even give you a discount I learned a lesson to never do business with someone who is not apple certified yeah he charges 100 dollars to fix your phone however it takes him all of 3 minutes to do it and it'll be broken again in less than a month so if you just bite the bullet and go to an apple certified place and pay maybe 200 your phone will still be eligible for trade in and it won't break permanently in a money or less i mean if you want to throw the phone away let him fix it or if you think because someone knows something you don't you can watch a YouTube video and learn how to do it just as easily and not give your money to this greedy man he is hands down a crook i promise you the biggest crook!!! Your response to my post about your company shows right there that you truly are a piece of shit I mean most businesses ask the person how they could've made their experience better bot not you. You already know you are a piece of work and you'll just about do whatever you have to do to get a sale and if someone has an issue with your work you are 'too busy' to come back and look at the work you did but if they have something else their wanting to pay for you'll be right there. It's all good I have seen your type before you wont make it long in life. You;ll end up dying early of something like a heart attack or something bless your heart.

I called to let them know she would be coming in and they had everything ready for her. James was knowledgeable and knew how to work with a foreign car. He changed out her battery and made sure there was no other underlying issues. He was kind and professional to my daughter and myself. A guy like him, that took all of my frantic questions, and completed this in record time should be acknowledged!!!

But, today, with a dead battery, I have to change this rating to 2-stars and complain. They expect customers to somehow carry the dead battery back to their store where they say it can take anywhere from 24-48 hours for them to run tests to determine if the warranty claim will be honored. In my case, the warranty runs out in 3 more years, 2025. But, I am told by them NOT to get my vehicle jump started because that could interfere with their testing. Furthermore, they say that it would mean leaving my battery-less vehicle abandoned in their shopping center parking lot for 24-48 hours with no security. Since I have purchased vehicle batteries from other places and never run into such an arcane, inconvenient process to exercise the battery warranty for replacement, I feel I have no other choice but to write this as a warning to prospective customers. Do NOT buy a vehicle battery from here UNLESS you already have more than one vehicle. Because, if you only have one vehicle and their battery dies, it's not going to be easy to get a replacement. FYI, I also called the HQ of Batteries+ and they told me the same thing. In my opinion, this policy is designed to discourage customers from exercising their rights under the warranty and should be investigated by the proper authorities.

    I had such a great experience with I Will Fix Your IPhone…read more They were quick, the customer service was amazing, and my phone looks brand new!! I came in with a cracked iPhone X with a case that clearly was not protecting my phone because the screen protector and the actual screen was broken. They fixed my screen and I ended up getting a privacy screen protector and the cutest pink phone case. I will definitely be recommending them in the future!!!

I was told that the place is closing early and they will not be open on Saturday and Sunday as well. Guy up front asked if I wanted to drop it off on Monday instead of leaving it over the weekend. I told him no thanks ( I'm already here so why not leave it ). Got a phone call an hour later stating that the screen is messed up so he will work on the screen. So forward to Monday ( today 12:47pm) I called and ask about the iPad , I was told by the NEW MANAGER that he is putting the screen on right now so give him a few. I asked was 10-20 minutes ok and he stated no later than 2pm. Ok Got a call at 3:02pm that the iPad is READY ! Got to the place at 3:23pm and the iPad NOT FIX. The guy up front said give him a few minutes because it was working and he not sure whats going on. Ok cool. I told him we will go grab something to eat and come right back. Still no iPad ( ok cool we will sit in the car and eat ). I decided to walk in the place at 4:25 cause at this point we have been waiting for an hour. Lucky the iPad is working !!! I showed NEW MANAGER the coupon and he stated it's not his it's old management doing. Now the problem I'm having with THE NEW MANAGER IS you had us waiting for a damn hour and you can't grant the coupon or say let me take something off for having y'all wait this damn long???! Take the shit down then
