I was used to the one I had & it was in great condition aside from the cracked screen (I stepped on it in the middle of the night when I got up to use the restroom...it had slid off my bed at some point...lesson learned!). After I damaged it, it sat in a box all alone in my closet for a few years & in the meantime I was using a chrome book. It was okay for awhile but with too many limitations. I basically used it for Netflix streaming & checking emails. Starting a new job working from home definitely pushed me to get my trusty old computer out of the box and in to the computer doctor's office! For a very reasonable fee, Wayne changed out the broken screen, updated the system to Windows 10, put in a shiny new hard drive & transferred all of my data. My baby is back in action. My father was recently the victim of spear phishing and his computer was compromised and a…read moremalicious 3rd party gained access to his PC and his bank. Ron was compassionate, sympathetic, and professional. He talked in plain English with me about the nature of the types of viruses and trojans that compromised my father's PC. He set up an Admin account for me and a User sign in for my father to prevent unwanted software from being installed and made further security suggestions. Ron even offered to print out a detailed receipt for my father to give to his bank to certify a professional cleaned the PC. I wouldn't hesitate to use Everything Computers again. I had a less than positive experience at another Best Buy, so we decided to drive a little further…read moreto the store in Kennesaw. I was purchasing a new phone for one of my family members. Wes, the service associate and AT&T certified advisor, helped us. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He answered all of our questions and ensured that the new phone was set up correctly. At one point, we had a request that required a manager's assistance. Taj, the assistant store manger, came to save the day and help us complete the entire transaction. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review is because I later found out that they had attached our newly purchased Total Tech and Apple Care to my wife's account, not mine. This was an account that my wife had not used in over 12 years, and it was attached to an email address which she no longer has access to. I ended up spending 2 hours on the phone with Best Buy Customer Service twice, and nobody was able to transfer the Total Tech and Apple Care to my account. So, I was pleased with the service and support provided by Wes and Taj but later ran into lots of headaches when dealing with Best Buy.

No regrets. The setup's better than expected: couches and stools in the waiting area, WiFi that actually works, and vending machines stocked with snacks and drinks if you're in it for the long haul. Plenty of food options nearby, too, if your wash cycle turns into lunch. Big washers are $5.00, dryers run you 25¢ for every 5 minutes. Bring quarters or hit the change machine--it's right near the vending machines. Bonus: they offer fluff & fold services. I used to love this when I lived in San Diego--there's something magical about getting your laundry back clean, folded, and ready to put away like you have your life together. This time around, I brought my GuppyFriend bag (because microplastic pollution is real), and asked the staff if the machines have built-in filters. The person on duty didn't know but said she'd ask the owner. Until then? Happy to have my own microplastic plan in place. Overall? Splish Splash Laundromat is clean, convenient, and worth the spin.
