I contacted three different companies in the Roswell area and got very different quotes, some of the prices I got were astronomical. I have been working with customers for many years and generally have a good feeling about when I meet someone if I will do business with them. When I met Bryan from Signarama and talked with him about my project I felt like he actually cared about my business and gave me some good advice in the process. The signs were delivered and installed perfectly and on time at a very reasonable price (permits included). Even after the main sign was finished Bryan and Erin helped me design other smaller logos that I needed for my business. All of the signs are top notch, especially the lit LED main sign outside my building which looks amazing. My complaint with the self-serve copy machines. They take forever to make photocopies. After you put your credit card in, it takes a lot of time to go from screen to screen. Every time you try to make a copy, it goes to a separate page and asks you to approve the purchase. The cursor on the screen then spins and takes time going from one page to the next. It took me around 10 minutes to make 8 separate photocopies.

I was given the receipt with the tracking number highlighted for each package for peace of mind. They've got shipping supplies, including specialty boxes, and they even provide the tape. They've also got an assortment of cards for purchase to send with whatever gift you're shipping. I'm a fan of the USPS and normally, I'd send my packages through them. Before I could even finish asking my question, the employee abruptly hung up on me. There was no explanation, no attempt to help, and no "please hold" or "call back later"--just a click and the call was over. I was honestly shocked because answering basic customer questions is part of running a business. If they were busy, a polite response would have taken only a few seconds. Instead, I was treated as though my call wasn't worth their time. It made me feel completely dismissed. Customer service is about treating people with respect, even during a brief phone call. Hanging up on a potential customer is unprofessional and leaves a terrible first impression. Based on this experience, I chose to take my business elsewhere. I hope management addresses this because no customer should be treated this way for simply asking a question!!
