The male at the front counter (didn't get his name but doesn't matter) continued to cut me off while I tried my best to get my business need out. After that happened a few times, I decided I'd rather spend my money elsewhere, because I refuse to support such crass behavior. Now, when I tried to explain why I'm leaving, he still continued with cutting me off. The difference between customer service and customer experience will make or break business. If you don't care about being treated respectfully, then use this facility. If professionalism and respect matter, move on down the road.

The next time I decided to send valuable disc and asked which service guarantees fast and 100% delivery. They advised me UPS. I sent, but my parcel was lost. Several times I came to Parsel Plus. but Raj assured me that now UPS does not scan parcels and showed me someone's negative feedback on Google, that the parcels are not scanned, and they can be lost. The tracking showed that the parcel was still in the post office. As a result, the parcel arrived a week later after paying for 2-day delivery. Today I came to the post office again, but Raj refused to serve me in the presence of other customers, because I "did not believe in his words that the parcel was sent on time." Very unprofessional. He had a complete attitude trying to reiterate that no timeframe is guaranteed and sarcastically stating that it is an "estimated timeframe" when paying for packages to be shipped EXCEPT that that is not completely true. His demeanor was nasty. There was a complete lack of customer service and he showed a complete disregard for my concerns on the mystery of where my package is, repeating that "it's out of our hands" with a snarky tone. I had previously purchased a McAfee protection package with support through the store, sold to me by a technician named Sunil back in May. Even then, I sensed something was off in our interaction, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt, assuming my own frustration with my laptop might have clouded my judgment. Today confirmed that my instincts were right--it wasn't me, it was Sunil. I waited over twenty minutes while he assisted another couple. When it was finally my turn, he spent barely two minutes with me before a woman interrupted, asking if someone could check her out. Sunil told her he would assist her, not after finishing with me, but immediately. He stopped helping me mid-conversation and began checking her out. I asked, "Are you serious?" and he replied, "Yes." He attempted to continue speaking with me while helping her, but I told him I'd wait until he was finished so my concerns could be properly addressed. Instead of returning to me, he then took the next customer in line--a man--without explanation. I asked again, "You're going to take him now and make me wait again?" and he said, "Yes." At that point, I was livid. I told him I would not continue waiting and that his behavior was unacceptable. What I experienced was blatant and overt discrimination. It was so egregious that the woman he prioritized over me apologized. This kind of treatment is unacceptable in any professional setting. I strongly believe Staples needs to reevaluate Sunil's conduct and consider appropriate disciplinary action.
