Good business. More expensive than others but if you have a big move and want the piece of mind that your stuff is in good hands pay for that with Top Dog. They were also on time and stand up dudes working for them. read more

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I have moved on numerous occasions and these are by far the worst movers I have ever used. They broke numerous boxes of dishes, glasses, lamps, and an antique globe. They scratched my hardwood floors in the new house and put scrapes and dents in the walls and doors. I paid for insurance just in case things were broken and when I reached out to the company asking how to get reimbursed for the items that were broken, floors that were scratched, and walls that were damaged I was met with silence. No response. I had three trucks and nine guys, and half the guys looked they were in high-school and one of their trucks broke down in my driveway. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Do no use them. read more

Avoid This Company at All Costs They Allow Employees to Defecate in Your Home with NO Repercussions THERE WAS NO TOILET PAPER IN THE BATHROOM. NO soap. I recently hired Top Dog for a move -- and it turned out to be the worst decision I've made all year. During the move, one of the movers entered my private bathroom without asking permission. He remained in there for several minutes, during which I was still being charged for his time. This was not only unprofessional but also a clear violation of boundaries. When I called the company to address the matter, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. The representative told me he "didn't see a problem" and compared the situation to letting a mover use his own bathroom. I explained that my bathroom had been professionally cleaned the day before -- and I had not even used it myself yet. I requested they arrange for it to be cleaned again, but my concern was brushed off. I was told they would "call back after speaking with the worker," but I never received any follow-up. No apology. No offer of resolution. No discount. Nothing. This company demonstrated a complete lack of respect for its customers and their property. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding Top Dog for any moving needs. read more

We are very glad we chose Top Dog to move us out of our 10x30 storage unit. My husband did his research over and over before choosing Top Dog Moving. He compared them with another local moving company but kept going back to Top Dog. He liked how they conducted business over the phone, sent him a quote via email and were very thorough explaining what to expect the day of our move. Our friends used them and had a great experience which was another reason for us using Top Dog. The price quoted was definitely excellent and better than the other moving company. They arrived on time to our storage unit and made sure to call giving us heads up when they were on their way. We had four strong young men who were very kind, friendly (definitely southern hospitality) and professional. They worked hard for us. Also they moved our things with great care and I can say nothing broke. Thank you very much...Kimon, Logan, Justin and Christian for ALL your hard work we truly appreciated it!! . Keep up the great work Top Dog as you'll definitely get our recommendations for movers. Lastly, all the young men were grateful for the tip we gave them. You guys ROCK! read more

I was so pleased with Top Dog Moving! This is my third move in 10 years and 3rd company, but this is the only company I'll use to move locally from now on. We moved from a 3rd floor 3 BR apartment to a 2-story house, so the 4 guys got to do a lot of stairs. They were very polite, worked extremely hard, and had us moved in 5 hours. We packed everything ourselves, but they wrapped the furniture, anything breakable, and then unwrapped things and put everything where we asked them to put it, or where the box was marked for it to go in the house. Having used moving companies in Atlanta before, I think their price was appropriate for the time and amount of work they did. read more

Kemahn and Caen were on time, FAST, handled all of my heavy furniture with care despite my lack of elevator and 3rd story apartment. They have a great attitude and they're very efficient! As far as price, I ended up paying probably about a median amount for what I'd been quoted from multiple companies. I picked Top Dog because they were upfront about all their pricing, I felt their fees were more reasonable compared to competitors, and the cheapest movers are probably going to break your stuff. All around would recommend! read more

I used Top Dog Movers today for a move I totally overestimated. They were so gracious, nice and helpful to my older husband who struggles with moving weight. I wish I had used them for my big move three months ago. A big shout out to Justin and Grant who were friendly, punctual and overall great. I totally recommend. read more

This is now my second time using Top Dawg Movers and I'm happier than ever with this company! Today we moved the company I work for (erin gray designs!) from our cramped home office to a great new warehouse and everything. went perfectly smoothly. The guys showed up on time, were friendly and polite. Our crew today was Bryan, Daniel S, Gary, and Dany (pronounced Donny!) Remembered to get a pic this time. I will definitely be recommending Top Dawg to anyone local who will listen. read more

The movers were on time, friendly and did the work in record time! Great experience and would definitely hire again!

