Beyond Excellent -- read the whole story! I don't usually write reviews...but this time, I must because the folks at this store, along with their District Manager, really did a good deed for me and ensured my satisfaction. I managed to fumble my [almost] new iPad mini out of my hands and the drop caused a hairline fracture on the bottom of the display. The minor fracture was something anyone could live with but I knew it would drive me crazy every time I opened the cover so I reached out to iDeviceMD. I was offered an "appointment" time to drop of my device that same day (pretty cool). When I dropped it off I was informed that it would be ready by the same time the following day (pretty cool). The next day came and I arrived to retrieve my device at about the same time as the prior day. The iPad looked new and seemed to work just fine. And, their work was completed within their stated time frame (pretty cool). However, that same evening, my iPad started wigging out. It would lock on applications and I was unable to toggle between apps. It had screen flicker. Text fields were being called up on their own........something was definitely wrong. I assumed that maybe something did not seat well under the glass which was pressing on the digitizer. No big deal...iDevice MD has a workmanship and satisfaction guarantee. The following day, I went back to the store and showed them what was happening. So they asked if they could have the device back to run diagnostics to figure out what was going on. Sure. Later on that day, I received a call from them stating that they would like to keep the unit overnight to run a full check. Sure. The next day I received a call from one of the technicians who informed me that one of the ribbon connections under the digitizer had been damaged and was beyond their capability to repair in the store. I had a moment of panic but what he said next set me at ease (and blew me away). He told me that the damage was caused by them when the glass was improperly seated back on to the unit. He also asked if it would be okay with me if they provided me with a new iPad. Somewhat flabbergasted by the offer, I said yes. About a week later, they called me back to the store and handed me a new iPad, in the box with wrapper and the purchase receipt from Best Buy (so I had warranty as well). Awesome!! Some folks may be thinking at this point, great, they do shoddy work. NOT the case. The individual who broke the device had done it a few times before and I was informed no longer works there. Also, I am EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with the honesty and solution afforded by these guys at the Roswell store (and their DM). In this day and age, many other service providers out there would have just told me that additional damage was caused by the initial drop...so it was my fault, not theirs. These guys didn't do that. They were honest and I will tell everyone I come across in need of iDevice repairs to visit iDeviceMD. Thanks Roswell Team...You guys are First Class !! read more

Ok - my family is clumsy. I've used this location of iDeviceMD 4 times now. I've also sent 2 different friends by. EVERY time I've received fast, friendly and amazing service. These last two times were especially nice. My wife got a new iphone but absentmindedly took it with her on a long distance run in the rain. Water damage repairs take a little time so in the interim I asked them to fix her old iphone w/ a cracked back plate and a non-working power button. Got the old phone back and my wife immediately said, "This thing looks brand new now! Why'd we even buy a new one if we could have fixed this one so easily and cheap too." Oh well - now I will have 2 iphones like new with one waiting in the drawer for the next time my wife, son or myself makes a mistake w/ our phone or ipad. Fixed so far - I pad 2 - cracked screen - again the thing looks like it came right out of the box - Samsung Galaxy S4 - cracked screen - been almost a year and still looks awesome. - Iphone 4S - non working power button and severally cracked rear plate - I'd bet I could convince someone it has never been used. - Iphone 4S - water damage - wouldn't turn on unless plugged in - fixed it for no more than I would have paid as a deductible under the phone carriers insurance program and didn't have to deal w/ the headache of filing a claim, waiting for it to arrive and then packing and sending back the damaged phone. You can't go wrong going here to fix your cell phone or ipad. read more

I've had every iOS device since the original iPhone, and fortunately haven't had too many accidents. I've replaced iPhone screens myself with success, but it's always been a huge pain. When I cracked my iPad 3 screen, I found these guys on Google and gave them a call. Ben was extremely nice and helpful. The quote was right in line with what I would have paid to send the iPad off to a 3 rd party for repair, so I booked an appointment. Ben came out, was incredibly professional and very friendly. I would feel completely comfortable with him in my home with my wife without me there. He fixed the iPad and I noticed a small piece of dust under the screen that 99% of people wouldn't have noticed, but it drove me nuts. Ben offered to re-do the repair at no cost, and now it looks perfect. I'll be using them for any iOS repair in the future, and I'll recommend them to anyone. read more

I had a great experience at iDeviceMD. I pass the shop on my way home from work everyday; usually sitting on Old Alabama Rd in traffic. I always thought there was a catch with cellphone repair places, that they are too good to be true but I was shocked by the service and price I received at iDeviceMD. First off, the store is beautiful everything is brand new and bright. Secondly, Tino (the representative) was so nice and got all my information and at the same time he checked all the damages on my iPhone; I told him I was on my way home from work so he said he would get me in and out as quick as possible so I can go home and relax. The repair techs were able to fix my broken home button right then and there and I was in and out under 30 minutes. The service was fast but also really good. Excellent service. Did a miracle save on my Iphone 4s that the Apple store had said was permanently dead Had problem with Iphone 4s all of a sudden not charging. Would plug in but it wouldn't show that it was connected. Took to Apple and waited over an hour to be told the problem was corrosion on the connection pins where you plug in the charger. Asked what I could do and was told they could not fix this. Also couldn't get pictures off etc, since it was dead. Decided to look online and found IDeviceMD. Got there and was seen immediately by Josh who said they would check it and that they could replace the connection pin bar. 2 hours after leaving it for repair, got call that the phone was alive and well. This is after being told by Apple the previous day there was nothing that could be done. Excellent service! and reasonable cost too. read more

