In September 2025, I hired Pack It Up Moving & Storage to move my belongings from Calhoun, Georgia. To help reduce costs and make the move more efficient, I personally packed many of my items in advance. Every box was clearly labeled on the outside according to its contents. When the movers loaded my belongings, the truck was completely full. In fact, some items could not fit on the truck, and the rear doors barely closed due to the amount of property being transported. The company then stored my belongings for approximately two months while I searched for a home to purchase. After purchasing a home in November 2025, I scheduled delivery of my belongings. The first scheduled delivery date was November 24, 2025. The company failed to show up and had to reschedule. Delivery was eventually rescheduled for November 26, 2025. When the movers arrived, I immediately noticed that the truck was not nearly as full as it had been when my belongings were originally loaded. As unloading began, I noticed that my e-bike was missing. When I questioned the movers, they claimed that I never had an e-bike. I then contacted the company's office, where I was told that my e-bike had been left near the loading ramp. This directly contradicted what the delivery crew had told me. I asked the movers for an inventory list so that I could verify that all of my boxes had been delivered. I was told that they did not have a list. As unloading continued, I began noticing additional missing items. I waited until all items had been removed from the truck before conducting a thorough review. The company also delivered a mattress that did not belong to me. I instructed the movers to take it back with them. In addition, my refrigerator was damaged during the move, and damage was caused to a wall in my home. I was forced to pay for repairs to both. After unpacking, I discovered numerous missing items, including but not limited to: Plastic Sealer Two Heat Press Machines Cricut Machine Reindeer Head Decoration Ring Doorbell Bissell Vacuum Drone Two Sets of Bar Tools Blink Indoor Camera Laser Measuring Device Exercise Bike Two Power Tools I estimate that at least ten boxes remain missing. The items listed above represent only some of the higher-value property that was never returned. I repeatedly contacted Pack It Up Moving & Storage regarding my missing belongings. Approximately six months later, the company located my exercise bike and two TV mounts. However, the majority of my missing property has never been recovered. The owner has offered only $400 in compensation despite the fact that the missing property is valued at well over $3,000. This estimate does not even include every missing item, as I intentionally focused on the higher-value property to simplify the claim. I am extremely dissatisfied with the company's handling of this matter. My belongings were supposedly stored together in a secured vault, yet numerous items disappeared and only a small portion was recovered six months later. The company has shown little concern for the significant financial loss and inconvenience I have experienced. I have been forced to spend my own money replacing items that should never have gone missing. I am requesting that Pack It Up Moving & Storage provide fair compensation for the missing property and fully address the losses and damages caused during this move. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to consumers who value the safety and security of their belongings.

A 900 dollar quoted job cost me over 2200 because of his inexperience in moving, arriving without proper equipment, including the right size trucks as well as his additional hidden fees. He charged me a $250 additional trip fee. He is not insured until this day has not replaced or refunded the cost of my damaged items, and refuses to return any of my phone calls I don't recommend this company to anyone particularly women in which you will be vulnerable to his scams and manipulation. Five guys came this morning (2 days later) and unloaded 5 U-Boxes and put a treadmill back together in a little over 2 hours. They were extremely polite and careful with my things. I also had to use them twice, moving from a 3 bedroom home to a storage unit on the 11th, then to the new residence a week later on the 18th. Two guys arrived with a large Uhaul truck. They were 2HRS hours late for both moves. They did disassemble and reassemble some items with their own provided tools and shrink wrapped some items. However they did not reconnect my washer and dryer or reassemble a metal bed frame, which is now missing some bolts and unable to be placed back together. There is now a dent in my dryer. My washer is now off balance due to the rough handling, and will cost $150 to repair. A chunk of wood is missing from my dresser. The clip to hold the hose in place of my vacuum cleaner is broken, making it unusable. Mattress covers were filthy from sliding on the floor. Both moves were 6HRS each. Maybe they'd be best at smaller moves, but I cannot recommend them for larger moves, especially with appliances and larger furniture. I did reach out them about the damages, but they stated that they needed to be notified about ALL damages 24-48hrs after the move. Also don't pay a deposit unless you are certain about the dates because deposits are NON refundable. I would suggest they make these policies clear on their site for future customers.
