I work for a small business that relies on Alphagraphics for our extensive printing needs. Every year Alphagraphics prints thousands of complicated workbooks and manuals for us. I cannot sing their praises highly enough. Hany, Gigi, and Natasha are professional and thorough and their back-office team works hard to get the job done. Quotes are reasonable and deadlines are consistently met (typically they get things to us sooner than expected). When we are on deadline, we push their team hard. And we are always met with kindness and competency. Would give six (or more) stars if possible. Alphagraphics keeps us running and is a valuable part of our team. I found the staff at Alpha Graphics to be very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and flexible. All of the projects for our biennial event turned out great. Each item was packed well for transportation to our desired location and were delivered on time. If you have a print job in mind give them a call first. read more

Horrible customer service, go somewhere else. I stopped in on a Friday to show them an example of what I needed to be printed, and was told that the person that could provide me a quote had left for the day for a family emergency and was told to stop back on Monday (Ok, I get that). I stopped back on Monday and spoke to Gigi and showed her what I needed to be printed. I mentioned that this was for a big presentation that I had the following week and that it was time sensitive. She said they could make what I needed and I sent her the files right then and there. She said she will email me with a quote. The next day, there was not an email with a quote so I called to make sure I sent it to the correct email address. She said she did receive my email and was waiting for a quote from her boss. I mentioned that I had additional printing needs for my presentation (more business for them) and emailed her with my additional printing needs again mentioning that it was time sensitive. It is now Thursday and still no response, not even an acknowledgement that the email was received. Go elsewhere! If you don't want my business let me know so I can move on to find someone else that does! read more

I'm not much for giving bad reviews, but this is something that needs to be addressed. This office is run by two feminists, that dislike their customers. They have very poor grammar, they do not overlook their work, and will charge you additional fees if they don't like you. #DontBeAMan Furthermore, they will not compensate you for their errors. ie: we submitted for my companies business cards, and they didn't correct a very simple error in the title. They have four people in that office that couldn't find simple errors, and still failed to see it. read more

I never like to leave bad reviews but customer service was horrible I did not feel welcomed at all the lady was really rude and I drove far to go to this establishment. I went next door to fast signs and they helped me a lot the owner was very friendly pointed me in the right direction and offered to give me a sample before I ordered a large bundle. I seriously don't understand the negative reviews, perhaps they're thinking of a different Alphagraphics? I've been working with GiGi and Hanny for years, they're produced thousands and thousands of branding materials for my company. They've always been expedient and professional with my orders. I also noticed a 1 star review that claimed that this location is run by 2 feminists who hate men? Well, I'm a man, and they're nice to me, maybe you shouldn't be an a s s h o l e and you'll be treated better. read more

I have used AlphaGraphics for many years and have always been very pleased with their work and customer service. Both Hany and Gigi are a pleasure to deal with - very professional and friendly. They both know the printing & marketing business backward and forwards and they were able to help me figure out exactly what I need no matter what the project. From traditional printed items such as business cards, mugs, banners, to manuals and presentation materials, they do it all quickly and correctly. They are customer service oriented and they always request several proofs prior to printing to ensure an exceptional product. The turnaround time is great too because they do most of their work in house. I would absolutely recommend their services and they will be my go-to printer for all of my future projects. read more

Absolute Horrible customer service. Color was clearly off from what was submitted to them. They basically blamed me rather than try and rectify the issue. Owner was very condescending towards me. I have many years in graphic design so I am very familiar with the process and what I turn in. They could not even get the bleeds right. Do yourself a favor and stay away. read more

Our company has used Alphagraphics for many years. Typically, they respond very well. Until now. I placed an order of business cards 3 weeks ago. We order these consistently & usually the turn around is pretty quick, until this time when it took 3 weeks (13 business days). Not a huge issue, but still frustrating. The cards are picked up & the attorney does not like the blue color on the card as it is different hue than his old/original set. I take the cards back & Gigi informs me they are "not in control of what color blue is printed." WHAT?! But she will "see what they can do." WHAT?! She even has the audacity to tell me she doesn't like that color blue (even though she is not the person who will be using them). No apologies & no extra effort whatsoever. At this point, I ask her to please do what she can & ask when can I pick them up. She tells me typically these cards take 7-10 business days but she will "see what she can do" and will not rush the request for me. Again, no effort whatsoever to make up for their mistake. On top of that, she was rude & made me feel like we, the customer, were in the wrong for wanting this product a certain way. SO FRUSTRATING. Since she could not guarantee me the product or service, I told her we would find someone else. I suggest you look elsewhere too first before using them. read more

They are NOT helpful at all compared to other Alpha Graphics locations...and I can't understand a word they are saying which is very concerning. Communication is very important when it comes to ensuring a print job is done correctly. I don't recommend them at all. read more
