She was very friendly and helped answer all of my questions about the promotional items I was considering. I purchased the Scripto Tech Dual Ballpoint Stylus (Item#: 6002-17). An art proof of the pens was emailed for my approval 24 hours after I had purchased the pens and my order shipped the following day. I could not have asked for more prompt service. Unfortunately, the pens do not look as nice as they appeared to be on the website. There are two seams that run down the barrel of the pen. These seams were not visible in the example pictures on the website: http://www.pinnaclepromotions.com/promotional-product/scripto-tech-dual-ballpoint-stylus/427/30992/#gclid=CJv82Lq5urwCFZPm7AodDWIAWQ The seams were also not visible in the art proof I was sent. Had the seams been visible on the website or in the art proof I would have decided on purchasing a different pen. Our logo is right above the seam (see my pictures) so you cannot avoid noticing this flaw on the pen. When I notified Monica that I was not happy with the pens she offered me a 10% off discount on my next order. It was a nice gesture, but I think I might have to require a sample next time instead of relying on a digital proof.

I told her that we had in the past. It is sad that we were not given a discount that we were given in the past and was told by the rep that Pinnacle Promotions does not give discounts.

Most recently, I visited this location to print some photos taken from my iPhone 6. I was having difficulty loading them onto my USB so Marvin at this location helped me download them to my device directly. This location has a Sony picture machine so you can bring a CD-rom or USB device full of photos and can crop, adjust color and brightness and print images on the spot. It's instant gratification and if you're in a rush to print photos, this machine will be your best friend. This location is always well maintained, clean and their work stations are also kept nice and tidy. Just in case you were wondering, anytime you download images on a Kinkos computer, once your paid online session is over, all documents and images downloaded get deleted. Good to know since you are using a public computer. They are located in the same shopping center as the Zaxby's, Dunkin Donuts and Home Depot off of State Bridge Rd. in the Duluth area.
