These guys do a great job and I appreciate the way they handle customers. Coffee would be a great addition.

Around 4:45 p.m., I went in to mail a simple greeting card to British Columbia, Canada. The employee's first suggestion was to send it via FedEx for more than $70. The process didn't seem correct as she was putting it in a shipping folder, I questioned why and when I asked if I could just mail it with stamps, she told me no. I explained that I had mailed greeting cards internationally with stamps before, including to Australia, and only then did she change her answer to say she didn't know how many stamps it would take. She actually asked me how many stamps I wanted to buy, which left me completely confused. I said I didn't know which is why I came to a mail Center. I want to believe this was simply an honest mistake by someone who hasn't been properly trained. However, it's concerning that a business providing mailing services couldn't determine the correct postage or take a moment to look it up. Had I been an older or more vulnerable customer who didn't know to question a $70 shipping quote for a greeting card, I might have paid it unnecessarily. I left without mailing my card because I no longer had confidence in the advice I was being given. I've been a loyal customer because I wanted to support a local business, but after today's experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I hope the owner sees this as an opportunity to better train staff so future customers receive accurate information and don't leave feeling as frustrated as I did. I returned home and did an online search to discover that all I need is USPS Global Forever stamps (costing $1.75).

Location Located in a shopping center, the parking can be a little awkward and tight in front, but off to the side it's a bit easier to navigate. Service Most time I don't need help, but it's nice to have it offered. Usually I'm not greeted or asked if I need assistance. It doesn't ever seem to be busy, but service does seem to be slow. Which is odd considering there are usually multiple people working. Offerings They have computers for use, printers, shipping services and general office supplies.

Then when he scanned the shipping label he said the plain bag would be $4?? I'm sorry you have boxes and padded mailers less than $2 and what you gave me was also too small for my box and I asked for the least expensive means of shipping. I said I'd purchase something off the shelf and he said because I'd already taped the bag I'd need to pay for it. When I said there were several less expensive items and I was asking for the least expensive way to ship the box he just laughed and said "yeah crazy". Real quality employees here, happy to screw over customer rather than actually help.

Aside from the typical shipping, packing, copying, printing and mailbox services, I noticed you can also get your passport picture taken here! Plus they offer laminating and notary. The young guy behind the counter agreed that he had never saw this happen, and that his manager would have to call USPS but his manager was not in until Monday. With a demeanor, as if I was bothering him to get up off his phone, he asked that I leave my tracking number for the manager to call USPS, who wouldn't be in until Monday (it's Thursday). Never did he attempt to do so himself or provide a # I could call myself... saying his manager had to be the one to call. He had a complete attitude trying to reiterate that no timeframe is guaranteed and sarcastically stating that it is an "estimated timeframe" when paying for packages to be shipped EXCEPT that that is not completely true. His demeanor was nasty. There was a complete lack of customer service and he showed a complete disregard for my concerns on the mystery of where my package is, repeating that "it's out of our hands" with a snarky tone. The lack of customer service experienced was disgusting.
