Hiring the right mover is like finding the right mechanic to repair your car. It's that stressful. You know what happens to your car? The same things happens to your personal items, broken and beat up when you hire the wrong movers. Well, that stressed was lifted after meeting the guys at Everything Goes moving Company. It started from the moment I called. I was assured to have the right company now! I was leery, because I've heard this line before. As a bit of leverage I could only hold on to the great reviews I saw on Yelp. I went as far as to contact a former ( EGMC) customer. The response was great! Bryan, asked for an inventory of the things I needed moved. He literally list each item. I paid a small deposit over the phone, a confirmation with my appointment day was emailed to me. The day of the move I received a call from the movers telling me they were in route. Once they arrived at the pick up location, they informed me of there presence. The men were extremely professional...did I say extremely ? They looked the par and expressed several times they were going to take care of me as a customer should. They proceeded to wrap each piece of furniture with cloth and plastic wrap. I mean every item! They weren't rushing, pushing, or throwing things on the truck. Let me be clear they worked efficiently with care of my personal items. Once the truck was completely loaded. I paid the remaining balance in cash. The invoice was emailed to me following payment. The movers, delivered my personal items to my house, unloaded, unwrapped and place each item in my desired spot. I recommend this company to anyone If you don't want the stress and hassle you get from other moving companies. I have used the worst of the worst...All My Sons moving company, to name one. Don't hesitate to call Everything Goes Moving Company! You will not regret it. I hate moving, but if I move again. I know I'll be in good hands. read more

Spare yourself the headache and get somebody else to do it. I had to hire somebody else to complete my move since the movers only move what you include in invoice and none of my small miscellaneous items. They even moved my tv without the tv stand it was mounted to?! read more

The worst service ever and highly over priced!!!!! My friend had them come out and they were supposed to move all her items and mount TVs for $700. First they were late both times (they had to come back) ... they wouldn't drop my items at new places until she paid... which meant that she couldn't get money back after she realized they didn't properly mount tv. Wires and extension exposed... not to mention they wouldn't move anything not in a box! The worst company ever! I wish I could give zero stars!!! read more

WORST MOVING SERVICE EVER!!! NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!!! I wish there was something like zero stars ! I booked these guys and they gave me a flat rate which initially seemed very good to me. I gave them an estimate of the boxes i will have. I repeat that it was only and ESTIMATED number. For every extra box above that they charged me. I had clearly marked a few of my boxes as fragile. They were far from being handled delicately and were thrown around like a ball. All items are broken ! The manager Brandon eveb came to my apt to take the money from me in cash before the moving started. As soon as i gave the money to him, his guys started acting like they don't care about my luggage and started moving the truck away and left my stuff at home. I had to do the moving myself ! REALLY RIDICULOUS. Plus they started making fun of me for asking them to take my stuff. For every little thing they were being very impolite and for every non boxed items (like chairs, mirror, plastic tables) they said that this was not given in the inventory and will be charged extra! I mean am i supposed to count every piece of item in my house. EXTREMELY NON PROFESSIONAL!!! They even broken my washing machine tray. My beige colored carpet is all brown and dirty and they didn't even care about it. I ended up paying 200 extra ! NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THESE GUYS ! PATHETIC ! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This company went through my belongings and stole thousands of dollars of items from me. When I tried to contact Brandon about this he has failed to answer or return any calls. My bed frame has scratches and is damaged. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! read more

Remember just because you saw a company on groupon doesn't mean it is a trustworthy or reputable company. It is simply a means of connecting consumers to businesses. We tried to go local along with saving money but huge mistake. 1 star is too much to give even for this company. Brandon, You cannot be successful by making money on your wrongdoings. Your company screwed up and you still kept my money, how long do you think you can grow as a successful company doing business like that? Always think twice about the way you treat customers, you wouldn't want the same service to occur to yourself or your family. But as you stated earlier.... its just money right? read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Worst service ever!!! They completely just don't care about your things! Brandon seems as if he's professional but he's really rude and disrespectful! read more

From the response time of my free quote to delivery, everything was on point and out weighed my expectations for a person using a moving service for the first time. The two guys loading and unloading was professional, thorough, quick and made sure my fragile items was properly protected!! Thanks you all so much for making moving enjoyable for the first time!!! read more

Two days ago we used Everything Goes Moving for the second time. Brandon and his team were awesome, just like our first experience. Extremely punctual, easy and professional to work with and very affordable. No haggling or surprises. Brandon is committed to what he does and providing excellent service. We will be using EGM again in January 2019 and I HIGHLY recommend that you do the same for any and all of your moving needs. read more

When another vendor cancelled at the last minute, these guys swooped in and moved and assembled my CalKing bed from storage the next morning. The best short term and duration mover I've ever engaged. Professional, quick and reliable. Thank you! read more

I would NOT recommend this company at all. I purchased a groupon with this company for $99 --- they charged me an extra $40 to move what they deemed oversized items from one place to the other at a scheduled time. The Groupon was specifically for odd items for $99.00. They did not provide the service that was paid for. The signed invoice stated a move time of 9 am --- the company did not arrive until close to 10 am. The whole purpose of hiring a moving company was so that I would not have to move odd sized items myself. They had already been paid... did not complete the job and have not responded to my multiple phone calls. They simply dropped items off on the curb and in the driveway and jumped in their truck and left even after I told them where the items went. This company is a fraud! read more

