I was able to get a day-of appointment (in fact, 20 minutes after I called!) for a shattered iPhone after a great conversation with Andy. Meniem in the midtown location was able to replace the screen in less than half an hour, and when a small pixel looked a bit off, he took the time to take the screen apart again and replace it with a new one. He then dropped off the phone at my office -- all within an hour of my appointment. The process could not have been better, and there's no better deal in town. The price was more than fair, and they also offered a discounted case and screen protector. I cannot say enough good things. I knocked my iPhone off my bathroom counter onto my tile floor, shattering the screen. I brought it to Cellenials based on a friend's recommendation. The location is extremely close to my office, so I was able to swing by on my lunch break. My phone was repaired on the spot while I waited, in about 10 mins! When the repair was finished my phone looked brand new! The team here was honest, extremely knowledgeable about fixing my phone and very fast. Although, I hope not to break any more screens in the near future, I would definitely be a repeat customer and trust them to repair any of my other electronic devices should they need it. Excellent service and fast! I am extremely grateful that these guys make "house calls"! As a mother of two young kids with a busy schedule, I have to do everything during the work day. The rep came to my job, only to discover I'd given him the wrong information regarding my iPhone. These guys are the best if you have a broken screen. Competitive price, and they will do house calls within a certain range. If you're busy, you will certainly appreciate the house call option. My phone had a cracked screen and the first replacement didn't work because of a software/update issue. Even though it wasn't Cellenials' fault, they ordered another part and came back to my place to fix it twice at no charge! Really appreciate the prompt work and polite service. Like several times before my iPhone slipped out of my pocket getting out of the car and hit the pavement just right. I had cracks side to side and end to end. My phone got water damage, fell in the toilet. I feared it was unrepairable, so I emailed Cellenials to see if they could fix it. They sent a technician within 30 minutes.
