They left me waiting for someone to even acknowledge and when she did come to address me she asked me a question and I said I didn't understand her so could I can call someone who speaks Spanish and she said she said she would have to charge by the pound which is fine but the services is horrible and no one was in there and now i know why. read more

Ever since this place was taken over New management it hasn't been the same. The washers and dryers are always broken down. The customers and the employees use the folding tables for eating and there personal use, very little sitting area . If anyone can suggest of a better place please write me. They are very weird they will not stop looking at you and they are mean they said we slammed a door but we didn't even close the door. I needed to wash and dry a king size comforter as the equipment in my apartment is too small to handle. I washed the comforter without incident. Then to the drying - I used dryer 52. I put the temperature to 'medium' and inserted coins. After 7 minutes, I opened and fluffed the comforter. I restarted the dryer and then at 14 minutes opened to fluff again. The comforter was burned in several places. Of course, the owner advised they have signs posted that all laundry done is at your own risk. I don't want anyone else to experience what I did. I do feel the owner should have checked the dryer to ensure it is operating properly - or perhaps they did and simply did not consider responding to a customer with a burned comforter important. I felt I deserved to know the outcome of what they found. read more

I've been going to this laundry for 8 years and I've never had any problems before, but today it was terrible, the new owner is the worst person I've ever met, extremely rude, ignorant. The machine didn't do the washing process and she wanted me to pay again, even without washing the clothes, the machine didn't even turn on. I had to remove my clothes without having been washed and the owner of the business kept repeating several times "it's your fault" and would only put it in the wash if I paid again. I left there horrified and she didn't give me my money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone. read more

This place goes above and beyond for their customers! I was so behind on laundry due to not having a washer/dryer that we brought in 6 bags of clothes plus my comforter. They said we would have it by Sunday,but I ended up receiving a text the very next day around noon saying that everything was to be ready by 3pm! When I went to pick them up,they were all folded neatly in bags and the price for it all wasn't bad at all! The guy also helped me carry it out to my car. I was so IMPRESSED when I opened the bags at home to find all the clothes smelling wonderful,neatly pressed,folded,and amazing!! Not to mention,my comforter has never looked so clean! Worse customer service AND THEY WILL DAMAGE UR CLOTHES. Every-time i buy brand new clothes i have them washed before I wear them, in this case thats what I did. I dropped them at this laundry so the attendant can wash them for me, when I picked them soon as i got home i noticed 2 of my white shirt were full of pink stains, i called them and told them about the situation, the lady on the phone was very nonchalant and unapologetic, I asked who was the manager that I need to be refunded for this or something has to be done, she kept saying he's out of country She cannot call.So I decided to go back there and show them the damage and they were still unapologetic and were acting like I did the stain on the shirt or it came from me, I was just baffled how they were going back & forth with me, then they offered to wash it again to see if it will come off. I Came back this morning, the stains were still there but this time another lady was there who very apologetic and even said why would the person that washed your clothes mix them with color thats not good, and I agreed with her, she then advised next time i come to put on the receipt do not mix with colors ( IM NEVER COMING BACK THERE). Long story short, after picking up my clothes i soaked them in bleach & all the stains came off which tells me these people were lazy didn't want to make any effort in the mistake that they committed. Its just sad a laundry I've been going to for over 10 years, it just became worse when the new owner took over, the original owner were very friendly, I now agree with all the negative comments this business has. read more

Soapy Suds is a sanity saver! I called and spoke with Norbert (the owner). He assured me his business could handle my laundry demands. I had my doubts. I'm really picky about my laundry, but I simply do not have the time. I needed help. Norbert arrived at my home and picked up the 5 large black bags of laundry. He loaded it all himself. He is extremely friendly and helpful. His background in customer service really shines through. He let me know how the process worked and invited me to call should I have any questions. The next day, when my laundry was delivered, Norbert unloaded everything and brought it to my doorstep. As amazed as I was with Norbert himself, I was in for even more amazement. All the clothes were folded neatly, pressed and so fresh and clean. My clothes came back looking brand new! Some stains that I couldn't get rid of are now gone. They smell sooooo good! Soapy Suds, Norbert and his Girls deserve much respect! I will use them on a regular basis. If you need your laundry done, the prices are great, the service is above and beyond and you will be pleased more than you think a few loads of laundry could make you! I'm still smiling! We had an unfortunate experience at this laundromat. At a time when we had no access to a washer and dryer, we used the drop off laundry services and had one item missing each time we picked up our clothing. One item was a brand new shirt that I just purchased a few days earlier and the second was one of my husbands favorite hoodies that I bought him for our first Christmas together. Love this place; I've been a customer for over two years. I use the drop off service because laundry isn't my favorite thing to do.I love how they fold my clothes- organized, neat and tidy; my clothes smell so clean and fresh coming out the bag. They even place some items like blazers, dresses, dress pants and certain tops on hangers. The turnaround time always exceeds my expectations- I get a text when my clothes are ready to be picked up and it's usually a day or two before the day they originally estimate. It was a pleasant experience with a fairly clean and accommodating atmosphere with plenty of parking. A little on the expensive side in my opinion. However, just in case you forget something, they do sell detergent, dryer sheets etc at a reasonable price. If you get hungry while your waiting for your clothes to dry, there are some splendid Brazilian, Indian and Middle Eastern restaurants in the shopping plaza. read more

This is only my second laundromat experience but I'll have to say it's been a great one. The staff here was so helpful getting me started on the machines. I could use my debit card to get cash with only a $2 fee and they have everything you need behind the counter if you forget your own stuff. More than enough machines for everyone to use and free wifi! Will def come again. read more

Clean and convenient. While there were a few machines out of service, there were plenty that were functional. Two loads of laundry came out after a 30 minute wash, both nice and clean. In all seriousness, the prices are competitive, and the wash and fold service was a godsend. Unfortunately, I sent my girlfriend to pick the laundry up, and they only gave her three quarters of it, and kept my hamper, assuring her it was everything. Two trips and four days later, I finally have all of my clothes, as well as someone else's undies. I really wanted this place to live up to the reviews, but it did not. Great prices, there is always a staff member available for questions, and the washers and dryers work very well. The place is clean! I love this place, they make my life so easy, and the owners always put a smile on my face. I moved to Marietta 2 years ago and my house did not have a washer/dryer so I used their wash and fold service "temporarily" while waiting to get them and have never looked back (or bought that washer/dryer). The owners are fantastic - the entire family. When my daughter and I revisited the idea of getting our own washer/dryer we decided that we couldn't do without our weekly visits at the store with Norbert and Diana. I actually try to make sure I have time to linger when I go! On top of that, their service is great and they always accommodate my rush jobs when I have to travel. They'll even separate the laundry and keep the delicates out of the dryer or anything else you need. I highly recommend them! read more

UPDATE I called the next morning to get an update on my clothes. I believe I spoke with the dumbass owner, who isn't anything more than incompetent, who tried to blame me for leaving without all my clothes when in fact, my clothes hadn't even been washed and found both my clothes and hamper somewhere that they shouldn't be. I leave my laundry in bags on my front porch and it is delivered back perfectly folded right back on my porch. I provide my own detergent bc I'm sensitive the scents, and they never make a mistake.
