The setup's better than expected: couches and stools in the waiting area, WiFi that actually works, and vending machines stocked with snacks and drinks if you're in it for the long haul. Plenty of food options nearby, too, if your wash cycle turns into lunch. Big washers are $5.00, dryers run you 25¢ for every 5 minutes. Bring quarters or hit the change machine--it's right near the vending machines. Bonus: they offer fluff & fold services. I used to love this when I lived in San Diego--there's something magical about getting your laundry back clean, folded, and ready to put away like you have your life together. This time around, I brought my GuppyFriend bag (because microplastic pollution is real), and asked the staff if the machines have built-in filters. The person on duty didn't know but said she'd ask the owner. Until then? Happy to have my own microplastic plan in place. Overall? We started putting our quarters into a $7.00 machine. It took $2.00 then jammed. A sweet little girl came over to try to help. She was able to get the jammed quarters back but said her mom (possibly the manager?) would have to help us get the $2.00 returned and would be in shortly. We moved our clothes to the next machine and paid the $7.00 without a problem. The mom arrived shortly, yelled at the little girl, then yelled at us. "The machine is not jammed, you need to put in $5.00 more!". She refused to listen to our explanation that clothes were washing in another machine. We just wanted the $2.00 refunded. She kept saying the machine wasn't jammed and stormed off. We are retired professionals waiting for delivery of our new machine and needing the laundromat for a few loads. The whole situation was very upsetting to us and we wouldn't recommend going there read more

The attendant was awesome. Bathroom did not have water running from sink available nor hand sanitizer, which cut one star. The staff definitely went above and beyond to assist me as a first time customer. The machines were clean (60 lbs for there large washing machine which accommodated my king size comforter and some additional towels) and very effective in getting my king size comforter clean and fluffed! Quarters are used here and the bill changer worked well. Having cups to store the quarters in was helpful and a nice touch. They also will convert any additional quarters to bills after you are done. Very pleased to see that they reuse the cups too. The area is physically tight. Going early helps when not as many people are there. They do have WiFi accessibility and a bar like table with close by outlets that you can work while you wait. Additional charges for extra rinse or heavy soiled clothes is to be expected in today's inflated environment. Super clean overall, and machines in working order! Attendants really care about meeting needs by answering questions and thoroughly and frequently sanitizing folding tables, and floors. I rarely used laundromats , but I decided to come by here and get it done all at once . To my surprise when I walked in, not only is it under new management but spotless . I assumed one of the owners greeted me at the door by opening the door and helping me bring my things inside . I looked around and there are plenty of washers in different sizes. The cost to wash is about average if you like clean laundromats with working equipment. Someone will always attend to the laundromat which is a plus in my opinion. Unattended laundromats are the most neglected. This place looked inviting , the floors were clean enough that if I dropped my clean clothes on them , I wouldn't feel like they needed washing again. You know what I mean? We've all been to one of those . The seating area was nice enough to stay and I wasn't prepared to stay. Normally I go back to the car, because they usually look grungy... it's a word to me . I'll definitely stay next time and relax, bring a book . Everything worked fine, the change machine and the washers and dryers . I had to ask for the key to the bathroom but I didn't mind. It didn't look like a broke down shack in the back of a gas station . Thank goodness. There were also a decent amount of folding tables and they looked fine. No issues . Utilized this place when my dryer went out. Clean, prices reasonable and snacks for purchase. Two couches and an TV. Staff extremely friendly. My only complaint is they allowed dogs inside. The dog ran up jumped on the couch. He also pooped inside on the floor. read more

I had used Splish Splash several years ago. I was pleasantly pleased with the upgrades to the facilities. The staff was super friendly and the laundromat was very clean. I was able to knock out 8 loads of laundry in no time! Simple things like small cups by the change machine make a big difference when you are juggling laundry and quarters!! I was able to relax for a few minutes on the freshly slip covered couch while the laundry finished. The super large capacity washers and dryers are awesome!! My king size comforter was washed perfectly clean for $6.75, and dried for $1.25 all in less than 90 minutes. ( I could have dropped it off for $22 and picked it up in 2 hours but I am a DYI) New owners, new machines, everything clean and well maintained. Very nice, helpful attendants. read more

Date of vist April 8th. I often do my laundry here but this Saturday was a little different but a good different I currently have stage 4 cancer. I often do the laundry by myself getting it in and out but when Terry saw me pull up she ran to the door and help me get my laundry in and get it started with me. She carried my laundry out after we discussed my recent kidney surgery. Then before I pulled away she hugged me and asked could she pray for me such a beautiful soul she is. Needed to stop by a laundromat on our way out of town as my husband and I were just traveling through for business. The washers are cleaner which is more than I can say for some laundromats. The price is pretty normal $2 for a regular washer for a 25 min. cycle. The staff is friendly in here and made change for my $20. My washing machine broke down when it was in the middle of a cycle and I needed to re-wash my laundry before drying it. Hence, o needed to find a laundromat. I hadn't been to a laundromat in maybe 15 years. I found this laundromat not too far from me on Yelp. On a late Sunday morning it was extremely crowded, but I managed to find a couple of machines within about two minutes. They cost $2 for a 25 minute cycle. One of them didn't start right away. I didn't notice Thai for about 15 minutes. Then I discovered that you needed to press hard on the lid to get it to start. There wasn't air conditioning and they had a lot of fans running. It want the most comfortable place. There was a television playing local news. I would have preferred to have been left in peace. There's some benches where you can sit. I elected to bring my clothes home nd dry them there rather than pay another $2 or so in quarters to dry them. read more

I've been going to them off and on over the 15 years I've lived here and these past few years they seem to be getting worse and worse. Most of the dryers and washers have a constant "Out of Order" sign. Depending on the day your go and the assistant working will depend on the type of service you receive. I can only imagine the business he'd receive if all washers and dryers worked daily. One thing that does bother me is if a patron only needs to wash a load and arrives at 8pm, they should allow them to wash. I understand turning away those who need to wash and dry. Filthy place. Inch thick dust on all fans and surfaces. Old dirty carpet. If your in a fix to wash clothes , they have machines in decent working order but this place is nasty.
