I got more than one device repair, is more pricey than before. It could also be that I know own better tech gadget's. I loved the customer service and the empathy you receive from the employees. My phone company has change its policies and now requires more red tape for me to access my phone insurance benefits. I went to the Pleasant Hill Rd location In Duluth GA. They were exceptional!!!! My iPad Pro had a broken screen and the crack was pretty substantial. It also had a bend in the middle of the iPad (from falling onto the floor.) I had taken the iPad to another local store who wouldn't invest the time and energy to fix it. So I tried uBreakiFix. I had seen many of these stores all over the Atlanta area, and was willing to take a chance. The sales associate quoted me $269 (labor included) The other store quoted me $99 for labor alone. But more importantly, they had the screen in stock and they had it fixed in 4 hours. They said they would text me when it was ready, but when they had not texted.by 6:30, , which is close to their 7 pm closing time, I took a chance and drove to the store. I had to wait 10 minutes for them to finish, but those are minor inconveniences in a superb job. I could not recommend this store more highly. read more

Noticing that our two Pixel 3's were dying within 2 hours of getting off the charger, we both decided that a new battery was in dire need and plus, our batteries were 2 years old. So, knowing that uBreakiFix was the official store/repair service for Google we came here. I set up an appointment a couple of days before and then headed to the store when it was time to drop off our phones. Getting there, they took into account of COVID and had specified places to stand within the store. There weren't that many people, as people just dropped off their devices and then left. When I dropped our phones off they took it in and did a full check of the phone to make sure there were no issues when they took it in. Pretty standard. The battery swap prices and all prices are listed on their website. It cost me about $84 with taxes included ($79.99 without tax) for one battery change. With that price you get a 90 day warranty, and if there would be any issue with the phone that you can bring it back and they would service it. This was a big point for me because we happened to have to return back 3 or 4 times. So, my phone went without a hitch. But, the wife's.... yeah, she realized that the camera didn't work correctly as that it wouldn't focus. So, taking it back they knew what the problem was and they went in and changed it. When I brought it back, she again found out that there was a dust particle in the camera so when she saw it we went back and we dropped it off again. We were planning on leaving straight from the store to go to Charlotte, and waiting there we were again hit with bad news. The technician broke the screen, speaker, and also the volume rockers. So, after them taking the phone apart 4 times? We decided to just forgo the phone for the weekend and to pick it back up on Sunday. The warranty definitely came into play because her phone got a new camera, speaker, volume rockers, screen along with a new battery. I'm super satisfied with the service and problems with fixing phones happen, and in no fault of the technician. I'm glad I wasn't the one who fixed it because it would be broke for sure! Overall, I would definitely say if you have a Pixel device to come here to get it serviced. I would think the price of a new battery can last you a couple more years... because the prices of new phones are a bit ridiculous nowadays. But this place has a great warranty for fixed devices and I will definitely come back here if I decide to have any cell phone serviced. read more

11AM appointment. I was told to pick up my phone in an hour. Got a call, was told to pick up at 3pm instead due to delays. And they promised to call in case anything chances. Get there at 3pm. They tell me they haven't started yet so I have to wait until 5pm. I didn't get my phone back until 5:45pm. I even asked them what in the world happened and how they would compensate for the wasted time. They said, "you can try that next time you come but you probably won't get a discount or anything." They quoted me $150 to change the screen off my iPhone. Thought it was pricey but the guy was nice and decided to go ahead. Then around the time I was going to pick up, another lady called me and told me that I was misquoted and that it would cost $199 pre-discount. They are offering a 20% discount for you to try their $25/monthly repair program. I asked if she could honor the initial price since that was what the store rep had said. She refused so I just picked up my phone without going through the repair. Too pricey in my opinion for an older iPhone screen replacement and ended up being a waste of my time. read more

Okay, so I went to #UBreakiFix, which was the THIRD TIME I've been there to fix the same problem(s). (Had no idea it was really a WEBREAKYOUFIX location). Here's the deal: I went to this location & was told that I would not get full capabilities for my password sensitive button (did NOT realize that this meant that my iPhone home button would lose ALL sensitivity, this was not accurately conveyed to me IMO) & print passcode access-- i.e. I lose ALLLLLL of the passcodes that were registered to fingerprint access would be GONE! & THEY CAN SHOW YOU THE PLAYBACK (which they actually THREATENED me to do!)... It's called UBreakIFix NOT WEBREAKYOUFIX! I WISH I COULD COPY & POST THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I EXPERIENCED AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT & I wish they would. OH! And they DARED me to post this on social media as I walked out! Stating: "We will show what we told you what would have been done!" PLEASE DO! I guess they had no idea who the F I am?!?!!! {you f-ed with the wrong person & your horrible statements about me as a customer say a TON about your customer service asshat!!} This franchise obviously has a LOT to learn. Who wants to put up with a pimple faced kid who has his dad/stepdad put up pay for him to treat people poorly?! FURTHERMORE: If you have a decent bone in your body you will apologize. I was quoted a price and left the phone. I was given a timeline of the next day. The next day they told me they would not repair it as the screen had been replaced at another time. This was a phone for my elderly father I had told him he was getting his phone back. As anyone with an elderly parent with tell you they crack screens. I told them just replace the ear speaker I would not expect them to guarantee other work. I was told "it's complicated" and was told they would not repair it and gave me back the phone. I took the phone to another repair company and had the phone back in 18 hours. It looks like they cherry pick their repairs. read more

The staff was very friendly. However, I am displeased with the result of my phone. I had to get a new screen, as my phone was cracked. My iPhone X touch screen has been altered to the point where I can't touch my screen to activate the display. I HAVE to use the side button for the screen to light up, as my own touch no longer works. Also was told they don't use the same screen that apple uses, which I believe is the reason my screen is no longer functioning accurately. If you're going to fix apple phones and consumers are paying money for you to do so, then it should be done with the right product. read more

I brought my phone, a Samsung galaxy S20 ultra, in here Friday morning to get a small screen crack repaired. They told me it would be done at 1:30 PM that day. The receipt however said 2:30 PM. I called at 2 o'clock and they said they were still working on it and then it wouldn't be done until four. As I had other plans for the evening, I requested if I could pick it up in the morning when they open. They said yes.I showed up at 10, only to hear that they needed 15 more minutes for testing. After waiting an hour in the store, they told me that suddenly there is a vibration motor issue and they needed another hour. I gave them another hour, then came back. THEN they told me that the speaker wasn't working and they need it until Tuesday. Every time I've come to retrieve my phone, there is another issue. It's like they're doing more bad than good. It's a freaking screen repair, why is everything else going wrong? read more
