I took an Amazon return here on 12/22/25, and the clerk said the bin was full, so they called the manager to ask how to proceed. They gave me the receipt but kept getting an error trying to scan the item in the bin. The manager told me to leave with my receipt. Even though I have shown the receipt to Amazon twice (on 1/5/25 and 3/15/25), I still have not received the $216 credit from Amazon. I'm writing this review specifically to address their TSA pre-check services. Why would an establishment offer a service such as TSA Pre-Check Enrollment, just to NEVER honor your appointment time. (or my appointment at all). This has been such an unorganized and problematic process to get this scheduled. It's been over 5 months of trying to get my TSA enrollment complete at this location. This location cancels my appointment the day before my scheduled appointment after waiting for months with NO explanation (has happened multiple times). I've tried to call this establishment to get some clarification to no avail. I would 100% not recommend making your TSA enrollment set up here because it will never get completed. read more

Had a great travel services (TSA pre-check and passport photo) experience here on afternoon of 1/30/24. We made an appointment in advance for TSA service and were seen right on time despite it being seemingly busy in the store. The associates who helped us with both the TSA enrollment and photo were friendly, efficient, and knew what they were doing. My daughter's photo turned out great, much better than the awful one I got done last year at Walgreens. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the whole thing was. read more

This particular Staples store is very frustrating to deal with. I had an issue with printing. I had to cancel my order because they could not do it the correct way. I paid up front on the website in good faith and I never got my refund. I had to call the store and request my refund for over $100.00. They didn't know why "it didn't go through". So if I had never called I would not have received my refund. They also take forever to answer the phone when you call. I have wasted too much time on these people. Don't use for printing, go elsewhere and save yourself the headache and frustration. read more

I visited today (on a Saturday morning) for the TSA enrollment center which is located in the back right hand corner of the store. To my surprise (and the TSA attendant's as well) I was in and out in 10 minutes without an appointment. I pre-enrolled online, which is recommended, and otherwise just showed up and signed in. You can also make an appointment, but I was having trouble finding availability in the near future so I opted to walk-in. After signing-in, I was brought back within minutes. After that is was just providing my identity documents, getting my fingerprints taken, and snapping a quick photo, and I was on my way. The entire process took minutes. I will absolutely return to this TSA enrollment center in the future. read more

Love love this place. They never let me down. The only negative thing about all of the staples, they always have difficulty looking for my order. Never fails, its hilarious. He said it was not there, and he also did not know where my package was even though the confirmation was sent and correct, so I had to take extra time out of my Saturday to investigate, which lead me right back to Staples an hour later. However, I left the store I went to USPS and had them track the package and the carrier I was lucky my carrier was in the building. She personally told me she handed my package to Craig the manager. She also said they when she delivers packages, she always sees a lot of packages not checked in also stated that they always try to give her the package back when she drops them off. She told me to go back and ask them to check the outgoing mail. I called Mark, and he checked, and what do you know, my package was rejected and never scanned in by Mark due to him not liking me. That is a federal offense and not ok. Please help I don't want to deal with my packages not being given to me I looked up the Code and this is federal. read more

This review is just for the UPS shipping department. I shipped three packages a month ago and customer service up front was great. HOWEVER if you have any problems afterwards they can't help you at all, you have to go to an actual UPS store. They delivered one package to the wrong address so it was returned to staples. We went to pick it up and saw it had the correct address but UPS delivered it incorrectly so it was returned to sender. Staples couldn't do anything, they told us to go to a real UPS store. They can't re-ship it for free because UPS will charge them. Save yourself the trouble and go to a real UPS store. read more

Leaving this review specifically for TSA employee Tempest Miller. One of the worst displays of customer service in my life. Did not honor appointment time. She counted us as a walk-in when we had an appointment for 7:40pm and showed her confirmation on the TSA website. She continued to come out of her cube to complete all appointments through 8:50pm even if they arrived 30 mins early and she was ahead of schedule. Get off your high horse Tempest. Not surprised you work here, but you really shouldn't be working with people if you don't have decency and common sense. This store is really bad and unprofessional. I want to order a footrest online and it says that the item will arrive tomorrow for pickup. I don't think it will arrive tomorrow so I called the store to ensure if the item will arrive tomorrow. I called total 3 times and waited for total of 20 minutes without an answer because the same guy who answered my calls always put me on hold. This guy needs be FIRED!!!!!!!!!! This Staples is the closest to my office and I dread going every single time. Mostly because they never ever have what I'm looking for. It seems there is not much in stock..lots of empty shelves. I usually order online, but occasionally I need something ASAP and they hardly ever have what I'm looking for. Overall, the staff are friendly and super helpful. They tell me the other stores with the item in stock and offer to ship it to me overnight for free. Neither of which is helpful at the time, but I appreciate the effort. Lately, I've been using their copy services and that has worked out ok. My order is completed correctly and the cost isn't bad. Except, there was a time when I asked for it the next day and they charged me $33 for rush. Ummmm, is that a rush??? I don't think so. I got a credit for that. So, people nicely tell you that they don't have your item in stock. It's not good to go into a store and expect to be disappointed, but that's my relationship with this Staples. read more

