Super impressed with The Laundry Link pick up and delivery service. I am a first time customer and was super nervous about dropping my clothes off with a facility I've never seen in person or have heard of. We are new to the area and have been so behind on unpacking and laundry. I decided to take a chance with their services. I had about 50 pounds of laundry (I know, don't judge me lol). I set my pick up and delivery date online. Shortly after, I received a text confirmation. I used the code "20PICK" for 20% off first time pick up and delivery. On pick up date, I was informed via text when the driver was en route to my home. I set my bags of laundry on the porch in laundry bags. Once the driver picked them up, I was informed via text that they were taken off the porch. The next day, I received another text that the driver was en route back to my house and a final text confirming drop off. I could not believe my eyes how smoothly this process went. From the moment I opened my door, I SMELLED MY LAUNDRY THROUGH THE BAGS. Not only did I smell my laundry, everything was SO neatly folded and hung up. I also received my personal laundry bags back. The clothes were folded and stacked neatly in tighter bags to ensure the clothes did not come unfolded. I have military parents -- even they would be impressed with the innate attention to detail these folks gave to my laundry. The pricing is extremely reasonable (even without a coupon). Machines and app are decent enough but it's hot as hell and the people there are rude as hell. Don't sit in one of their massage chairs for a minute without paying. Funny part the clientele is not paying for a massage chair they are at a laundromat. Rest of chairs and areas to sit suck and it's pretty miserable temperature wise If only hotel had a washer and dryer. read more

I'd always been pleased with the competition down the road .... but I like to give new businesses a leg up by tryin' them out. (Note that my level of patronage is minimal with once-a-year visits, to wash my comforter.) As others reported, Laundry Link boasts plenty of parking, lots of modern machines and ... to my delight, a deal! Prepared to sit and kill time, the owner -- an affable fellow who insisted on carrying the comforter in -- said that they were having a special. $12 to wash my king-sized comforter. Woowee!!! I never really thought of a laundromat being a place of 5 start service but this one deserves all that and then some!! I'm a novice to laundromats but had to wash a king size comforter so here I am. The attendants came over to assist when I was clearly looking at the large machine puzzled by where to put the detergent. After getting help with that they helped me identify what settings to choose, where the change machine was then even helped me with the drying cycle settings too. Not only that but they checked my load and fluffed it without me even asking. I appreciate the help and their kindness really went a long way on a day that was nothing sorry if exhausting for me. I just moved to a new residence and found this laundromat not far from home. As soon as I opened the door I wanted to turn and go the other way. The floors are atrocious, it seems they haven't been washed in months! Garbage was shoved under a folding table. Had it not been my being tired from moving, need to wash after work, I would hav gone somewhere else. The attendant was nice, a young lady was cleaning machines, and the machines and various amenities (includes a children's play area that is extremely soiled) were very current, but what a turn-off to do business in such a filthy environment. read more

Though there's a laundromat down the street I decided to stop by and see what they were all about. I use the laundromat to wash my comforters and bath mats. Upon walking in your greeted with nice cold air conditioning, brightly lit and a smiling attendant. The attendant shows you around and explains the machines and dryers. There's various size washers as well as dryers and all were brand new and working (a little jab). They offer drop off services in case you just don't want to wash your own laundry. I brought my own detergent but was pleasantly surprised at the size of mini detergents they offered in the vending machine. I will be returning and will recommend their business to those in need of a comfortable welcoming laundromat. read more

My washer and dryer doesn't work at the moment and I've been coming here and I LOVE their customer service and clean it is! They have an air hockey table, video games, books for kids to read, vending machines and massage chairs. What more can a girl with 4 young boys ask for? The staff is always so sweet and helpful! This is a very clean and bright laundromat. They have a play area for kids, 2 flat screen tv and a full time attendant. They have large and regular sized washers that take coins. $4.75 for a large wash that equalls 2 loads at home. There is also wash fold services here. I highly recommend. I had been struggling with severe mental & physical health issues for months and accumulated about 50lbs of dirty laundry (I know) that I couldn't do myself. At the per lb prices this place offers plus free pickup & delivery, I was honestly not expecting much. But I was blown away! ONE day turnaround, first of all, and second, my clothes were handled with such care it's insane. I don't even wash my clothes like this. They got stains out that had been set in for years that I hadn't even considered they would notice. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted from me. Anyone who struggles with depression knows how incredible it can feel to take a shower and put on clean clothes for the first time in seemingly forever. Some laundry needs are too big to tackle at home with smaller washers/dryers. I knew I needed to go to a laundromat to wash some bedding so I looked for places with people on staff and free wifi. The Laundry Link had three people on staff the day I went who were all super friendly and extremely helpful. I accidentally put laundry detergent where the fabric softener goes and a man on staff was so helpful in getting it all sorted out. I also forgot the bring cash for change AND I forgot detergent. (You would think I've never been to a laundromat before.) But there were no issues because they had an ATM and a vending machine full of laundry essentials. Due to covid they ask that people wait for their laundry in their car, so be expecting that. Overall, very nice people and clean facilities! read more

Best laundromat I have ever been in. I travel in my camper all over america so I visit lots of laundromats. This is by far the cleanest and best maintained facility i have ever seen. The prices are good too. Machines are new and modern. Dryers work well. They have a few giant washers and dryers for stuff like sofa cushions and king sized bedding. There is a large utility sink in the back. The owner actually works there and is polite and friendly. They have drop off services for 1.25$/ pound. It is in a nice safe area with lots of parking. Also it has air conditioning!! There is plenty of seating, 2 large screen tv, an air hockey table, and small childrens play area. Even the bathroom is clean. read more

Extremely clean and nice. Went around noon on a Saturday to wash dog beds and coach covers. Was more expensive than I was expecting, but I'm not exactly up to date on my laundry mat pricing. I used one extra large machine, 2 medium machines, 1 large dryer, 2 medium dryers spent $27. Machines only take coins, but there is an ATM and change machine. I have a business 1/2 a block away and so I have to go in often to wash up my towels, sheets, etc from my business and EVERYTIME I go in the owner is always so polite and pleasant, he he friendly and speaks to everyone, the facility is always clean and in order, machines are up to date, clean and always in working order, there is always washers and dryers available as well.