This is now the only place our family will take our phones for repair. We were greeted in a friendly, sincere manner. They explained what they thought was wrong with my phone, I made an appt. for the next morning, dropped it off and it was ready when promised. They went above and beyond. They even replaced a part at no extra cost to me. In this day and time, I think we all dread having to deal with any kind of customer service or getting anything repaired. I know I somewhat expect a run-around, getting ripped off, and then it still won't be right. This was such a refreshing change. If you have a "sick" phone, do not waste your time going anywhere else. This was truly a refreshing experience. AND their prices are great, better than anywhere else or buying parts online. A+++++++++ all the way. read more

This place is awesome! They provided great customer service and stayed true to their word. We took an iPhone 5 in to replace a shattered screen. They fixed the screen quickly and did a great job. Shortly after the screen was fixed we noticed an issue with the headphone jack, we called and asked if something could've happened to it during the screen repair. They took one look at the phone, and fixed the headphone jack without batting an eye. This speaks to this companies integrity, and that they're not just trying to nickel and dime everyone that walks through the door, they honestly care about everyone they serve. I looked all over the metro area for a place to fix my shattered iPhone 5 screen for the best price. iDeviceMD had the best deal I could find and they even honored their discount although I couldn't make it in the day it was being promoted. My appointment was fast and my phone looks great! I noticed when I got home that my phone had a yellow tint, which apparently can happen to some iPhones straight from Apple as well as repaired ones. I sent them an email the next day and they told me to come in whenever and they will fix it for free (they offer a lifetime warranty on their services) with no appointment needed. iDeviceMD is the best! I shattered my iPhone 5 screen while at work and was able to make an appointment and get it fixed the same day - It only took them one hour to make it good as new! About 3 weeks ago, I wanted to trade in my old iPhone 4S for the slick, sexy new 5S. When I went to AT&T to trade it in, they said since the back glass was cracked, it diminished the value by $100. My wife's 4S was in worse condition. The front screen was basically shattered and they said she could only get $50 in store credit. We found iDevice MD and took both phones for repairs, dropped them off and headed to a nearby Starbucks. When we finished our coffee, we headed back to iDevice MD and both our phones were as good as new. I have rarely come across customer service at such a high level. This business team wants to get it right for the customer. No excuses, just resolution! We had to go in to get my son's shattered iPhone screen replaced. Not sure what it was but after a few weeks/months the screen went dead. They happily replaced it, no questions asked. As it turns out, this happened two more times. Finally the team at iDevice just replaced the phone. They wanted to get my son up and running, stating that they would try and figure out what was wrong later. The focus on the customer's convenience was incredible. A few days ago I shattered the screen on my iPhone 5 and took some time to look into different repair places and compare prices. iDeviceMD had the lowest price and good reviews so I decided to give it a shot and I am SO glad I did!! The service and staff was excellent. Everyone there was extremely friendly and professional, and they had my phone fixed within an hour! This place is great! Matt helped me from start to finish, he was so friendly and outgoing it was a great experience overall. I called all around town to try to get a decent quote on an Iphone 5 replacement screen and every other place seemed uninterested, didn't answer, or just straight rude. As soon as Matt picked up the phone, I knew I would definitely be giving them my business. A friend of mine referred them to me, so I know customer service is one of their top priorities. Dropped my phone on a really bad day. Considered just filing an insurance claim, but decided to call around first. The number I called connected me to a call center, and they set up an appointment, and even got me a discount. I was late to my appointment near closing time, so I was scared I would have to wait til the next day (which is not an option, I have to have my phone). The guys there are super nice, and were able to fit me in. Josh, the guy at the front was courteous and funny. Jaime, the technician, did an excellent job and he did it super fast. I had iDeviceMD come out to my office in Alpharetta and they fixed my iPhone in less than 20 minutes. I just got the iPhone 4S three months ago, and last week I dropped it and shattered the screen. My provider was going to charge me like $180 plus a new contract to fix the phone and the Apple store basically wanted me to just buy a new $400 phone. Ya right! I'm so glad I found iDeviceMD. I have an old iPhone 4 and my daughter has the iPhone 4S; we both got the new iPhone 5 as soon as it came out! The company has excellent customer service over the phone center and in the Roswell location. I took in my iPad (shattered glass) expecting to leave it for pick up the next day per the representative on the phone. Instead I left within an hour with screen repaired and for the cost of a iPad cover I received a "life time warranty" for screen repair. They stock several different style covers. As soon as I upgrade my iPhone I will go back for the cover and lifetime warranty (free screen repairs). The cost was lower than the Apple cost to replace my iPad with a refurbished unit warranted for only 90 days. read more

I called iDeviceMD about fixing my son's iPhone. The glass was badly cracked and had been for some time, and then it would no longer recognize a touch to unlock the phone. I couldn't believe iDeviceMD would actually come to my house to fix the iPhone. Matt explained everything on the phone about what is included in the repair, including a lifetime warranty. I made an appointment and Ray arrived on time and quickly fixed the phone. I just went to IDeviceMD in Roswell to fix my daughter's IPhone screen. These guys were awesome I made an appointment with one day notice. They were super friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I had planned to replace her phone and when her IPhone 5 comes in I was going to take her old phone. Once they looked at her phone and did a quick diagnostic they said I should get my phone button fixed instead and not spend the money on hers, too many issues. I left my phone for 45 minutes and it works better than ever - just like new. I highly recommend them if you need anything fixed on your IPhone, IPad or IPod. read more
