5 stars! An outstanding moving experience from beginning to end. From my very first call for a quote to the moment the last item was moved into place, I felt completely taken care of by the Bullseye Movers team. I used them for an out-of-state move, and what could have been an incredibly stressful experience was handled by a group of motivated, friendly, professional young men who genuinely seemed to take pride in their work. I've moved enough times to know that isn't always the case. Moving is hard, physical work, and I've encountered crews elsewhere who understandably seemed overworked, rushed, or unhappy to be there. Campbell has clearly done a fantastic job building a team with a completely different culture. Everyone was courteous, positive, hardworking, and incredibly conscientious with my belongings. The level of care really impressed me. Every single item was properly protected with moving blankets and shrink wrap. Marble tabletops were carefully removed and handled separately. When they reached a delicate shelving unit with glass shelves, they didn't rush or take shortcuts -- they took the time to remove each piece of glass, wrap it properly, and make sure everything was transported safely. That attention to detail continued throughout the entire move. Most importantly, I never felt like I had to supervise or worry. I could see that they knew what they were doing and cared about doing it well, which allowed me to relax during a process that is normally anything but relaxing. Campbell and the team also worked with me on pricing and were very fair. One piece of advice for anyone getting a quote: take the time to provide as accurate an inventory as possible. It will help them give you the most competitive and realistic price from the beginning. Moving isn't inexpensive, particularly when you're going out of state, but Bullseye was absolutely worth it. Bullseye Movers did an outstanding job with our move from Mableton to Cumming. We moved a four bedroom house, and they brought a large box truck that somehow fit everything. Chris is an absolute Tetris genius. I'm pretty sure he used every cubic inch of that truck and made it all fit without issue. We labeled our boxes with the rooms they belonged in, and the crew placed everything exactly where it needed to go in the new house. They also took great care in protecting our furniture, which gave us a lot of peace of mind throughout the move. One thing we really appreciated was their help with disassembly and reassembly. How someone who was NOT present during any of the packing of the truck can sit and write what his team did or did not do is utterly preposterous and shows just what a FARCE these reviews are! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR THINGS...PERHAPS THEY SHOULD JUST STICK TO BEING JUNK JOCKEYS AS THAT IS HOW THEY TREATED MY BELONGINGS!!! I'm writing this review as a one star but honestly, only the owner and the truck packer deserve ONE STAR. The boys that work for them are very polite and nice. But, that DOESN'T give a break for what Bryce did to my belongings. I questioned something he was doing once and he had such an attitude I didn't dare say another word. They kind of have you captive. Periodically, had I had more time I would've called Chris, the rep I worked with on securing my move and made him send someone else! I want to mention that I had a 2 bed townhome with an office. One of the bedrooms had just a mattress, box spring and foldable metal frame. My bedroom had just a mattress, a bed frame that was already taken apart and a small dresser and nightstand. I had a 26' truck. I sent my inventory list weeks ahead of my move. On it was my washer and dryer. They were in the garage. I showed them to the boys as soon as they arrived. This is a new $1600 GE Profile set. Nice. I rented 60 blankets. I was VERY CLEAR that I wanted them used to excess rather than not enough. The pics speak for themselves. When I arrived in Florida and the movers here were unpacking the truck, they called me out to the truck as they wanted me to see how they were packed! I was disgusted. Both the washer and dryer, which were in PERFECT condition, are utterly ruined cosmetically with multiple LARGE dents. The dryer was sitting up on the wheel well as shown in the pic. Yes, they still work thank God and they're in a laundry room, but it doesn't matter. They were put onto the truck without the necessary packing, no plastic holding any blankets on them, the power cord to the dryer just stuck on top of the dryer without anything between it and the appliance and stuck under the wood on the truck wall!! They were simply DISREGARDED! I hired Bullseye (aka Junk Jockeys) because they had good reviews. Chris told me they were master packers. It was importantly to me. Although I was only moving 390 miles away...I have nice things and it was very important that the truck be packed well to keep them that way. I was willing to pay a premium to insure this!! I uploaded a few other pics of things that were also ruined. One is of my grill cover. It is ruined. Thankfully just light scratches to my grille, which is so new it's only been used twice! By the time Bryce got to the back of the truck, he was just throwing things o and seemed upset that my