I am forever grateful for these fellas who put so much time and effort into recovering my data after water damage. I thought it was all gone for good. They were patient and walked me through everything. I cannot say enough good things about them although I hope I never have to go back!! read more

I came in to get my laptop looked at. The service was friendly and fast. They quote you a fair estimate and the time it will take for whatever your issue is. I needed an estimate for a broken power connector on my laptop. The clerk said it would be x amount because the part would have to be ordered. They fix a myriad of electronics so before buying something new take your device here for a free estimate to see if you need to replace it. read more

Fair pricing, fast and quality service. These guys always do such a great job. I will always go back to them!

So my sons Xbox stopped working... it just would not load. I tried all of the fixes I could find on Google and nothing helped. So I took it here. A quick diagnosis said it was either the operating system or the hard drive... the difference was 99 or 179. Well it turned out they could not even get the operating system to reload... thus a new hard drive. They did replace the old with a terra bite and faster hard drive then what we had so good there. They also fixed it in one day. Nice work... a bit pricy in my mind... but honestly I'm happy it is all good. I have a switch that needs fixing too... I think I'm going to bring it here as well. read more

They handed us a phone we knew was not fixed but they insisted it was. It was frozen when the guy handed it back to us. He took it back did something and alarm went off on our iPhone, then it started working for a bit and then stopped at night. This created a very unsafe situation for us because of their ego. Handing a phone back that was supposed to have the screen fixed and put through testing before completion is unacceptable. We were out of a phone for two days because of that guy and ego. read more

Return customer - this time, I needed data recovery from a drowned phone. The staff was open and honest about our chances for success, and potential costs. Then their tech guru Heather got going, trying numerous means until she found just how to reactivate the phone and transfer all it's data to a newer, drier replacement. Heather kept trying when others might have given up... truly appreciate her and the whole staff for one more tech rescue!! read more

My MacBook Pro went on the fritz after first spilling a drink on the keyboard and then the battery dying and causing the device not to boot... I was worried this laptop was a loss. Great job bringing it back to life and at a great price, lower than expected! read more

I needed a replacement battery for my Google Pixel cellphone. Many similar repair places do not work on this model. I scheduled an appointment with UbreakIfix online for 10:00 am. Had an issue with our iPhone 11 and contacted uBreakiFix by Asurion. They were very helpful in diagnosing the problem over the phone and told me upfront what the possible fixes were and the cost of each. They also checked their inventory and had the part in stock if they needed it. When I arrived they were able to fix the issue without the part and didn't even charge me! Very professional, knowledgeable and very decent of them to not charge me. I would highly recommend them to anyone with an issue with their phone or other device. read more

Ubreakifix driver no-show. I waited but no Ubreakifix agent showed up for We-Come-To-You appointment. Got a notification that the appointment was canceled. When I drove to the store, an agent there showed me a pic of where the driver visited. Their driver had shown up at the wrong place! Instead of refunding the charge to my card, the store agent made excuses for the driver. I sent an email about this matter to ubreakifix and immediately got ubreakifix advertisements and no response to my concern. I expect a full refund. Money not earned/given can be considered money stolen by ubreakifix. read more

I am super mad at Samsung and their authorized dealer Ubreakifix. $1100 phone has absolute no physical damage. No absolute idea just randomly developed a green single line in the middle of the screen. All I remember I left inside of car and it was bit hot that day. When I returned back to car and touched it was extremely hot. After few hours that single line developed. front desk fellow in Ubreakifix Alpharetta concluded that its physical damage within 10 seconds of looking at it. Super unprofessional and careless toward a customer. read more

My Xbox broke, I took it to another place first, which was a disaster, but that's another story. I then took it here and it was the opposite experience. Terrible experience at UBreakIFix!!! I needed a new keyboard for a laptop that UBreakIFix could not get. First they got the wrong part in and then when they couldn't get the part, they had me sign up with Asurion saying that if Asurion couldn't get the part, they would send me a brand new laptop. Does it sould like a big scam? Yes, because it is! Asurion won't fix your problem, first asking for pictures of your device repeatedly, then make you wait on hold forever and then find ways to say they have to charge you additional monies to get the repair done. There is already a monthly charge involved with having their worthless service. Do yourself a favor and don't go to UBreakIFix, but if you do, DO NOT sign up for Asurion. BIG WASTE OF MONEY and TIME!! I have since cancelled the Asurion service. read more

Had to have my daughters iPhone XR screen fixed. With Apple closed at the moment I was worried it would be weeks until her phone was working again. Thankfully uBreak was open and fixed it within an hour. Fair price and even offered a military discount. read more

Customer service is terrible!!!! I waited 15 minutes and was still not acknowledged. When I asked how long it would take to just speak with her she told me to be patient and "if you were at a hospital would you just demand to be seen over everyone else" ... two other people left since they were not acknowledged either. The team there was very quick to respond and resolve. The quality of work on our cell phone was great!

please take your apple products to apple. i came with just a broken screen got it back with a loose screen that feels like its gonna fall straight off the phone apple sent a message letting me know the parts are not genuine my screen from this store now opens all apps,i had to leave my phone with no passcode because ubreakifix screen keeps guessing passwords by its self and locks me out also their screen causes your phone to drain and overheat Also in the cold it wont turn on i literally had to warm the phone in order to turn on so please save the 161.61 dollars they gonna charge you and go to apple so they can replace with genuine parts. read more

Very professional and gave me all the information to make a decision. Did tthe fix in time and no issues. Great service.

We were extremely pleased with the service that we received from the UBreakiFix on Mansell Road. We were quoted a price to fix a screen on my sons phone and the work was completed in a little more than an hour and we were charged exactly what we were quoted. Connor at the front was extremely helpful and friendly and we could not be more satisfied with our service! We will definitely go back should we need any repair work done on our phones in the future. read more

I recently took my iMac to U Break I Fix at the recommendation of a friend. I was having all sorts of problems with my computer... It was slow and jerky, and had stopped working with my printers. I thought I probably needed a new hard drive. I also had a new external hard drive that was not working correctly. U Break I Fix Fixed both my computer and the external hard drive that I brought to them. I was able to reinstall my printers, and they are working flawlessly now. The people at U Break I Fix were friendly, were professional, listened carefully to my list of complaints about the computer and the hard drive, and were able to fix both the computer and hard drive to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them! read more

BestBuy referral. My laptop power jack was not working. Same day service and saved my day. Computer had too much damage to make it reasonable to repair. Phone looks great. Worth the money. iPhone XS Max like new. Replaced back and front glass on phone. Impressive.

These guys are always great. My autistic son breaks so many iPads that we now get a 10% volume discount.

I came to get my screen fixed and Terry helped me out, it was a great experience. He genuinely wanted to help me and wasn't money motivated so that was really refreshing. I love when a business cares about the customer and not just getting the customers money. The only thing is that the screen that was replaced has just a bit of a different hue to it than the original screen but it's a very small difference. I would definitely recommend this place for all of your technology issues! read more

I cracked my screen and through Asurion insurance I was able to get my screen fixed for $29. The process with uBreakiFix was very simple. I simply dropped my phone off, provided some information, and they said they'd have it ready in 2 hours. I processed the claim in the AM, and it was ready that evening. I was out of town so they held it for me until I returned. They also texted a phone number I provided when it was ready. Excellent customer service and the phone is in "like-new" condition! Highly recommend. read more
