Our move was confirmed for Saturday at 2:00 p.m. We packed our entire home, organized our schedule, and prepared everything according to the commitment made by this company. When the scheduled time arrived, we called to confirm their arrival and were shocked to learn that our reservation was not even in their system. After spending a significant amount of time trying to resolve the issue, they apologized and rescheduled the move for Sunday at 8:30 a.m. Because we live in a townhouse community where moving is not allowed on Sundays, we had to go through the trouble of obtaining a special exception just to accommodate their mistake. Unfortunately, the situation became even worse. Sunday came, and once again they failed to show up. No movers, no solution, and no accountability. As a result, we were left with our entire home packed in boxes, unable to move, dealing with stressed and confused dogs, rearranging work commitments, and facing unnecessary emotional and logistical stress. This was not a minor inconvenience--it completely disrupted our lives for an entire weekend. What concerns us most is not just the mistake, but the complete lack of reliability. A moving company is hired because people trust them with one of the most important and stressful transitions in their lives. Failing once is bad enough. Failing twice in a row after promising to fix the situation is unacceptable. We strongly advise anyone considering this company to think carefully before booking. Verify everything repeatedly and have a backup plan, because our experience demonstrated that a confirmed reservation may not mean much. This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences we have ever had, and we would not want another family to go through the same situation.

From the moment they arrived, they got right to work and did not waste a single minute. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. What could have easily been a long, exhausting day turned into one of the smoothest moves I've ever had. They were respectful, friendly, hardworking, and worked incredibly well as a team. As a busy nurse who's juggling work, grad school, and life, I truly appreciated how seamless they made this process. Their professionalism and work ethic did not go unnoticed. Wouldn't recommend them still. Review not changed. 7/20: No reimbursement in full or any additional communication from this company and it's been almost 2 months. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. If there's truly a reimbursement in full for the brand new dresser and trench I will update this review again. If not, I'll update this with the communications from your staff.

We used Zephyr a few years ago and it has sat poorly with us ever since…read more The owner, Michael, came to our house to give us an estimate and said at the very MOST it would be $2,200. OK great! After the quote we actually got rid of some large items like dressers, a full sized bunk bed, etc making it less to move. Movers came, they didn't take a lunch break and we felt bad so we fed them ($100 for that, no biggie). They were unable to finish in one day as discussed. Inconvenient but ok. The next day same thing, we ended up buying them lunch AND dinner ($250+) and had a big cooler of drinks bc it was June. They finished at almost midnight of day two, the foreman calls to tell Michael and he says oh its going to be $4,200!!!!!!! Wtf?!?! They said that the job was more than intended (even thought the OWNER quoted us and there were fewer items to move). So we ended up being stuck paying that. The guys left, I said to take a drink for the road, they took them ALL Like 40 drinks we'd been planning on using for our family because the kitchen was still empty. Who does that!!!!!! So after being nice and buying their meals for two days, being generous with drinks, giving one of the guys a case of diapers bc my baby had outgrown them, they double the price. Found out antique furniture had been wrapped in WET moving blanjets, ruining the finishes, hardware for beds was just gone, two pieces from our soda sign collection mysteriously vanished (about $1500 value) and a large stained glass piece was broken in several places. This guy is a crook, his people are thieves, and absolutely unappreciative of any kindnesses and take advantage of whatever possible. Do not use them without a firm estimate in a contract that they cannot change, and anything you don't want stolen, broken or damaged move yourself..

The staff for one is completely rude …read more Jordan or Ginger whatever her name is because she lied about her name as well, who allegedly is the manager could not help what so ever so clearly you guys have the wrong manager on shift. She hung up my call twice when its her JOB to help . Unprofessional in every way possible . Spoke with customer service on a package update and stated it was at this location & the "manager" stated she cant pull a package out her ass so she didn't know where it was at. So if this is her way of fixing problems she needs a different job thats suits more her level of handling .

Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. Thank you guys for a great experience.

Would ABSOLUTELY hire again!! They provided full packing and moving services and did a great job…read more Not a single item was lost or broken. They arrived at 9am, packed a full 2 bedroom apartment, drove 1.5 hours to our new home, and unloaded all by 6pm. Payment was easy, all the guys were friendly and professional. The only constructive note I have is that there was a bit of confusion on the front end in terms of securing an accurate estimate. As requested, I provided very thorough walk-through videos of everything to be packed, but they seemed to not be able to keep up with those as I kept getting calls asking how many boxes to bring. In the end the move took about 3 hours longer than the original estimate, but as I said - the work was quality and well worth the price. Perhaps an in person walk-through to better estimate would be one small improvement in the future.
