This cleaners is located off Powers Ferry near the CVS. Parking lot is small, so be careful pulling out. And, the exit on to the street is hard too see oncoming traffic, so be super careful there.

You walk in and it's very clean and the owner was there when I was last there and he talked to me for a little bit too. Told me how everything works and offered to help me if I needed any assistance. Super good on the customer service tip. It has tons of washers and dryers, obviously. It has a little area that's kind of like a patio. You can sit out under a covered area and wait for clothes. It actually has a little children's place as well so the kids can sit down and play while you wait as well. They have chairs scattered around it so you can find some seating near your washer or dryer machine if you so decide to do that as well. You basically get a card that you put money on. Or you can pay on the app, that's also an option as well. The washer prices start at $4 and some change and go up from there. The dryer prices are about $2.50 or so for 30 minutes. And they're actually really big. So at the end of the day you can fit a lot in one without overstuffing. If you're in the area and have a need for it, this this spot would be pretty good. Almost half the machines are out of order. It felt like being in a parking lot waiting for people to take their clothes out of other machines. As for the dryers about the same. For some that looked like they worked in fact didn't so people were putting their money into machines that weren't functioning as they should. Unfortunately most laundromats have the policy of wash here dry here so taking wet clothes elsewhere isn't an option. I hope they correct this soon.

It had benches and chairs, TV's, a stocked vending machine, etc. it was always just kept up well. But NOW?! It's awful! There is no chairs in the whole place. The vending machine is empty, the TV doesn't work and a whole row of washers were broken forcing you to use the more expensive machines. The floors were filthy, the change machine was out of order & the attendant just sat in a chair playing on his phone and when he did get up to move around, he smelled so badly!! I don't know what happened to this place but it is eerily creepy inside and I probably won't return. I came because the facility in my complex was broken & i remembered how pleasant it was, but I was thoroughly disappointed.

For example- i have a wool coat that has a faux fur trim. He advised the faux fur would get cracked if he dry cleaned it. I respect the honesty! He did agree to alter a pair of jeans. The jeans were brand new with tags still attached. They were too long for me so I wanted them hemmed. after trying them on he put pins in them to indicate the location of the new hem, he advised they would be ready in tow days. I returned in two days to pick them up. To my surprise they were not ready. He let me know that they had been hemmed but they still needed to be pressed. He noted he wanted to have them pressed prior to me picking them up. I returned a few days later. I paid nearly $30 to have these jeans hemmed. The hen looked like something I could have done. It is curvy and does NOT give professional quality. I would not be complaining had I not paid a professional price for the service. I will not be returning. Just an FYI- there is an alteration company in the same plaza, she does much better work.