1st call with Owen was great. He was detailed and professional. Owen had that great Southern hospitality. We asked for weekend and weekly rate. We choice the weekend rate due the great customer service over the phone. They gave us the written quote and sent the quote while on the phone. When they came out I meet Brian, Brian and . Their moving technique was quick and clean. Thank you Top Dawg for helping my family start our new beginning. read more

We contacted Top Dawg to help us move from our 2 bedroom apartment in Chamblee to a house in Canton. The guys (Jack, Rob, and Logan) arrived on time and did a thorough walkthrough of the apartment. They were super professional and extremely nice. They made quick and careful work of loading our stuff onto the truck and made sure that the furniture was disassembled and wrapped to prevent damage. At the house they made sure that things were placed in the appropriate rooms and the furniture was set up and arranged how we wanted it. The furniture pieces they put back together were actually reassembled better than when we originally purchased them!! On an embarrassing note: I'm super clumsy and tripped over a raised part of the garage floor and did a very graceful face plant. All three came running to help me up and showed true concern for me. I would definitely use Top Dawg again because of this experience! read more

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Top Dawg moving. I've moved several times and this was my second time using a moving company and I can honestly say this experience was the best experience of the two! They were on time, had such great attitudes, were so polite, and so hardworking! We moved to a complex with an elevator and unorganized office staff and they were calm and kind to others who were also needing to use the elevator. We had two movers and a large sized truck and the time estimated was right on par for what it actually took. We packed everything beforehand ourselves, and I can happily say nothing was damaged or broken, except for ONE wine glass, but even that wasn't super special or a big deal at all to me. I would recommend Top Dawg to every single person I know looking to move, and I always so I LOVE supporting local businesses! If you are considering hiring them, I totally would recommend them! Sebastian + Justin were the absolute best! Way to go guys! read more

One of the toughest things about moving is certainly on deciding who to hire to assist you in this huge task. After lots of recommendations, conversations and nightmare stories about moving experiences from other neighbors, we took a chance on Top Dawg based upon their responsiveness, straightforward and fair pricing and their word to communicate and the insurance they offered. We were NOT disappointed! Our move was twofold: we needed 4 storage cubes of household items unloaded and then reloaded into their moving truck, which was nice and clean and tidy upon a timely arrival. The crew of 4 quickly unloaded the cubes and worked so well together that they had all of that completed in less than 1.5 hours! I loved that they were quick to stop and point out any item that appeared to be broken BEFORE they touched it and called me over to look before they resumed working. Oh; and the entire crew didn't stop... just the guys that we're directly involved with that cube. Their workflow was tight and very impressive. Once they arrived @ Our home to unload, the work was equally quick and the young men were mindful to ask my husband and I what box or item went where. I could go on... Hire these strong guys for a job done right and in a professional manner for Paulding County! read more

TL:DR - Top Dawg is super legit. Professional, friendly, efficient and they didn't break any of my stuff. You're coming to this review because you gotta move soon and you probably haven't done it in a while and you're feeling a little more than anxious that you're gonna hire the wrong movers and they're going to be a-holes and break your stuff, right? Well, you can rest assured that Top Dawg is the real deal and hands down the best moving experience I've ever had. My initial phone call was very short and to the point. They asked some details about the move and my current home and I was able to get a rough quote and schedule right then and there. Communication was great throughout the whole process, they confirmed the day before and also called when they were 30 min away, I never wondered what was going. On moving day three younger dudes showed up in a 26' truck and they were really nice, had great attitudes and they got right to work. They asked plenty of questions about how I wanted my stuff transported or if anything was delicate or extra valuable. They even helped take my bed frame apart and reassembled it at the new house. When it was all over they sat down and went over the bill with me and I was able to pay it digitally, which is a nice touch. My total time was about 5 hours to move a 1400 sq ft 2bd/2ba with furniture in every room and two big TVs. I can't say enough good about Top Dawg, they took something I was really anxious about and made it into a really enjoyable experience. Hire them ASAP! read more

Very professional and quick. Nothing was damaged or broken. I didn't worry the movers would run up my cost by moving slow either. They moved so quickly I actually had to stop them for a minute to take some water. It was very hot on the day of my move!! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend for your next move. Everything about our experience was fantastic, from the initial phone call to schedule the movers to come (thank you, Hunter), to the 3 excellent movers themselves: Tyler, Billy, and Royal. The three of them were friendly, professional, and thoughtful in their loading and unloading of all our boxes and belongings. Valuable furniture was wrapped and handled with care and larger items were carefully and strategically moved. Tyler, Billy, and Royal were thorough throughout the move and exceeded expectations with excellence and ease. I highly recommend moving with Top Dawg! read more

