This package which I paid to pickup at an access point has been delayed MULTIPLE times for UNKNOWN reasons. Yesterday I was called by this access point at 11:00AM on Friday, April 24, 2026. So I checked to see if this package was there and oddly according to ups.com at 9:44AM the package was delivered to this access point and magically at 10:12AM the package was in their possession AND there was a request to change delivery (FYI: not by me). The person working there is beyond rude and condescending and for some reason was super suspicious of my picking up the package. Because the metropolitan area is full of Crystal Pendergrass-es out stealing other Crystal Pendergrass' jelly beans. After she deemed my driver's license to be real, she was unable to scan the package because despite it being there for LESS THAN 24 HOURS it was marked to be returned. So I am still package-less thanks to a perfect display of incompetence.

I contacted three different companies in the Roswell area and got very different quotes, some of the prices I got were astronomical. I have been working with customers for many years and generally have a good feeling about when I meet someone if I will do business with them. When I met Bryan from Signarama and talked with him about my project I felt like he actually cared about my business and gave me some good advice in the process. The signs were delivered and installed perfectly and on time at a very reasonable price (permits included). Even after the main sign was finished Bryan and Erin helped me design other smaller logos that I needed for my business. All of the signs are top notch, especially the lit LED main sign outside my building which looks amazing. So I hauled 2 4' round rugs into this store at noon on a Wednesday to get them shipped back. At the time, there were 3 employees, 2 of which weren't doing all that much. They helped me carry the rugs once they saw me at the door, and then one of them took the lead in entering my info. While the gentleman was helping me, a trickle of other customers came in. The three worked quickly and efficiently to address everyone's concerns, and even apologized to the wait for the last few customers. I was in and out in about 10 minutes, not bad considering that I didn't have a pre-printed return slip, and I was shipping two items. I was given the receipt with the tracking number highlighted for each package for peace of mind. They've got shipping supplies, including specialty boxes, and they even provide the tape. They've also got an assortment of cards for purchase to send with whatever gift you're shipping. I'm a fan of the USPS and normally, I'd send my packages through them. Before I could even finish asking my question, the employee abruptly hung up on me. There was no explanation, no attempt to help, and no "please hold" or "call back later"--just a click and the call was over. I was honestly shocked because answering basic customer questions is part of running a business. If they were busy, a polite response would have taken only a few seconds. Instead, I was treated as though my call wasn't worth their time. It made me feel completely dismissed. Customer service is about treating people with respect, even during a brief phone call. Hanging up on a potential customer is unprofessional and leaves a terrible first impression. Based on this experience, I chose to take my business elsewhere. I hope management addresses this because no customer should be treated this way for simply asking a question!!
