I sent them several emails showing a photo of their product next to one of my black company T-shirts, with a white logo so they could clearly see the extreme difference in the color background and after several attempts, they have been unwilling to help. There is no customer service phone number, they hide behind emails. I have been in the retail business for close to 30 years and ordered many products made of a black material.
