I recently hired Top Dog for a move -- and it turned out to be the worst decision I've made all year. During the move, one of the movers entered my private bathroom without asking permission. He remained in there for several minutes, during which I was still being charged for his time. This was not only unprofessional but also a clear violation of boundaries. When I called the company to address the matter, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. The representative told me he "didn't see a problem" and compared the situation to letting a mover use his own bathroom. I explained that my bathroom had been professionally cleaned the day before -- and I had not even used it myself yet. I requested they arrange for it to be cleaned again, but my concern was brushed off. I was told they would "call back after speaking with the worker," but I never received any follow-up. No apology. No offer of resolution. No discount. Nothing. This company demonstrated a complete lack of respect for its customers and their property. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding Top Dog for any moving needs.

From the moment they arrived, they got right to work and did not waste a single minute. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. What could have easily been a long, exhausting day turned into one of the smoothest moves I've ever had. They were respectful, friendly, hardworking, and worked incredibly well as a team. As a busy nurse who's juggling work, grad school, and life, I truly appreciated how seamless they made this process. Their professionalism and work ethic did not go unnoticed. If you're looking for movers who will show up, get the job done right, and exceed your expectations, ask for Omar, Eswin, and Jose. They were phenomenal, and I would absolutely use them again. Thank you guys for helping make my move into my new place so much easier!

7/24: UPDATE: reimbursed for lawn damage. Not a dime for the damage done to the brand new…read moredresser I hadn't even had long enough put clothes in. It had just been delivered. Wouldn't recommend them still. Review not changed. 7/20: No reimbursement in full or any additional communication from this company and it's been almost 2 months. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. If there's truly a reimbursement in full for the brand new dresser and trench I will update this review again. If not, I'll update this with the communications from your staff.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with All My Sons Moving and feel as though we were…read moretaken advantage of. When booking, we were led to believe our move would cost around $1,500. Instead, our final bill was over $3,300--more than double what we anticipated. One of the main reasons we chose this company was because we were promised a 20% military discount. We actually canceled with another moving company based on that representation. When it came time to pay, I specifically asked where the military discount had been applied because I could not identify it on the invoice. The gentleman I spoke with was unable to explain where or how the discount had been applied, and after getting the runaround, I was told to review the invoice and let them know if I had any questions. After reviewing the invoice, all I could identify was the company's standard rate, and I still could not determine where the promised discount had been applied. The movers arrived at 10:00 a.m., but the fourth mover did not arrive until after 11:00 a.m. Despite that, we were billed as if four movers were present for the entire move. I do not believe customers should be charged for labor that was not provided. Additionally, while the crew lead was very nice and respectful, he appeared to spend much of the day outside listening to music and socializing while the rest of the crew completed the move. If we are paying for a crew of four movers, I would expect four movers actively working on the move, not two or three while one crew member spends a significant amount of time off the job. When I paid, I was specifically told that if the crew finished earlier than estimated, any unused time would be credited back and that billing adjustments were calculated in 15-minute increments. The crew finished approximately 30 minutes earlier than the time we were ultimately billed through, yet no adjustment was made. What has been even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication afterward. Our move took place on June 13, and the final invoice was sent at 7:45 p.m. that same evening. I emailed with concerns regarding the billing on June 15 and followed up again on June 17. As of June 29, I still have not received any response. Mistakes can happen, but ignoring a customer's legitimate billing concerns for over two weeks is unacceptable. Unfortunately, the lack of transparency, unexpected costs, billing discrepancies, and complete lack of follow-up have left me feeling highly disappointed and taken advantage of. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

The guys came on time, were friendly, and efficient! They handled our items with care and nothing was broken in the move. We were also able to add an hour to our reservation, during the move, and I love that they worked with us vs having to be fully committed to what we asked for when we booked them. It's tough to know how much the guys can get done! So their flexibility was awesome and appreciated! We would definitely use them again in the future!

The team handled all…read moremy belongings with great care--everything was properly wrapped and covered to prevent any damage. From Ciro wrapping everything with care it was like a art :). Jose A stacking and using all space in truck so all was secure and neat. Luis was moving so fast picking up all boxes and making a million trips non stop to truck and back. Jose Z had all rooms ready to go up stairs while all this was going on down stairs. Lee was the jack of all trades helping everyone out and breaking down all furniture that needed to be and assist everyone effortlessly. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail: before disconnecting or disassembling anything, they checked for potential issues and made sure we was informed and comfortable with the process. They maintained a clean and safe work environment throughout the day, never leaving tools or packing materials lying around. I appreciated how organized and efficient they were--they worked seamlessly as a team for the entire 9 hours, and someone was always at the truck managing and organizing it meticulously. The level of professionalism and teamwork displayed was impressive, and I truly felt that my move was in the best hands. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable, respectful, and top-notch movers!
