I have been to this location a couple of times to ship things out but this time I needed a document notarized. I didn't realize that my document required 2 witnesses so the employee asked if I could wait a couple of minutes until someone from the afternoon shift came in. As soon as the employee arrived, they called me up to start the process. I appreciate that they valued my time even though I didn't mind waiting. The experience was great. The employees that assisted me were very pleasant in the midst of handling a little bit of a lunch hour rush. I appreciate the excellent customer service and I will definitely be returning back to this location for any of my shipping, printing or notary needs. read more

This is normally the UPS I go into just because it's so close to my home but after the experience I had today I will make it a point to drive to the second nearest one. I had a very long, heavy package to return that also wasn't taped on one end so it was extremely heavy and not very stable. My daughter, who is 6, was with me and when we made it to the door, I needed her assistance with opening it but it was windy and chilly so it took ALOT of effort for my daughter to open it. Whilst we struggled with the door, I could see TWO MALE CLERKS inside literally looking at us and not doing anything to help. When we finally got inside, one clerk whose name is Tufail, went to the back and stayed and the other, Sunny, stayed behind the counter and pretended to be occupied by a cordless phone. The unsteady package fell by the time I could make it to the counter. As it laid on the floor I asked why was it that I wasn't offered any assistance seeing as though we were struggling. No answer, I was actually ignored by Sunny. As I taped the box whilst it was on the floor, about two different people came into the store returning things, walking around me and leaving out until one kind gentleman, whom I am very grateful for, stopped near me and asked if I needed help with the package to which my eyes actually watered. He didn't even work there, nor did he have to help at all! He simply offered because he saw how much I was struggling and wanted to help. I thanked him so much and asked Sunny again why was that so hard or him to do? How come a complete stranger that doesn't even work here see that I need help and offer but YOU don't!? He then said because he was on the phone with tech support (I was in the store for almost 5-10 minutes and not once did he say anything to anyone on the cordless phone.) I told him a cordless phone shouldn't prevent you from being able to simply walk around the counter and assist. He never apologized, never offered any sense of empathy or anything. Just priced me for the tape and asked if I wanted a receipt. I asked for his name and the guy that went to the back without helping either and told him I would be leaving a review and speaking to someone pertaining this experience. I will refrain from making this a race issue because I don't think that everything is but this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in any establishment. My daughter asked me in the car, "Why didn't they want to help us, Mom?" And I can't even give her a straight answer. read more

Was here to print a document. They charge a 2$ fee to open a PDF document and additional 25cents to print each document. If you are printing just 1 page, you end up paying 2.25$. FedEx on the other hand is way cheaper with only 13cents per page without any additional fees. Feels like cheated. I paid 4.53$ just to print a page from two different PDF files. If I could give it negative stars I definitely would. I returned a packed April 7th and paid $25 plus tax for a shipping label. I lost my receipt and asked them for a tracking number for my return a few days later, they kept saying they couldnt give me the tracking number without a tracking number. They literally asked me for a tracking number after I asked them for it... on top of that they said they had no trace of my purchase in the sustem EVEN WHEN THEY TOOK MY EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER AT CHECKOUT!! Highly pissed because they lost a $50 package and I had to pay $25 to print a shipping label so that's $75 dollars down the drain. Worst experience ever. I would sue. Service is DISGUSTING read more

I ordered 24 items from a company at Amazon. They sent them in 4 packages. Upon returning, they made me go to UPS store and have 4 Qr codes scanned to process return. I walked in the store on Saturday morning at around 10. One other customer came in before me but went to check his mailbox. Guy at counter began processing my orders. Because they were delivered via email for each return, it was a slower process. This man was snippy and in too much of a hurry. He was paying more attention to the other man who was now in line. In all of the haste, my return was done correctly. He should have checked to see if the QR codes were duplicates. What's the big hurry that you have to be so rude?! Way too many UPS stores in the area for this treatment and shotty service!! read more

When I first walked in there was a young gentleman at the counter so I let him know that I needed a box about the same size as the box if the customer next to me. The gentleman came back and asked what a was shipping, so I let him know. He then came back with an older lady who pointed out the different sizes they had so the young gentleman and I went over to look @ the boxes and decided that I needed a size in between the 12 cubed and the 16 cubed. The older lady at this time snapped at the guy because he questioned something about the sizes if the boxes. She replied to him just do what I told you to do I know what I'm talking about. At this time another customer and myself looked at each other because it made us both uncomfortable to see her speaking to him in such a condescending tone, especially with customers around. The guy brings the box she tells him to bring and it was too small. He came back out with the correct sized box, so I packed it and brought it up do it could be shipped. The lady took my package, do I let her know it needed tape. She taped the top of the box. I then told her the bottom also needed to be taped, which is when she told me that when customers pack their own boxes they are expected to supply their own tape because it rides the li e of packaging services. I then asked what my other options were and she told me they could have packed and taped it up for me. She then said she would do it this time, but she just wanted to let me know for future reference. She then told me my total was $18.32. I asked her if that included the price if the box and she started with her condescending tone again and says the shipping us $18.32. I then asked her what the total was and she decides to continue to speak to me as if I were her child and go into some long unnecessary drawn out explanation. I then told her I didn't appreciate the attitude and that all she had to do was answer the question because all I needed was the total. Obviously I'm here to ship a package. She then responds I did answer the question at which point I reminded her that I am the customer and told her to stop arguing with me. I then her it was extremely unprofessional and very bad customer service. I then pointed out how unprofessional her behavior already was when she was snapping at the guy earlier while customers were in the store. WARNING This store is under new management and the store and the staff doesn't value their customers. I have been with the store over 8 years, and through three owners. I have had mail lost and over (3) three times and cause issues with my business due to mail not arriving. The employees are rude and not concern about their clients. Be perpared to wait on opening of the store. Employees don't arrive on time to open store on time. There are several times the store will open up not on time. Employees are late every morning, the store opens up at 9am, employees open up 10 to 30 mins late every time. Ordered a key and the key was a week late on delivery. This is after paying for the key. The co-owner needs a lesson in customer service. Upon attempting to use a debit card to pay for my purchase, she asked, "You don't have any change." Well, obviously not. I'm using my card. She went on to say, in a snide tone, how swiping my card for such a small amount actually costs the store money, but she would "do it for me this time." I told her I have never experienced customer service like that before, and she told me, "I'm the co-owner, so you can complain to whoever you want," and then told me to have a blessed day.