things weren't fitting as he planned. Major attitude issue. I ended up with things in my SUV and the cab of the truck. The pic of the cracked piece of furniture is the back of the filing cabinet, which is a piece of furniture, not a cheap crappy piece of furniture but nice furniture, is broken and will need to be replaced. Unreal! The owner gave me an apology but right after that basically said I was lying. That Bryce told him he didn't pack my washer/dryer that way...as though I somehow staged the photos. Preposterous!!! I did not know they didn't insure moves if they only pack the truck. I wish I had known. I would've hired a different company to pack the truck. I paid nearly $1000 just to have one 26' truck PACKED ONLY. I rented the truck ($1500) and paid a mover on the other end to unpack ($400). I would never recommend this company. They may be great for hauling off junk but not to move!! Apparently, if they aren't actually moving you they don't care because they have NO SKIN IN THE GAME! If they ruin your things...it's zero on them. I was moving to Florida. They don't offer out of state moves. If they had admitted fault and apologized, maybe I'd feel differently because the other two boys that moved my things were really good. But this company absolutely didn't admit they even did this. I requested a moving quote just to unpack a 16 ft POD. All the other companies sent an automated quote through Yelp and never reached back out. Junk Jockey called my cell and asked probing questions about the move and got me an email quote within ten minutes. The price was fair and I approved the quote and paid the deposit. On the day of the move 2 guys showed up 10 minutes early and were VERY, VERY professional and upbeat. They moved quickly and put everything in the rooms we discussed. They actually unpacked the entire POD 30 minutes faster than the predicted time frame so they helped unwrap our furniture and throw away all the trash. We usually use the 1800 junk rem. guys for our demolition garbage (house renovation) but the last 2 times they were such a rip off with that they charge and it was such a hassel to have to negotiate a semi normal price. I've moved 6 times in the last 3 years and the Junk Jockey team was by far the best, easiest move! In those 6 moves, 2 of them were paid for by my employer and were $10k+ moves. Chris and his team (Devon, Micah and Chris) were more professional, communicative and efficient than even those higher cost movers although their price was much more reasonable. Chris accommodated by tight timeline and was incredibly responsive during the quoting process. He was also spot on with my quote (which has never happened to me before!) for both the price and length of time. Devon (their lead) may be young but his level of professionalism would make you think he's 15+ years older. He has a bright future. On Thursday in January (2023) last month The Junk Jockeys moved all my stuff from five different locations in East Cobb to my new rental house, also in East Cobb, and they did it with outstanding professionalism, good humor, unheard-of responsiveness, on-the-money matchup between estimate and actuals, and in just 4 hours. This involved emptying a chock-full 10x20 storage unit, swinging around to collect furniture and a washing machine from 3 different locations, plus my large pottery kiln from my sister's. I was on a time constraint, too. Chris Holmes, who was hired by his son and company owner Campbell to help run the growing company, was my initial contact. He responded instantly and gave me all the information I needed to say Yes I'd hire them. He initially estimated a truck, two "jockeys" and two trips for a total of about 5 hours, but asked for photos to give him a better understanding of what was involved. After I sent them, along with addresses and descriptions of the accessibility to each location, he suggested that I hire four "jockeys" vs. the two originally planned because the storage unit was packed to the ceiling so two people would probably take more than 5 hours. Four "jockeys" would take less time overall and be safer for everyone, and save me money in the end. He was right. The morning of, they communicated their ETA, brought all the right equipment, met my sister and me at the storage unit, and worked hard, solid, efficient hours until everything was done. They were careful, put things where I wanted them, and even set up the queen bed and dresser after suggesting the best location (they were right). Everything was well-managed and done safely, and nothing was broken. They started around 9am and ended around 1:30 pm (including a half hour they took for lunch), before heading off to move somebody's hot tub from one side of a yard to another! This is a fine company with enthusiastic, capable, mature, responsive, versatile, and flexible staffing that will "jockey" anything you need jockeyed into the appropriate place for a win-win! read more

This was an awesome move (you know, as awesome as these things can be!). Devon, Ethan and Gabe was the team, all young men, and they were all professional, polite, and hard working. Can't ask for more from movers! They hit some rough spots with heavy items and tight stairwells and they problem solved everything well.
