Be careful doing business with them. They were supposed to unlock my phone but only lasted 2 months unlocked. The unlock is supposed to be permanent not only 2 months. They didn't want to give a refund and they wanted to charge again to have it unlock again. Be careful. They will take your hard earn money and rip you off read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a horrible experience with Sohel & Mo. They are not honest & only care about making money. The prices change depending on who you talk to. Very unprofessional and shady. Do NOT come here! There's a reason why majority of their "good" reviews are old. Beware! read more

So I have never reviewed a business I didn't utilize before but they definitely deserve all 5 stars! I had called to request a quote for some front facing camera water damage I had sustained to my IPhone. The owner reached out to me. Listened to my concerns. He gave me a reasonable quote and told me what to expect. What I loved most was that he was HONEST with me. He explained that fixing the water damage may not fix the FACE ID feature which was the primary reason I wanted my phone fix. I really, really appreciated that! He wasn't trying to make a quick buck and was very clear about realistic expectations. He allowed me to make a informed decision and it didn't cost me a penny! I decided to not bothering to fix my phone this time but I'll be sure to reach out to them next time! read more

Reached out this location for crack screen repair. Dropped off, given a time it would be ready. My phone was repaired and the time promised was honored. Will highly recommend this location. Thanks for the speedy repair read more

I had called 5 other stores prior and no one could fix my phone screen for a iPhone 14 Pro.It had fallen and all the ink had spilled. I showed up and got it fixed hardly had to wait, great service. I will definitely be coming back for any other problems with my other devices. read more

Unfortunately I cracked my iPhone and I needed to get it fixed. I called around a few places and you can get quotes on Yelp...how cool! This place is rather close so I decided to check out. The GPS took me to an unknown location so I don't know why that happens but when I called a representative from the store stated it's across the street from Varsity. The guy informed me it takes about an hour to fix the screen so I left and said I would wait for their call. Well in 20 minutes he had it finished! That was quick! When I picked it up it looked brand new. It was perfect I couldn't believe it. I wish I had a before picture but I forgot. Oh and you also get a free screen protector with your repair when you check in with Yelp. read more

In February I brought in an iPhone 6S+ for repair and was told it was irreparable -- the motherboard was broken.  So I purchased a used iPhone 11 Pro Max from Phone-A-Holics.  Except the motherboard on the 6 wasn't broken and I subsequently sold the 5 1/2-year-old phone for $96. I sell Medicare; this is my busy season.  Although the battery health was 85%, the phone ran hot and out of charge what I thought was much too quickly.  This is my 3rd iPhone -- I had a 3GS for four years and the 6S+ for four years.  I had replaced the batteries in each with no problems. After consultation, I instructed Phone-A-Holics to replace the battery. Not two weeks later the battery and the phone itself swell like a watermelon, cracking the protective screen. Phone-A-Holics accused me of overcharging it but did replace the battery and the glass. Well, five days into the next replacement battery, the phone has twice completely discharged -- from 96% to absolute zero -- in a split-second.  I called and was told "well we told you not to replace the battery."  So it's MY fault.  And guess what -- Phone-A-Holics said the motherboard must be broken! Those darned motherboards. The cause of every problem that Phone-A-Holics can't repair. I checked the serial number -- my 11 Pro Max was built in December 2019.   Rapid phone discharge can be caused by two things: failure to calibrate a new battery properly or upgrading an iOS. The second crash actually forced me to recalibrate the battery, and I had coincidentally upgraded to iOS 14.8.1 around the same time the battery was installed. Something about the "inner loops" on apps attempting to readjust. I didn't understand all that but you'd think Phone-A-Holics would. Anyway I upgraded again to iOS 15.1 last night; I hope that resolves the issue. read more

You can get a quote and add pics of your phone right on Yelp from multiple business!! This place is by far best in price! I got a response almost immediately and the person knew what kind of phone I had just from looking at the pictures I posted of it on the quote. The other places were like what kind of phone is it? Really? So yeah, Phone a holics was straight to the point and actually is charging what the repair is worth not all the other BS competitors are saying they need to do with the phone. I will be visiting them very soon and hopefully updating the stars to 5! read more

I cracked my iPhone 7+ screen, like the child that I am, and came here to get it fixed. It cost my about $100 and that hurt my heart! But, they did a great job and the employees are really nice. There's a nice little wearing area and some coffee/ tea. They also have a nice selection of phone cases, AND you receive a free screen protector when you check in. Great service and it took them about an hour to fix my phone. read more

This place is great! My dad was visiting out of town and I accidentally dropped his iPhone 6 and it cracked pretty bad. The next morning I went to this place and the guys were able to get my dad's phone back in about half an hour and if you check in on Yelp, you get a free screen protector. They upgraded us to a glass screen protector. So great! Pricing is also really good ( I was quoted $59). The quality of work is superb and the guys are super friendly. If I ever crack my phone, ipad, anything, I'll be back to this place. Def. recommending to my friends! read more

