But, they would print it for $3.50. Plus, they wanted $1.50 to put one strip of tape on the box. So $5.00 to ship what was free for the past many weeks. While standing there for a couple minutes, one of the workers was sitting on the computer and said nothing. The other workers were in the back. When the ones in the back finally came out, no-one said anything either. When someone did ask if they can help me, there was no greeting, apology, etc. She just acted as if I was bothering her. He had a complete attitude trying to reiterate that no timeframe is guaranteed and sarcastically stating that it is an "estimated timeframe" when paying for packages to be shipped EXCEPT that that is not completely true. His demeanor was nasty. There was a complete lack of customer service and he showed a complete disregard for my concerns on the mystery of where my package is, repeating that "it's out of our hands" with a snarky tone. They are all great but there is one particular stand out: Teresa. Professional, personable and VERY knowledgeable about their products and services, she also seems truly content with her job and is humorous, to boot. She makes unsolicited suggestions about the less costly ways to ship and, even when the store is packed, she is ALWAYS patient and has a pleasant tone and demeanor. I could tell most of the clientele here were coming for returns, and there were only two employees there. They definitely were trying their best to try to get the customers in and out and they did not seem like the happiest campers, but these folks are just UPS folks. Not expecting much out of them. I tried to make it easy for them by having my Amazon QR code ready and having it all packaged and shipped. It took a little while due to the line, but my encounter was quick and fast -- huge shoutout as I know UPS partners with a lot of clients; they're definitely doing their best.
