No stars if possible . The staff for one is completely rude . Jordan or Ginger whatever her name is because she lied about her name as well, who allegedly is the manager could not help what so ever so clearly you guys have the wrong manager on shift. She hung up my call twice when its her JOB to help . Unprofessional in every way possible . Spoke with customer service on a package update and stated it was at this location & the "manager" stated she cant pull a package out her ass so she didn't know where it was at. Usually my experience at Sugarloaf location is great. Customer service, has always been great. But because the store did not send me a notification or leave my reminder in my box on time like they usually do, I was required to make 2 payments. One payment in October which was due in June and then another for December. Such an inconvenience and I'm so disappointed. Because I'm a small business owner the reminders are helpful is all so I felt like I should receive a discount and they told me no, even though it was not my fault. read more

they won't tape your Amazon box if it's too big. You will need to buy the tape that's $4. if you want them to tape it for you for thats &6 . He had to think about it like it wasn't a set price. This was the manager or franchise owner. very rude to us and to the person infront of us. read more

The staff and especially Kenn was extremely kind and helpful. They were all pleasant and had great personalities. They worked great together as a team to take care of their customers. Kenn was very patient with me even though I had a lot of returns. I picked the incorrect drop off location and he was very helpful in showing me how to correct the problem. read more

I've had an overwhelming positive experience using this store until today, which was my first time visiting since before the pandemic began in March. I entered the store to mail a Christmas present to my sister and was dismayed to see that, of the three employees present, only one was wearing any type of face covering (and even that was only a shield with no mask underneath). I was able to quickly mail my package with the help of the shielded employee, but I wouldn't return nor would I recommend that others return during this time for safety reasons. read more

Do not use this store. I had a package routed for pick up there and someone signed for my package at the store. When I went to pick it up I was told "it's not here". Zero concern. I showed him (the owner) the delivery confirmation and he told me to come back the next day or take it up with UPS directly. I am perturbed that someone got away with stealing a package with no repercussions. read more

The manager (assuming the Indian guy was really the manager) has the worst customer service, but the staff were more knowledgeable and exhibited better customer service. The manager kept making the wrong copy for my documents until his staff stepped in. Either he didn't understand copy type request or didn't know how to operate the copier. And when i was not satisfied with the passport photo he did not listen to my feedback why I would like to retake, he kept on saying "we've been making passport photo all these time and has no issue". I had also taken passport photo many times and usually the face is larger in the photo And that's all I wanted. Instead he argued and continued saying i have confirmed the photo before, i was confused what that meant "confirmed the photo"?. Yes i saw the photo on the screen that I didn't close my eyes, but if a client wanted the face to be zoomed in more to comply with the schengen visa requirement as printed, can you stop arguing and just do it?? At the end he threw tantrums and ignored me and walked away, in front of all clients in the room. I think he needs to undergo further training. Classless. read more

It's rare when you can literally be in and out of a store in under 60 seconds with a smile, especially when you're walking in with a bunch of unknowns. I ordered something on Amazon that was damaged and needed to return it, which i'd never needed to do before. So I printed out the stuff I needed to, headed to the UPS store, and walked in with a big box in hand and an apparent look of confusion because the guys there welcomed me, made sure the paperwork and return postage was where it needed to be, taped my box up for me and printed off my receipt. My reply to all that? "That's it?" His response? "That's it...have a great day sir". I don't know when their busy hours are (this was around 12:30pm on a Friday), but from my experience, they get 5 stars from me! read more

I visited this store on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 with a shipment to Samsung. In trying to complete the shipment via Samsung's instructions, I learned the store could not accept my item based on their contractual agreement with Samsung and the manner in which Samsung processed the return. Be that as it may, as the customer my agenda was to complete the shipment. The store associate was not capable of relaying this message professionally by so advising me of this with diplomacy and professionalism. The owner was contacted by the associate, needlessly and the issue was made a far bigger issue than necessary. Because I have competent resolution skills, I telephoned Samsung so advising them of the matter and I asked for a work around which worked....to have a label sent to me email so that I could process the package as a drop off. I located the owner and asked to speak with him regarding my experience. I was advised that he, David Trojahn, did not appreciate my contacting him directly. I was able to find him as anyone owning a business has to register with the Secretary of State, thus making information public record. I advised him that because of the treatment and aura of his associates on the day of my visit, my effort in this form was to avoid further conflict in any degree with them going forward. I advised him that his cell phone number was found by googling his name (once I had that information) on https://clustrmaps.com/persons/David-Trojahn. This is free on the internet, however anyone interested in being removed can request so via the site. I texted him on Thursday and I would think if there were any problems with his being contacted as the owner....he simply would not have replied. He did, in fact, reply and advised he'd call me as I asked for an email. After this experience, I get the attitudes of the employees as it starts with the leadership. It was all so very unnecessary for a simple matter that his employees were not capable of resolving in a professional manner.....so I did so. In the interim, while I know I am worthy of just as good a customer experience as the next non-belligerent irate customer....this did not happen. Be aware. read more

Less than 1 star when you can't even get into the store. They DO NOT open at 8:30am as their sign states. Previous review was correct in saying they don't open at this time and I had to go to work before being late. If the company charges a fee for my item being late returned due to this, I will be passing the bill along to this UPS store for false advertisement. If you're in a hurry in the mornings and need to ship something, don't come here. The store says open at 8:30am, but don't expect them to open on time. You'd be frustrated, happened to me this morning. Wasted 15 minutes waiting for them to open, I had to leave because I needed to make it to work. Very disappointed. I go here only for amazon returns. Other than stupid covid changes (just about every place is pointlessly doing it) I've never had an issue here. Usually a quick in and out. Friendly and professional staff. I've never been in the early morning, some reviewers complain they open late. I've never experienced that. read more

I love the folks at this store!! I recently moved from Lawrenceville to CA, and had 18 large boxes to ship. I didn't want to incur the cost of having them picked up from the house, so I stopped by this store, and the staff was super helpful in letting me know what my options were. I ended up bringing my boxes there in 3 trips, and the staff helped me transport them from my car into the store, and took care of the rest. My boxes arrived on time and as planned. They definitely made what I thought was going to be a hard job an easy one! read more