I've never been to this location before so I had no idea where anything was. Soon as I walked in the door, a gentleman, named Taylor, asked me if I needed help finding something. He knew right where it was. I also overheard him asking another woman if she needed assistance. At checkout, he asked me if I found everything okay and was very helpful throughout the process as I had a few questions and a little trouble operating the card machine. Taylor's customer service is seriously great. You never know what kind of day someone is having and his kindness, patience, and willingness to help me honestly made my day. This has been the worst lack of communication I have ever seen. Between the TSA office and the Staples representatives. I had an appointment that was canceled, midday, after I confirmed it in the morning. I spoke to the General Manager, who dismissed me and refused to hear me out or try to understand the situation. After being incredibly rude to me, told me they would not be seeing Walk Ins, despite the fact that I had an appointment at the beginning of the day. No one could tell me who or why my appointment was canceled. He sent me to the TSA office who sent me to the TSA agent who works in the store. When I tried to speak with her, he blocked me and would not allow me to. I spoke with the Staples costumer service, the TSA costumer service, and the Staples manager. All were more concerned with blaming the other rather than finding a solution. My situation was completely ignored, and no one could tell me who canceled my appointment or why it was canceled. All they did was tell me I did not have an appointment and refused to see me. I have never left a bad review before, but I was treated so terribly I felt like I needed to. I needed to go to Staples in Northpoint area in Alpharetta today near work to get ink and other supplies. The store assistant, who was very pleasant, didn't know much about the products but was quick in asking her superior. I needed to buy ink for the printer. Apparently there are two kinds, $10 difference, I was given the more expensive product without letting me know of the cheaper option. When I got back to the office, I called the store to complain I was told that I was given the more superior product which is more popular. We came in last night to have 20 copies of a resume printed. 2 sheets per copy, totaling 40 pages printed. I provided them with my own, expensive, ivory weighted resume paper that I had custom watermarked. I brought the entire package in new to the copying center, and placed my order. The copies were fine. Even considering the employee claimed he was "too lazy" to have them printed in order. (The first page needed to be printed single side, and the second page needed to be printed double side. So he printed 20 copies of the first page, then 20 copies of the second page front and back. He didn't bother to print them in order). After inquiring about their binding or cover options, we decided against it because we may need to add other documents to the resume. So we located a staples brand "essay paper" cover with a clear slip and a blue adjustable clip. The prints came out, we purchased the wraps, and just as she began to bag the items they cut the lights off in the store and locked the front door. We walked towards the door at 9:05, and they couldn't have waited 5 minutes before locking us inside and turning the lights off? Not only that, I had to stand at the locked door for a woman who looked terribly annoyed and walked with her head down to us to unlock the door and let us out. She never looked, never spoke, and shut and locked the door when we took one step outside. THE BEST PART: The ivory, weighted, and custom watermarked paper I provided the staff with had 100 sheets. Again, my order contained 40 prints. That should leave me a remaining 60 sheets, correct? The employee put my order inside of the original box I provided with my resume paper, that I didn't notice there were 50 sheets missing. I have exactly 10 sheets left, and I suppose the staff was counting on me being oblivious. I'm not sure if they messed up the first print, tossed it, and ran it again, but REGARDLESS. That is paper I provided to YOU. If you bent it, messed it up, etc... just let me know. This paper cost me nearly 35$ for 100 sheets. It really infuriates me that I had to find out I was missing half of my resume paper the following day. I called up to the store to inquire about this, and as the woman rudely asked me to wait, the line disconnected. I'll make sure to steer clear of this location from now on, after I speak to this store manager about why they kept my paper and the ignorance of their employees. Lastly: the entire time I stood waiting for my copies, the staff behind the counter, one man and two women, carried on a loud and lengthy conversation about how they want to go home. read more

I had ordered a notary public stamp about two weeks ago. I have not received any notification that the item is or will be in on any date. Decided to call since I hadn't heard anything and am unable to get through to anyone at the store - the main number or the print shop number. Just the horrible elevator music and some lame message apologizing for the delay. I called over 8 times for a total of 20 plus minutes and NEVER got through. The music disappears and then the we apologize that the store is unable to answer your call, please try again later. The message mentions if you need to get something in a hurry, then order it online and pick it up...I say order it elsewhere! read more

My office is close to this Staples location so I go here frequently and have never had any issues, in fact the associates are always more than helpful. However I just left the store and was appalled at how the GENERAL MANAGER treated me. I was simply trying to figure out how to deal with an exchange and she talked to me like I was bothering her and like I was stupid. To be in such a high position of management her customer service skills royally sucked! I wish I caught her name but she is a light skin African American woman with dreads....I made a comment to a sales associate that rung me up and she agreed with me! Unacceptable! read more

Most of the time, I use their copy service via online without incident. However today, after discovering today that both of my orders had mistakes (one order was their mistake, the other mine), the service I tried to get from the lady working was poor. She blew my concern off and basically said it was my mistake and I will be charged extra. I'd like to say maybe her attitude may have been due to the holiday rush but it just didn't seem that busy to me. Quite frankly I felt like I was just an inconvenience. If you are running short on time or patience, do not use this store! My biggest complaint is with their printing department. I've used this location several times in the past, especially since the competition closed in the area, and it is operating poorly on "auto-pilot." I usually use the self service copy machines; however, I've had problems with both the service at the printing counter and the self service machines. I went in yesterday with a thumb drive to print 8 color pages. I left almost 45 minutes later and in a very frustrated mood. The self service copier was not working properly and the second copier had no black toner. I get that retail management tries to save money by scheduling as few employees at a time as possible, but this was ridiculous. It was lunch time on a week day-there were many customers there on what was obviously their lunch break AND this is the time Staples decides to have minimal and untrained staff working?! I eventually received assistance from two employees and the store manager, but no one could make the copier work. I was forced to use their printing service, at a higher cost, just to get my pages printed. Although the employees were nice, I thought this was a poor way to handle customer service-just a way to charge me more and get me out of there. I may not earn the salary the manager does, but my time is just as important as his and it never should have taken so long to get only 8 pages! The next time I'm on a deadline and short on time, I will drive the extra distance to use the services of the company known mostly for making copies! read more
