I messaged and told him about this, and he responded back with telling me that because they had to remove the clips to remove the back the front clips might be lose well it was more than that the LCD screen was off and on even when it was just sitting there on the table. I messaged again that morning asking if someone could come and look at my phone because I cannot send him a screenshot of the damage obviously and he blew me off for about a week.