Based on both of my experiences here, this business deserves nothing short of 5 stars. Not only were they super quick, but the quote I received was very reasonable. My screen was severely cracked and only half my screen was accessible. To my surprise, I got a call back to pick my phone up no more than 25 min later! The front desk associate was beyond helpful on informing me on further complications my phone may have previously had. I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS ! However I needed to leave one today. I got my screen fixed two weeks ago. A hour later I noticed my screen was being selective with what it allowed me to press. Called the next day to report Was told noooo worries. Defects happen and to come back within 30 days. I have to work. Giving them my phone for an hour isn't easy. The guy there idk his name - but this isn't the guy who I believe all the reviews are about bc I like him too. But this guy was soooo adamant about going back and forth with me. Kept trying to prove me wrong no matter what I said. I appreciate the knowledge he gave me about my IPHONE 7 (if you are reading this sir HELLOOO YEAAA IT'S MEEE) I feel as though he approached the situation as if I was lying. I didn't go back the next day after I reported it and I should have maybe I would have been treated better. But I was told 30 days so I took advantage of my warranty as my life style doesn't permit to give up my phone for an hour. But of course I dropped my phone again leading up to me returning it and the protector I got from them was cracked as a result. You know he asked me to buy another instead of giving me one??? The screen was defective to begin with... had I not had to go back for an issue with the screen provided I could have had my screen protector still in place TO CRACK AGAIN AS THAT IS ITS JOB TO BE CRACKED SO MY SCREEN WONT BE and now I'm out of a screen protector bc I had to replace a faulty screen. I am not one to complain. WHICH I bought from somewhere else bc I wasn't giving them another damn dime. I always hold myself accountable to any issue I have. I have had my screen replaced at REPAIR MY CELL several times. (I've seen him there too but there's always someone above him it seems which there's a good thing there is) No issues. I'm notorious for cracking a screen BUT I PAY TO FIX MY MISTAKES ! Weaseling out of providing me a screen protector was bull shit and I walked clean out while he was talkin. Like I'm honest, I don't take pride in that bc most ppl aren't. I told him I dropped it since I got it repaired and he used that against me to not provide me with another screen protector. Talkin about well the screen protector was cracked. Ok well give me cracked screen protector back. Idgaf. Don't leave me with nothing BC CLEARLY I NEED A SCREEN PROTECTOR TO AVOID CRACKING IT AGAIN. SMHHH. honestly this experience put a horrible taste in my mouth and had me frustrated for awhile. So no I wouldn't recommend them. read more

Very nice people and fast workers! My phone was in shambles and they gave me an hour estimate and it was done in 30 minutes. Most places have been giving me estimates of a ridiculous $300+ and they charged $150 for my 11 pro max. read more

I took my iPhone to them to get the glass replace since it was cracked. I was quoted an hour to get it fixed, so I went out to my truck to read. It was raining and the manager even came out in the rain to tap on my window to let me know it was done - he didn't have to do that. And it only took 25 minutes! I even got a free screen protector in the deal. If you need your device fixed, definitely take it to them. I will be using them in the future to fix anything that I break. read more

We called them about a cracked screen. They said they had an order come in the next day and they would call if the correct replacement screen arrived in the shipment. We were suprised they actually called and let us know the glass arrived. They replaced the screen in less than an hour and were the most reasonably priced. What more could a customer want exceptional service at a reasonable price. read more

My baby boy threw my phone and cracked my screen. I asked around for recommendation where to fix my screen. My friend Ayesha highly recommended this place and it was near me. So I swung by to drop off my phone on Saturday. Inside is very clean and tidy. They have everything for your phone needs. The guys were very sweet and friendly. Within 20 minutes I was notified that my phone was ready for pickup. That's super fast service. My screen is like new and I couldn't be happier. The price was reasonable as well. I will definitely return for my phone needs in the future. read more

I brought in this iPad because the LCD was broken. When I brought in the iPad they charged me $150 to fix it and he told me that my screen was bent so he sold me a case to put on it to ensure that the screen will stay on. It was no more than a week when my iPad LCD screen went out again. This iPad was not handled roughly nor was it dropped. I brought the iPad back and was told that it cannot be fixed he will only have to charge me $150 again he gave me the option to buy a $200 iPad there is $150 on the Internet. Basically he charged me to fix an iPad that he knew would not last. If you have a broken LCD on your iPad do not get it fixed here. Instead of just telling me that it would not be able to be fixed, he fixed it anyway, knowing that the slightest thing would make it burn out again because of the bent screen. Wasted my money and my time and blamed me because he said I walked out the store with it fixed. Very scammer vibes. I dealt with the main short guy with the Johnny Bravo hairstyle. Would not recommend going for these reasons. read more

Phone-A-Holics - LCD broken on iPad - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Norcross, Georgia

These guys were awesome, was in and out in 45 minutes and the phone looked better than when It was birthed from the womb of Steve Jobs.

I needed to fix my iPhone 6 screen a couple months ago so I went to them. Though my home button was broken that was the only feature that didn't work when I came in. They did fix my screen in under 45 minutes so that was good and my phone also seemed as good as new. But when i tried to use it, it appeared that my front camera was broken, they somehow disabled my calling abilities and I was only able to speak on speaker phone, Siri was broken, and about a month later my screen popped out. My phone was dented a bit so it was a liability but I didn't expect to come hone with my phone even more severely fucked than when I came in. Be weary of this place read more

I was VERY impressed by my experience with Phone-A-Holics! Phone-A-Holics - Before. My after looks like a new phone out of the box! - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Norcross, Georgia

I stopped in to have the screen repaired on my iphone 6 (screen only, not the LCD) a few days ago. They did a wonderful job and had me out the door in about 20 minutes. It was a slow afternoon, so i'm sure they don't always have that quick of a turnaround time, but still. It was nice to not be sitting around for hours waiting to be reunited with my phone. In regards to their space, it was clean, neat, and there are sofas, coffee, magazines, and a tv in the waiting area. You have to pay upfront, which i understand but is not preferred as a consumer for this kind of service (what if it's not done properly and they already have your money?). However, this team knows what they're doing so i wouldn't hesitate to pay beforehand if/when i ever need to use their service again. Ir's been two days and my phone is looking/working perfectly. They also offer a 30-day warranty for the parts and service, which is more than these random pop up phone repair spots offer. Not bad for $99! (It would be nice if their prices were listed online somewhere). Also, make sure you check in on yelp for your free plastic screen protector. read more
