They pack every item perfectly, paying extra attention to marking fragile items and frozen food correctly so everything arrives safely. What sets them apart is their incredible communication. They actively track my shipments and keep me updated. If there is ever a delivery delay, they immediately follow up on the issue and even arrange to get me a refund. They go above and beyond every single time. Highly recommended! I use this UPS store all the time--at least once a week. Every single person who works here is so friendly and always ready to help. Worst UPS store would be polite. I faced challenges multiple returning Amazon Prime purchases here. They would lecture you for putting a 6" tape to seal off the returned package that's unopened, or become a PIA to not accept larger multi package product returns. Customer rep/owners are not flexible and don't bother about customer. As if they are doing a great favor. Last time here. Compared to KOHL's where it's zero issue, much friendly staff. This is how a UPS store should be operated. Efficient, pleasant, and customer focused. I now go here several times per week to drop off packages. They greet customers in a cheerful way and are proactively helpful. This location is a couple of miles further than the UPS Store closest to me but the efficient and friendly service is worth it! read more

This is the best UPS store I've ever been to. The people are so friendly and accommodating. Tonight I showed up 5 minutes before closing and they gladly helped me print out the items needed. We've shipped, printed, and purchased supplies from them, and each time we've been completely satisfied with their service. The owner is very nice and it shows in the people she hires. For a place nobody really wants to have to spend a lot of their time... this place is perfection. That probably didn't come out right, but hear me through. They are so incredibly friendly, thoughtful and efficient. Each time I've been there has been a perfect customer service experience. Helping me with large packages and sometimes advising me with cheaper shipping alternatives. Each crew member has been friendly and helpful, no matter what time of day I've been there. A lost package is never a pleasant experience however the store immediately opened an investigation. They submitted a claim and helped me with the paperwork. They kept me up to date via phone and continued to push the company for a response. Finally I received a full refund for the item and the shipping cost. Use this location all the time. Notary services, mailbox customer. A little too friendly is probably my only complaint.

Store associates are not trained and store manager would rather spout policy than acknowledge. I called on 12/12 about a package that was diverted to this store. I called because due to work and holidays and the very difficult location with traffic I would have a difficult time getting there. I spent 5 minutes on the phone seeing if I could send signatures or what I could do. I was told it would be no problem to hold it to the next week. When I arrived at store the package was returned despite my call. I was clearly not given correct info when i called. If there is a policy that packages can't be held train your team before you let them handle customers. Apologies go along way rather than policy your team members don't know. read more
