Around 4:45 p.m., I went in to mail a simple greeting card to British Columbia, Canada. The employee's first suggestion was to send it via FedEx for more than $70. The process didn't seem correct as she was putting it in a shipping folder, I questioned why and when I asked if I could just mail it with stamps, she told me no. I explained that I had mailed greeting cards internationally with stamps before, including to Australia, and only then did she change her answer to say she didn't know how many stamps it would take. She actually asked me how many stamps I wanted to buy, which left me completely confused. I said I didn't know which is why I came to a mail Center. I want to believe this was simply an honest mistake by someone who hasn't been properly trained. However, it's concerning that a business providing mailing services couldn't determine the correct postage or take a moment to look it up. Had I been an older or more vulnerable customer who didn't know to question a $70 shipping quote for a greeting card, I might have paid it unnecessarily. I left without mailing my card because I no longer had confidence in the advice I was being given. I've been a loyal customer because I wanted to support a local business, but after today's experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I hope the owner sees this as an opportunity to better train staff so future customers receive accurate information and don't leave feeling as frustrated as I did. I returned home and did an online search to discover that all I need is USPS Global Forever stamps (costing $1.75).

I really didn't even know this location as here! It is in the sane shopping area as Kroger. Once I filled out the info on Amazon it kicked me a QR code and then I went to the store. I walked in, there was a small line due to the time if year, but it only took a sec. I handed them my package, they scanned the code l, and I was done! The place was clean, staffed, accessible, and easy! And it was closer then the Whole Foods location.

If you are not able to deliver packages then why are you in the business of package delivery?…read more I just left this store at approximately 9:10AM on April 25, 2026 empty-handed despite my package being no more than a foot away from me. This package which I paid to pickup at an access point has been delayed MULTIPLE times for UNKNOWN reasons. Yesterday I was called by this access point at 11:00AM on Friday, April 24, 2026. So I checked to see if this package was there and oddly according to ups.com at 9:44AM the package was delivered to this access point and magically at 10:12AM the package was in their possession AND there was a request to change delivery (FYI: not by me). The person working there is beyond rude and condescending and for some reason was super suspicious of my picking up the package. Because the metropolitan area is full of Crystal Pendergrass-es out stealing other Crystal Pendergrass' jelly beans. After she deemed my driver's license to be real, she was unable to scan the package because despite it being there for LESS THAN 24 HOURS it was marked to be returned. So I am still package-less thanks to a perfect display of incompetence.
