There was a complete lack of customer service and he showed a complete disregard for my concerns on the mystery of where my package is, repeating that "it's out of our hands" with a snarky tone. My chief complaint is with mail delivery and not so much the office. In fact, my review would be five stars if they could get mail into the right boxes. I'm not asking a lot, but having to make regular trips to my neighbors and them to me to deliver mail and packages hardly seems right. If this happened once in a while I'd understand. We are human. However, this is on the regular lately. Today I'm missing a package that was marked delivered from the seller. I'm just hoping it comes to one of my neighbors and they deliver it and not another neighborhood or someone who doesn't want to take on the task of mail delivery (can't blame them).
