Very dry and horrible customer service.

The young guy behind the counter agreed that he had never saw this happen, and that his manager would have to call USPS but his manager was not in until Monday. With a demeanor, as if I was bothering him to get up off his phone, he asked that I leave my tracking number for the manager to call USPS, who wouldn't be in until Monday (it's Thursday). Never did he attempt to do so himself or provide a # I could call myself... saying his manager had to be the one to call. He had a complete attitude trying to reiterate that no timeframe is guaranteed and sarcastically stating that it is an "estimated timeframe" when paying for packages to be shipped EXCEPT that that is not completely true. His demeanor was nasty. There was a complete lack of customer service and he showed a complete disregard for my concerns on the mystery of where my package is, repeating that "it's out of our hands" with a snarky tone. The lack of customer service experienced was disgusting.

The male at the front counter (didn't get his name but doesn't matter) continued to cut me off while I tried my best to get my business need out. Now, when I tried to explain why I'm leaving, he still continued with cutting me off. The difference between customer service and customer experience will make or break business. If you don't care about being treated respectfully, then use this facility. If professionalism and respect matter, move on down the road.

Prices for the notary services are reasonable at $5 a stamp/page. What really made me love this place was the courtesy that the owner showed. Recently I left my ID there and didn't know. I returned from a trip to find a piece of mail in my mailbox stating that I left my ID and to please return. He was so cognizant and copied my ID on a scanner and printed it, then used a black marker to block out all of my information other than my photo. He also attached his business card and stated that he hopes this address is current and to please call him and that he will be holding it for me. In a world where people don't have the time or aren't courteous to protect another person's information I was just extremely impressed that he took the time to protect my information like that and thought of how someone could've utilized the information on my ID if for any reason my address wasn't updated. It's the little things and now this is likely the only place I will use moving forward.

It only cost $5 which was an excellent value compared to other places. Thank you Ms. P! Also, there is a small play area for kids at the front of the store with blocks, so very family-friendly. They actually seemed interested in selling me a really cheap stapler versus selling me the $20 one with all the bells & whistles. Compared to other office stores, I think I'd rather shop here as this specific store seemed better than the other stores that I've had to deal with. It just seemed better than the average ones around here. The store isn't perfect, though. There are quite a few areas that were not really that well organized and not all the sections had all the items in the right spot. Sometimes you can come across an area with markers or some other product and they have the same item in quite a few slots, but there should be different items there. They lost a little bit on variety that they should have had. Probably poor stocking led to exaggerated ordering of some items and not enough of others. Overall, it wasn't bad, but there have been better stores out there.
