The main reason I have chosen this store as my ONLY UPS "go to" store is because of Tony. Tony's mannerism, quality of customer care, empathy, professionalism, and knowledge set him apart from other UPS store associates. I will add that every associate in this store is awesome, but Tony is in a league of his own. Visiting this store is not just another "errand" on my list of things to do. I had used another space, but my conference calls were a distraction for other people; Paradigm offers lots of little nooks and crannies to hide away in, and sound is muffled. The management is AMAZING! The owner is on-site everyday, and she is really trying to build a community, not just a library. Coffee is on-site, as well as snacks and sodas; it's a great way to feel connected to other office workers, while maintaining the independence of remote work. Only two downsides, and both of them are consequences of location; it's great to have a space like this well outside the city of Atlanta, but Internet accessibility is limited. Speeds are good, but not great. Additionally, the building itself is about 2 miles from the Interstate, so traffic can sometimes be an issue. Overall though, I'm VERY satisfied with Paradigm.