If you're like me, you probably hate the idea of moving and hate the idea of moving with a slimy moving company. My husband and I just moved cross country from California with a large moving company and it was an utter disaster. Our stuff came over 3 weeks late with terrible communication all around. Needless to say, I was *dreading* doing this process again to get things out of our storage unit and into our new home. Top Dawg Moving was the absolute best part of our move. The quote Chris gave was fair and accurate with no "gotcha" gimmicks. On the day of our move, Bryce, Justin and Eric showed up at our storage unit ready to work. They took everything out of our storage unit (~850 sq ft worth of belongings), drove 25 minutes to the new house, unloaded everything in the exact room I wanted, set up my bed, sofa and table, and brought in my grocery delivery from the front porch in 2.5 hours. My parents are moving in the spring and I can't wait to recommend Top Dawg to them. As a moving tip, number your boxes/tubs as you pack them. That way, you can tell the team what room to drop each box in. Having them carry stuff into the right room and upstairs was a huge time saver when we were unpacking later that day! Thank you again Bryce, Justin and Eric! read more

Pros=they were fast and efficient. Finished in less than 3 hours. Cons=they dropped my nightstand and bruised and scuffed it because they didn't shrink wrap it. Summary = if you want fast and efficient and don't care if your stuff is handled carelessly then hire them. Oh, they do offer you option to buy insurance against such hazards. read more

I needed help moving my one bedroom apartment and a friend recommended Top Dawg. Billy and Mitchell were very professional, friendly, and efficient guys. Great driving and parking of the truck to make sure they were not blocking anyone in the complex. They even helped with some last minute finishing packing touches to make sure my items were all the way protected! All of my items were intact at the destination. They kept a positive attitude despite some elevator challenges. Great peace of mind using Top Dawg. Will use again and recommend for sure. read more

I've used multiple moving companies in Metro Atlanta and Top Dawg offers the best and most reliable service at a rate that's well worth it. Today was my second time using Top Dawg and Ray and DePaul did an excellent job. They arrived on time and were friendly and quite careful with my stuff. They made the entire process easy and effortless, starting and stopping the clock right on time and finishing my local 1 BR move in Atlanta in under 2.5 hours. Ray and DePaul's honest hard work and the quick responses, timely reminders, and helpful staff in the office make it an easy decision to recommend Top Dawg. read more

The guys were awesome. They showed up early, worked hard, and were very polite. I highly recommend them!

I recently had Too Dawg do a local move in town and the crew they sent was defiantly the A team, Will and his crew Kieran and Jaden did a fantastic and speedy move, charging by the hour with a 2 hr minimum was ok as I had a 1 bedroom apt move that was less than a mile away....the 2 hours would have been accomplish but as fate would have it the elevator broke down in the new apt bldg. and being on the fourth floor they had to climb 3 flights of stairs the company needed to add a 3rd person because of the stairs which put in a small additional fee which was understandable... these guys were relentless (thank god) and did the entire move in about 3 hours...impressive company and great crew! Highly recommend and would defiantly use them again read more

Easiest move ever! Hunter did a great job setting everything up from the administrative side of things. Very clear communication. Jordan and Owen did an excellent job today for my move! In addition to being super nice guys, they worked really well together as a team to get the job done right. They were very careful with my stuff. I have a monster couch (heavy and unwieldy). They didn't stop trying to get it safely in the house... and it took multiple attempts! I am extremely satisfied with the hard work they put in today. Highly recommend! read more

They were late arriving; Then they spent 15 minutes of the charged time either using my bathrooms (unbeknownst to me) and wasting time gong back and forth to a truck which was NOT part of the move. They attempted to use materials I explicitly told them not to use ( I had my own provided ) They DID NOT stay on task and explicitly ignored repeated instructions to move furniture instead of moving a bunch of light weight boxes. At the end, where I expressed my complete dissatisfaction with their wasteful use of my time, they had the audacity to ask for gratuity. I would not recommend this company to anyone. p.s. we just found their dead face masks left behind in our upstairs bonus room where they should not have been in the first place. Seriously unprofessional and hazardous... read more

Nothing but good things to say about Top Dawg! From the initial contact to quote to day-of...Joe & his team were professional, honest, quick, & reliable. Joe & Patrick arrived a few minutes early and with a smile to help us for our Saturday move. They got right to work and took extra care with special/antique items. Working through the day & even a little rain, they made sure to get us situated in our new place before heading out. Competitive pricing & exceptional customer service. They were a pleasure to share moving day with & I would absolutely use again. read more

Eddie, Noah, and Royal were all professional and courteous during the entire move. They arrived on time. They moved efficiently and carefully. Eddie explained all of the paperwork in detail. I feel so bad I forgot to leave this review on the same date as the move. Please give them a bonus anyway! Thanks Top Dawg! read more

