Mike Potts was a pleasure to work with planning our complicated series of moves and stayed positive as we ended up needing to add extra trucks, trips and stops to drop items with our children in Nashville, TN, Arlington,VA and Chicago, IL as we down sized. They managed to move the bulk of our things from Greensboro, GA to Southern Florida and Boston, MA. All this to say we got to know them quite well! We highly recommend Chris who is one of the managers if you can get him on your job. He's smart, a creative problem solver and pleasant under pressure. She hung up my call twice when its her JOB to help . Unprofessional in every way possible . Spoke with customer service on a package update and stated it was at this location & the "manager" stated she cant pull a package out her ass so she didn't know where it was at. So if this is her way of fixing problems she needs a different job thats suits more her level of handling .

Day one of the move. We got started right on time at 9 AM…read more The communication has been excellent. Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. Thank you guys for a great experience.
