She claimed she was a friend of hers and my brother and said she had professional experience with event planning and catering. Since I wasn't familiar with her, I was reluctant to accept her assistance, but she was really eager to help. I then asked her to help with food service for my sister's celebration of life. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. During the service, multiple guests complained about her rude and confrontational attitude. She spoke disrespectfully to attendees, questioning "who raised them" and to move their "nasty hands" when they approached the food table. A family friend was asked to bring food and she removed their food off the serving table and placed it on the floor! This was completely inappropriate for a memorial service where people were grieving. At the end of the event, she took leftover food home despite being hired to provide a service, not attend as a guest. When I respectfully addressed these concerns, I received an extremely hostile and unprofessional response filled with personal attacks and insults. A memorial service requires someone who can serve with compassion, professionalism, and respect for grieving families. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. I cannot recommend this service for any event, especially one during a difficult time.

The final product quality was great a 10, the process of receiving the product was delayed; "were very busy", "please resend art work", "it will be Friday, It will be Monday etc." However I placed a second order for two more identical signs at the same price, and experienced the same type of delays. One sign was produced again a 10 in quality, however the 2nd new sign was delayed due to damage of its frame in shipping form a vendor to Signs of Intelligence. Then the owner Jim asked about an inexpensive chloroplast sign (he said LOOKED GREAT) his wife saw on one of my properties that they had priced a week earlier. I explained that their price was $100 and another shop was $28 so I ordered that from the other shop. A few emails were exchanged about not shopping around and Jim was not pleased, he told me to order all my signs from the "other guy". I asked about the second sign and he said "we are slammed and your sign would be very delayed" We appreciate your business & with you the best of luck" Well I needed that 2nd sign which was ordered about a month ago. With a better attitude and production processes this could be a great sign shop.