Previously used them to move my 2br apt which they fully packed and moved me...in 5 hours. They were amazing. Wanted to save some money this time so didn't have them pack up, only the kitchen. These guys were the worst movers that I've ever used to date. They arrived about 10 minutes late, they were very slow, and they damaged my Sony 55" TV, ripped my Tempur-Pedic mattress, and scratched my diploma frame. They took a little over 3 hours to load up the truck and about 3 hours to unload the truck. They then spent an additional 2 hours putting together (2) beds which they did a very poor job doing despite the fact that I had asked when I scheduled the move if it was something they did. But the worst part of everything was that they denied all the damages. They claimed that there was no way they ripped the Tempur-Pedic mattress because it had (2) U-Haul mattress covers but the reality is that the U-Haul covers are thin because they are primarily meant to protect the mattress from dirt not damage. They claim that the TV was not their fault because they protected it in a U-Haul TV box but I know it was them because I watched the morning news before they arrived on it. More importantly I know it was them because I saw them totally mishandled the TV when they tried to force it in the box without removing the legs and then they put the TV face down directly on the floor with no protection to remove the legs. After the move management decided to give me $400 towards the damages, which they did not have to do because I chose the lower insurance coverage, for this reason I gave them two stars instead of one. Make sure you pay for the full insurance coverage if you decide to use these guys. read more

If you want a reliable and professional group of movers, Top Dawg Moving company is who you want to work with. Earlier this month they helped with moving one of our model homes at our downtown Roswell apartment communities and did a fantastic job. The movers were on time, efficient and it was "service with a smile" all the way. If you need any residential or commercial moving services, Joe L. and his team are folks you definitely want to work with. I am always referring any new prospect or new resident to his business because I am confident they will get the job done. I appreciate that Top Dawg movers are clean, well maintained individuals who know how to work hard and respect the areas where they are moving furniture in and out of. They are a full service moving company so don't hesitate to give them a call for a quote! read more

I could not have asked for better movers than Joe and Chris! I unexpectedly needed to move 6 days earlier than planned, which changed my move date to a Sunday. I really appreciated Joe being so accommodating on short notice. They did a great job moving all of my items with no damage. Best of the best! Top Dawg was recommended to me by another former Miamian who moved to Atlanta. When you live in South Florida, you become accustomed to flakiness and subpar service, so I was completely blown away by how professional this company is. It was easy to get a quote over the phone, they communicated with me along the way, and the guys who they sent on the day-of were very diligent. I hired them to unload a U-Haul truck and they were very careful with all of my belongings and made sure several times to ask whether everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. A caster wheel fell off one of my chairs at one point (could have happened in Miami or anywhere along the way) and they made sure to reattach it. What I also appreciated is that they charged me for exactly the amount of time that it took to do the work. They didn't factor in the time it took to arrive, move the U-Haul, show them where to unload, where the elevator/stairs were, etc. A lot of companies would charge for a full hour even if you only used 15 minutes of it, so it was nice that this company did not. If you pay with credit card, a fee is charged, but there is no fee for paying with a check (which is what I did). Because it was a Saturday move, the costs were slightly higher - it was $430 for 2.25 hours. I will 100% hire them again the next time I move. read more

I move a lot. They are hands down best in the area. It's like white glove service without the gloves. Extremely professional and reliable.

Great moving company! We used them for a pack and move... The move was broken up over two days. They worked well into the second evening to make sure everything made it into our new home. They were hands down the best movers we have ever had and they were very reasonably priced for the area. read more

I hope to not move again anytime soon, but rest assured that if I do, I will be using Top Dawg Moving. To start - booking was a breeze. Top Dawg was one of the first to reach out to me when I put out feelers. The estimate they supplied was clear and to the point and contained no hidden or additional fees. I spoke to Hunter to officially book and he was friendly, professional, and helpful. On moving day, Bryce, Daniel, and Luke were in touch with me bright and early, as expected. Communication on what to expect was clear and they were sure to ask for clarification any time a question came up (like when I last minute changed my mind on which furniture I was moving). They had my stuff safely wrapped/padded, moved down the stairs and on to the truck in no time - even though they had to do battle with my oversized couch and tiny door (how did they get it out? Magic, clearly - not a scuff in sight!). The move into the house was even quicker. Once everything was unloaded, they double checked that everything was where we wanted it, which I thought was great. Their quickness is only as impressive as it is because they manage to move that fast without doing any damage to any of my belongings or property. Nothing was knocked over, broken, scratched, scuffed, nada, zip. I'll end my manifesto here with a tl;dr: Best value, best movers. Book them now. read more

Top Dawg sent two young men to take care of my 1 Bedroom move from storage to my condominium. They were prompt on scheduled arrival, well groomed, extremely friendly, professional and efficient. While the move could have proceeded at a little faster pace, I have to admit that they were so nice, I spent some time socializing with them, which added time to the clock. I highly recommend Top Dawg for simple residential moving needs and will hire them again if the need arises. A+ experience. read more
