I really want to give this store a higher rating because the owners have been fantastic to deal with however the staff is down right disrespectful. I have had 3 different issues and each time, the employee at the desk is argumentative over everything. Instead of actually listening to the customer he feels the need to go back and forth. I was just in the store and he did it in front of the owners so I now know this poor customer service is tolerated. Staff is very disrespectful. Very rude when processing amazon returns. They practically throw your stuff in the back. No welcome greeting or goodbye either. When buying postage there, the wide woman is very mean. She constantly gives an attitude and makes rude comments. If you hand her your card, cash, etc. she will toss you your change and receipt! I sipped a letter international and was told it will take 6-10 days at the cost of $74.72. After 9 days, I tried to track the package via UPS and the tracking number was not working so I went to the store and was told that it was sent by USPS-post office. So I was charged $74.72 for a service that cost $30.98 at the post office ( which is near my place) without telling me that they will use a different carrier. The worst part is that the letter is still in Atlanta-GA where I sent it from after 9days . The agent was extremely rude about it and had no interrest on what I had to said. Definitly agreed this is a dumpster fire. read more

The boss is named Roy. He is in the back doing nothing but stock trading. He rarely helps out his employees. If you work here, you will get paid $500/wk (before tax) and work 50 hours a week. He fired me and didn't give any reason even though I asked. read more

Very simple, I paid my box fee in cash did not get the receipt which I admit was my fault. DUMP! I return a week later to retrieve my mail and the clerk says I cannot receive the mail until I pay. I told her that I just paid you, I know you remember. She says no you owe. I searched everywhere for the receipt without success. I refused to pay this location twice since I am not happy with there service anyways. I have been a box holder for over 10 years. As a result I switched locations and ended up running into an ex-employee of this location at the new location and they said they were hearing a lot of complaints from ex-customers coming from this location. BY FAR THE BEST UPS STORE I have every used FAST, FRIENDLY, and COMPETENT STAFF great customer service, competent and friendly staff, fast service, accurate quotes, honest, helpful. All around great great UPS store. always friendly and most importantly competent staff. they actually give accurate shipping quotes. they are fast too so you don't spend a lot of time standing in line waiting. convenient because they are beside the krogers. I've been to several UPS stores and this one is by far the best. accurate quotes (unlike some of the other ones (peachtree industrial blvd UPS yeah you) whose shipping quotes change depending on who is working that day) This place is so much faster than USPS (where there is always a line) and the UPS shipping rates are genuinely comparable if not just slightly higher (but then how much is your time worth to not stand in a long line as you would at US Post Office) definitely recommend and will definitely use again and again read more

I love the in and out factor here. It's quick, it's convenient, and the prices really are pretty comparable with USPS as far as I'm concerned. They also offer insurance for the value of what you are shipping for $100. If you need more, it's another $3 I believe for each $100 after that. I am not sure what the cap is, but it was comforting when sending back a $300 plus jumpsuit that I knew I was protected should it not make it back to the store. The only drawback I can see is that with USPS, if you ship priority, they will provide you a box. UPS does not, so I had to get my own. I'm realizing it's much better to only buy clothes online from businesses that will ship back for you with their own shipping labels. This particular item was from a store in NY, and I had to pay for shipping both ways. Customer service is great, and they provide you with a receipt so you can track the item yourself. It's also way more convenient for me to pop in here versus the post office. So thanks UPS! read more

Rude is an understatement. When the primary customer demographic of your location speaks English it would be appreciated if English was spoken when customers come into the store. The mark up that the owner puts on sending things via USPS makes absolutely no sense. When I asked about the mark up, I was lied to which I did not appreciate. If you're going to have the balls to charge people a 400% mark up for sending items via USPS at least be a man and step up and acknowledge it. I have no problem paying a premium to send something out at this location via USPS. However, it is not cool to lie to your customers thinking that they are just naïve and don't know what you are doing. Will never ever go back to this location. read more

Just chiming in with the general sense of rudeness experienced at this location. The lady was very cheerful when she was refusing to provide any assistance. I'll NEVER go here again. I went twice today; the first time, the line was so slow that I gave up and left. When I returned a couple hours later, the employees continued to be slow and also didn't manage the line of waiting people, so people were cutting the line. A well-run business would have a clearer process and would prevent that, but let's give them the benefit of the doubt and blame the rude customers. The reason for the 1-star rating is that the employees seem clueless and uncaring. Not a good mix. I asked how much it would cost to mail a small envelope on Dec 19 and have it arrive by Xmas, and a man (presumably the owner) quickly took my envelope, stuffed it into a USPS envelope, slapped a sticky label on it, and threw it into a mail bin. I specifically was trying to AVOID using the Postal Service, which is why I was visiting a UPS Store. Why the f*** did he ship my envelope via a larger USPS envelope without my permission?! read more

buyer beware after my experiences at two other UPS Stores, I am assuming all UPS Stores operate in the same manner as far as purchasing UPS or USPS labels on site, so I am posting this warning. Check the pricing online, or generate your own labels online before shipping with a UPS Store, then have the UPS Store price it for you--do you see a difference? no--then go ahead. if yes, and it is large, then use your own judgement. this ups store location has the worst customer service i have ever experienced!!!!! this is sydney stokes the person who was renting box 375. we have been a customer @ this location since 2007. since that time we have seen numerous owners come and go. what we have not seen is an owner treat a long time customer the way you have treated us. today we proceeded to pick our mail up and was told by your staff that our mailbox was terminated. we had no prior notification, we received no phone call, letter, or email regarding termination. your staff member contacted you in regards to this issue and you told her that we must submit proof of payment when your system shows we paid in july. this again is a poor way to treat a long time customer. they also told us that it is your policy to cancel customers immediately if payment is not made on time. i had multiple businesses that have this address listed as their mailing address. you have caused me a tremendous amount of inconvenience as a result of this unwarranted termination. i hope your term as the latest owner of this business is a short one. i will do all i can to make potential customers aware of your business methods. beware!!!!!!!!! read more

I was very surprise to be treated the way I was by the employee there named Alex. I have a box that I rent there and come there when I need supplies and to be treated like I was going to steal something cause me to write this review. I had emailed the UPS store what I needed printed and received a call from another employee stating that I need to pay first, which was fine. So I decided to walk across the street since I work nearby. I got there and Alex wanted me to log into my email to print it from there, so I did. By the time I had finish printing there was other customers in the store that Alex was checking out by the counter. As I stood up from the computer, Alex blurts out "You have to pay now!". At first I thought he was talking to someone else since I was not ready yet because I wanted to inquire about banners. Alex repeats, "You must pay now!" The customer that was actually at the counter looks at me in shock because of Alex tone. So I ask him did he want me to skip the guy in front of me. Then I told him before I pay I wanted to know about the banners and if they do banners and he quickly respond by saying "Go to the post office for banners and that I need to pay now!" So I let him know that I will no longer be doing business there again and to treated like that when I'm currently renting a box there.
