I could tell most of the clientele here were coming for returns, and there were only two employees there. They definitely were trying their best to try to get the customers in and out and they did not seem like the happiest campers, but these folks are just UPS folks. Not expecting much out of them. I tried to make it easy for them by having my Amazon QR code ready and having it all packaged and shipped. It took a little while due to the line, but my encounter was quick and fast -- huge shoutout as I know UPS partners with a lot of clients; they're definitely doing their best.

Just show them the return authorization, they scan it, and give a big thank you. Today, I was told they couldn't just scan the return ticket, I had to print it out. But, they would print it for $3.50. Plus, they wanted $1.50 to put one strip of tape on the box. So $5.00 to ship what was free for the past many weeks.
