You walk in and it's very clean and the owner was there when I was last there and he talked to me for a little bit too. Told me how everything works and offered to help me if I needed any assistance. Super good on the customer service tip. It has tons of washers and dryers, obviously. It has a little area that's kind of like a patio. You can sit out under a covered area and wait for clothes. It actually has a little children's place as well so the kids can sit down and play while you wait as well. They have chairs scattered around it so you can find some seating near your washer or dryer machine if you so decide to do that as well. You basically get a card that you put money on. Or you can pay on the app, that's also an option as well. The washer prices start at $4 and some change and go up from there. The dryer prices are about $2.50 or so for 30 minutes. And they're actually really big. So at the end of the day you can fit a lot in one without overstuffing. If you're in the area and have a need for it, this this spot would be pretty good. It's new and still very well kept.

Almost half the machines are out of order. It felt like being in a parking lot waiting for people to take their clothes out of other machines. As for the dryers about the same. For some that looked like they worked in fact didn't so people were putting their money into machines that weren't functioning as they should. Unfortunately most laundromats have the policy of wash here dry here so taking wet clothes elsewhere isn't an option. I hope they correct this soon.

I paid $65 for a cleaning service and somehow ended up with my comforter in worse condition than when I brought it in. What made the situation even more unacceptable was how the owner/representative handled it. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to actually LISTEN to my concerns. Every time I tried to explain why I was upset or voice my concerns, he talked over me and immediately had a rebuttal. I could barely finish a sentence without being interrupted. There was absolutely no attempt to understand where I was coming from as a customer. It felt like he was more interested in arguing with me than actually resolving the problem. Rather than taking responsibility or offering a reasonable solution, I was basically told that my options were to either leave the stain as-is or let them attempt to reclean it WITHOUT tying the comforter up, which could potentially ruin it completely. As if that wasn't bad enough, I was also told they could send it to an analyzer, but if the analyzer determined the stain was ultimately my fault, I could be responsible for a $1,000 bill. Yes -- $1,000. Why would I take the risk of potentially owing $1,000 over a problem that appeared after I paid this business to clean my comforter? The absolute bare minimum would have been to refund the $65 service charge since the service clearly did not deliver what I paid for. They refused to do even that, let alone compensate me for the damage to my $200 comforter. I am beyond dissatisfied with both the quality of the service and the customer service I received afterward. Mistakes can happen, but how a business handles a mistake says everything. In this case, I felt like the responsibility was pushed onto me and I was left to deal with the consequences. If you have expensive, delicate, or valuable items that you care about, I would seriously think twice before trusting this business with them. I certainly will never be using this business again.

For example- i have a wool coat that has a faux fur trim. He advised the faux fur would get cracked if he dry cleaned it. I respect the honesty! He did agree to alter a pair of jeans. The jeans were brand new with tags still attached. They were too long for me so I wanted them hemmed. after trying them on he put pins in them to indicate the location of the new hem, he advised they would be ready in tow days. I returned in two days to pick them up. To my surprise they were not ready. He let me know that they had been hemmed but they still needed to be pressed. He noted he wanted to have them pressed prior to me picking them up. I returned a few days later. I paid nearly $30 to have these jeans hemmed. The hen looked like something I could have done. It is curvy and does NOT give professional quality. I would not be complaining had I not paid a professional price for the service. I will not be returning. Just an FYI- there is an alteration company in the same plaza, she does much better work.
