It had to have been purposely done, although im not sure why, because i was very nice and polite when dropping off my laundry. I have washed my own clothes before and the same blouses did not get damaged. When I contacted the business, the employee asked a series of questions. I was asked about the damage of the clothes, what date I dropped my clothes off to them, and to bring a copy of the tag stapled to the bag of completed laundry, along with the damaged clothes. I was asked to return to the business to show the damaged clothing. When I arrived and showed them the clothing, the staff became very unpleasant and rude. I was shocked as to how I could pay for a service, my clothes are damaged in the process, and the employees take absolutely no responsibility for what happened. Even though they had proof in their own records of the day I dropped the clothes off and I was able to show a tag that was placed on the bags of completed clothes, they still denied it was their fault. Not only were they very rude to me and denied responsibility, they did not even offer a store credit, a refund of the amount I paid for the service, or at the very least an apology. The employees at this laundry mat are very unprofessional when resolving issues to say the least! Drop your clothes off here at your own risk! I would not recommend coming to this laundry mat or paying for the wash and fold service if you value your belongings. I will be contacting the better business bureau regarding this situation

Plenty of food options nearby, too, if your wash cycle turns into lunch. Big washers are $5.00, dryers run you 25¢ for every 5 minutes. Bring quarters or hit the change machine--it's right near the vending machines. Bonus: they offer fluff & fold services. I used to love this when I lived in San Diego--there's something magical about getting your laundry back clean, folded, and ready to put away like you have your life together. This time around, I brought my GuppyFriend bag (because microplastic pollution is real), and asked the staff if the machines have built-in filters. Almost half the machines are out of order. It felt like being in a parking lot waiting for people to take their clothes out of other machines. As for the dryers about the same. For some that looked like they worked in fact didn't so people were putting their money into machines that weren't functioning as they should. Unfortunately most laundromats have the policy of wash here dry here so taking wet clothes elsewhere isn't an option. I hope they correct this soon.

It had benches and chairs, TV's, a stocked vending machine, etc. it was always just kept up well. But NOW?! It's awful! There is no chairs in the whole place. The vending machine is empty, the TV doesn't work and a whole row of washers were broken forcing you to use the more expensive machines. The floors were filthy, the change machine was out of order & the attendant just sat in a chair playing on his phone and when he did get up to move around, he smelled so badly!! I don't know what happened to this place but it is eerily creepy inside and I probably won't return. I came because the facility in my complex was broken & i remembered how pleasant it was, but I was thoroughly disappointed.

We separated the laundry into the proper baskets and agreed upon a pick up time. Laundry was ready when I showed up it was done as requested and in fact they had done more than I anticipated and press several articles of clothing that I have not asked to be priced and didn't charge me for it because they felt it needed to be done. The ticket was somewhere around $60 and by my estimation it would have cost me at least $20 in coins to launder and dry the clothes plus hours sitting in a laundromat and I would still have had to iron a dozen pieces of clothing and have a 10 or $15 bill for Dry cleaning. And at the end Horseman the book nearly as well as they did with a professional doing the work. I don't live in the area but if I did they'd be my go to the dry cleaners and launderer.
