They charge $3 to email a document and then 25 cents per print... I get the cost per print, but didn't realize it cost $3 to open an email. Absolutely insane. FedEx would never do that... please print at home out of sheer morality. read more

Absolutely rude and incompetent. They consistently fail in all basic services. The atmosphere in the shop is aggressive towards customers with small requests and the manager is condescending. Like as a customer you have to behave and not ask questions regarding services offered by UPS... and when he really doesn't want to interact with you, the internet is down. read more

Went to the UPS HAYNES BRIDGE to send some forms 4 5X7 envelopes. The man stated it would be 80.00 dollar's. I asked was there any other option he said no. I went right down the to another UPS and paid 14.00 dollars to send those same envelopes. read more

This is the slowest UPS Store I've ever been to. They are in no hurry and often there are 4 and 5 people in line. Expect to wait 20+ minutes or more. In addition, the parking situation is horrible. You can expect to walk as there is never any parking in front of the store. read more

Had documents notarized and was done improperly. Bank refused document because notary had not completed all the information stated on instructions. Store refused to fix errors they made without paying for another notarization. If they can't follow the instructions on a form I would not rely on them to get your packages done. read more

I should have read the reviews before using this store. My husband got a box there. A friend sent a package to me. The people working there did not recognize the name and forwarded the box to who knows where. They don't know. They told me to go to the post office. The post office says that the box was delivered to this store but they forwarded it. Again, no one knows where they forwarded it to. WTF! What kind of service is this? The Indian guy working there on Saturday, was so rude and condescending to me. Was it because I'm a woman? Because I am Japanese? He was definitely talking down to me, as if I was an idiot. I rarely make reviews but was so put off by my experience there I had to say something. I went in to mail a small package (non breakable non valuable)and they told me it would be $15 for the box and "labor" to pack. When asked what the labor was, the sales associate simply said to place the package in the box and add tape!! I explained to her that I would purchase my own box and asked to use one piece of their tape to box it up. They refused and insisted I buy the tape. Very rude and also condescending. The male sales associate also frightened my 2 year old boy by saying "I'm going to take you. I'm going to take you!" Very odd behavior and overall bad experience. Slowest service ever. Woman at the front desk had the worst attitude and went slower than anything I've ever experienced in my life. I was the only person in the store and it took her 15 min to print a document while the other two associates stood there doing nothing. Horrible experience! Update: I had to leave without getting printing because the lady didn't know how to format the document to print on one page. When I tried to assist she jerked the monitor away so I couldn't see and was intentionally dragging it out to slow down the process. She had her lazy butt glued to a stool the whole time and was rolling her eyes at me. She printed it wrong TWICE and then when I started to leave acted like I needed to pay!!! Never again. read more

I'm furious, I paid extra for 2 day air delivery by 10am this morning and just learned the package will not be received until tomorrow night by 7pm - so that's 3 days and late evening delivery. This was an important document with a required signature deadline of eob today. If the UPS clerk had told me there was any chance this could happen I would have happily upgraded to overnight delivery. I called the store to complain and the clerk who answered was helpful in doing research on the package but there's nothing he can do to change the delivery date and they will not refund me or offer anything for their error. He said the clerk should have mentioned the package might mot be received 2nd day...the clerk never did so. I cannot recommend this store. read more

I use the ups store often. However first time at this location. I got put with a rude lady at the counter who did not pack my order for me, did not give me any choices with regards to shipping and was unapologetic when I voiced my concerns. She had me struggling with a small pack that didn't fit and ignored me the whole time. Then she told me to write my address on another one and pack it myself. They are supposed to do this for you at these stores. That's why you pay 3x regular price for packing materials. I also had a very hard time understanding her because she did not speak English well. I asked her to repeat herself but she mumbled nonchalantly. If didn't help that her primary attention was focused on her co workers. When I objected the employees and manager simply jeered. Customers mean nothing to the people at this location. The so called 98% satisfaction rate is unproven. Most people just walk out and say nothing. I did you a favor by letting you know you had a problem. But you don't care. Take your money and your business elsewhere. I will. read more

I've had a mailbox at this location since 2001. The service was spotty until new ownership bought the store (more than 5 years ago). The new owner did a total remodel and hired qualified people. Now I'm always greeted with a hello and a smile. I trust that I'm getting my mail and they are fantastic at handling returns back to Amazon via UPS and returns via USPS. I've had them package some fragile items and they did a great job. The three people who work there regularly are long time employees and know their stuff. I'd gladly give five stars for their service. I took a star off because I have a corporate account with another shipper with whom I get better pricing than UPS (no fault of the employees - they don't set their prices). read more

I 100% agree with the other reviews from years back as well as recent, saying that everyone there has an attitude and that THEY DON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES. I dropped off a package to return to Amazon one week ago today. It was brand new men's sandals. I handed the young MAN the OPENED package with the return slip, he shooed me away with his hand, without looking up said 'you're good'. ONE WEEK later, it has not been scanned by the USPS, meaning it's either lost at the UPS facility, or the young man saw something he wanted. Linda the manager said, and I quote 'I did you a favor, I took your package' ... her job is to carefully assure that my package gets to where it's going, she is not in the business of FAVORS. Then she says 'If he wanted to steal something, why not a computer' ... really? Because you'd be sued. I'm not going to SUE you over a pair of $50 sandals, I will however write a horrible review and hope that other people read it. Lastly, I REPEATEDLY asked which USPS facility mail goes to, and she didn't know. If you run a business where items leave your facility in the hands of someone to go to another place of business, you should know where. I asked her to look at the cameras from last Thursday at 6pm and please call me back to tell me if the young man ever sealed the package or not, and she hung up on me. Called to see if they had a large box & was quoted a price of $16. Went into to purchase the box & ship with a label I already had. Told them I called & needed the large box. They showed it to me & subsequently started packing my box. Then I go to checkout expecting to pay for the box & peanuts. The price was now $37. I was never told upfront there was a cost for them to add peanuts & pack. Needless to say I wont be utilizing them again. All they had to do was tell me the price upfront & i would have made a decision. Now they just lost a customer for life to try & make an extra $20 ripping me off. read more

This has to be the worst shipping store I have ever used. Competence and service are aloof. We dropped off two packages (one for UPS and one FedEx). My wife specified that one was FedEx and was assured it could be picked up by the FedEx driver. Needless to say that package was never picked up by FedEx and was presumably stolen. When I called to follow up I was told (in a matter of fact way) that they don't accept FedEx packages. To that my wife personally went to the store and confronted the same guy who became a stuttering dummy and confirmed he had just given misinformation to me on the phone.No package delivered to my recipient and not a single care given by anyone in this store. Stay away if you want to avoid lost or stolen packages. All of our business will go elsewhere and we'll do our best to be sure everyone knows the level of customer service being provided by this location. Zero stars is not an option. read more
