Now at this point they have closed the shop despite posting a sign which says Monday-Sunday 10 AM-8 PM and disappeared. Yesterday I was able to leave voicemails. Today, the phone number says 'voicemail has not been set up.' Absolutely not recommended.

The person behind the counter when I arrived actually provided me with a set of tools at no charge to try on my own, and told to come back if I had problems. The tools enabled me to do the repair myself. I was so touched by their ethical, helpful customer service and, it makes me determined to go to Peachtree Computers first when I have a related task I need to pay to have done. I trust them.

This chair is critical for her daily mobility. Someone at Batteries Plus in Woodstock recommended MarTech for micro soldering. I took the cord and remote and it was fixed in 2 hours. My understanding of micro soldering is taking a pen point sized spot on a microchip and attaching a smaller wire. This place is awesome.
