And I did it IMMEDIATELY. I went to this store to get everything set up. After visiting this place 3-4 times for various issues, I realized these are some of the friendliest most helpful mofo's ever. Today I went for a simple issue. I didnt have my charger, and my phone was dead..so I needed to charge it. I was greeted with a friendly greeting, and immediately helped. While my phone charged, I brought in my laptop to do some work. I was interrupted 2x....one time an associate made a quick joke about the Yankees cap that I was wearing...the other time one of the employees suggested that I turn off my blue tooth on my mac so all my information was not available... Helpful/kind/funny..for no reason at all. Although the service with AT&T sucks, the employees are incredible, and never give me any grief. Keep up the good work.

After calling the store about the situation they're only reasoning was that it my have been some sort of "glitch" on the stores end....doubt that. I guess it is more of a way for them to get their commission check. Basically just do all your business with getting a phone online.

I cannot install my OS because the HDD controller is probably set to RAID mode. Looking back later I noticed that this listing did not have any bios pictures like their other listings...so incriminating. It was also packed very poorly with no packaging on two sides of the laptop. There was an imprint of the laptop in the cardboard box. no padding between laptop and charger. They ignored my messages for 2.5 business days until I mentioned contacting ebay. It is still unresolved over a week after arrival. The listing was as follows: "Laptop tested to be in excellent working condition. Has scruffs and scratches see photos for details. Does not include charger, battery, ssd/storage, or os. Sold as-is [...specs...] With no operating system and SSD included, users can customize the system to their preferences."

My husband first got his phone on Saturday and he was assisted by Robert. He helped my husband choose the best phone at the best price for him. He helped him to remove extra fees that were on our bill that were unnecessary, resulting in a lower monthly bill (even with the purchase of a new phone), and once the phone was selected, he migrated all of my husband's info from his old phone to his new phone. Great transaction. I went back a few days later to upgrade my phone also. All sales associates were busy at the time I walked in, but one of the young men acknowledged me and told me that someone would get to me as soon as possible. I really appreciated that. I was ultimately assisted by Brian. He was as helpful as Robert was a few days earlier. He set up my phone, migrating my info from the old phone to the new one, helped me find a new case for my phone, and he even installed the scratch-resistant cover on my screen while he was migrating my info to the new phone. Not only was he quick and efficient in assisting me, but he was also very personable and friendly. I felt like this was another great interaction. I would gladly go back to this location in the future. Highly recommended.

Just recently went from AT&T to Verizon, and it was the worst decision I could've made. I went in…read morewanting a family plan and was told by Donnell that my husband's phone will only be six dollars a month and if we traded his phone, we will get a $600 gift card and all these perks so it sounded great. We signed up gave him the old phone and got the Verizon phone and thought everything was set. We get our first bill and his phone is not six dollars and that is not including the service fee and startup charges. And we never received our $600 gift card like promised. When we called to ask about it, they said they still had our phone and it was never turned in. They were going to fix the situation now and we got a ticket number to reference it from the "manager" Sophia. I Was also told they would follow up in 24 hours to make sure we received our gift card. no one followed up. We never got a gift card. We went back to the store to find out what was going on. They looked up the reference number and nothing was linked to it. Everything everyone said was a lie. They basically just stole our money to gain our business and lie to us. Do not go there do not trust them. It's all a scam. I am still to this day trying to get in touch with a true manager to speak too but no luck.

I say that because I'm one of those annoying people who doesn't much care for leaving tips; I'd rather see them just put the "tip" into the cost of the service. But it's not that big a deal. Josh, the employee that helped us, was with another customer but greeted us and was very polite. When we got up to the counter my husband expressed he thought the problem was with his iPhone's charging port. Josh examined the phone, agreed and took the phone to the back to see what he could do. When he returned to the front with the phone he plugged it up so we could see it was charging efficiently. Now, a couple days later, the iPhone is still preforming and charging much better than it had been. I was impressed with Josh's care, not only with the iPhone, but also with explaining to us the ins and outs. If My husband or I have any other malfunctions it's great to know we already have an excellent place to go with fabulous customer service and fantastic technical support.