Working with this company has been a nightmare. The owner has a team of kids and family members that helps him move furniture. Although they work really hard, there should be some additional training on the operation of equipment. I paid $2,300 to move and tipped the kids $100/piece because I respected that they were working and not in the streets. I also gave them equipment for school and any other items they wanted. The downside was while on-site on day 2 of moving, one of the movers backed their truck into my niece's car causes scratches and a small dent on the quarter panel of the car. Meanwhile, I had no idea this would turn into a nightmare so I helped them guide the driver off the car and didn't take any pictures nor call the police because I thought it would be a simple fix. But, man did I think wrong. It has been an absolute nightmare. The owner, Brandon, has been very unhelpful and condescending telling me what he is and isn't going to do as if they didn't inconvenience us and hit her car. The audacity of him being so unrighteous. I would recommend him to NO ONE. His whole entire attitude changed when it was time to address their mistake. Weeks later I'm still dealing with this and literally will have to take this man to small claims court just to get this resolved. It's the principle of it all, this guy has no morals AT ALL. Disaster. Not to mention, I also haven't been able to find my firearm since they moved me. I was a single woman so I've always had protection for yearrrssss, I'm licensed to carry and have never lost my firearm. All of a sudden I can't find it. I'm going to continue looking before I put the blame completely on them, but I have NEVER misplaced my firearm and hate to think that one of them took it from my home while moving. read more

These guys helped me move yesterday, and I must say, I was very impressed. I have moved several times, but never have I encountered such proficient, focused, and determined pair of movers. They moved me in the rain, and managed to keep everything safe and dry. They were punctual and upon arrival went straight to work. They were gentle with my things, communicated well, and unpacked quickly too. They didn't take a single break, and we're going nonstop. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule last minute and I was very grateful for that as well--Brandon who coordinated it was also very quick to respond and great to work with. I can think of nothing but positive things to say about them, and we'll certainly use them again in the future! read more

I recently moved and needed a moving service to assist with the process. I didn't realize how tedious it would be, just deciding on which company to choose from. However, Everything Goes Moving was probably the best choice I could make. Brandon and his team are professionals, and ensured that all of my items were taken care of. I'll very likely use them again in the future. read more

These guys were great! They arrived on time as they said they would, they loaded and unloaded very quickly, and their price was very reasonable. They did a really good job packing and protecting my furniture. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. read more

Very disappointed. I initially called because the company was listed on Groupon so I assumed it had creditability. I was quoted a rate very different from Groupon. Nevertheless, I took the quote down and called back once I received other quotes. Against my better judgement, I said okay when they matched the lowest rate I received. However, when I received the invoice, everything from our initial conversation was not written down and I e-mailed to find out why there was a difference. Then, I called because I did not receive a response to my e-mail. I called again the following day and finally someone answered and he said he did not know about the other items (e.g., boxes) mind you, when he told me that he would match the lowest quote, he put me on hold and said he had my initial paperwork. At this point, I requested a refund and was told there would be a $25 Paypal transaction fee. I am thinking to myself, are you serious? It the company's fault and it does not cost $25 to cancel a Paypal transaction. Even then, the $25 fee became $28 because the company made me pay a fee for them to send the money back to me. Please do not get baited and switched like I did. I hate that I have to give them a star. read more

Professional, good service. I booked for Fri and they ran a little late and I decided to reschedule. Booked for Sat and they came right on time. Professionally wrapped the furniture and items. If you are looking to pack-up and move your entire home or just move a few heavy pieces, Everything Go's Moving is the company to hire. They are very professional and hard working (for a great rate). I have now hired Everything Go's Moving, twice and both times I have been very pleased with the service I have received. Both of the moving crew's have respected my home and treated it/our possessions as if they were their own. They worked overtime and never complained. I highly recommend!! read more

The Everything Goes Moving Co. staff was professional and quick. They were patient with me as I made last minute preparations and had even agreed (when I scheduled my move) to make a stop to pick-up some mattresses I purchased. The price was affordable, the best I was quoted, and was a flat rate so I didn't have to guess and worry about how much the move was going to end up costing me. Absolutely none of my furniture was damaged, and they put it all in my new place exactly where I needed it to go. I would definitely use their services again. read more

I, like CJ, was very disappointed with the company. Thankfully, GroupOn refunded my money, although I was outside of the 3 day return policy. I read through the fine print several times before I decided to make my purchase and have them move six items for me during my move. I was aware that I would have to pay 0.80/mile over the 15 mile radius, which I was okay with doing. However, when I called to schedule an appointment, I was quoted an additional $100 dollars for "trucking fees" ($40) and "moving items upstairs" ($60). This was not noted anywhere in the fine print like it is with other moving companies on GroupOn... Hence the reason I thought this would be a good deal. Brandon refused to honor the GroupOn at the $139 price. That would have been $250 to move only six items (4 mattresses, a couch, and a chest)... Absolutely ridiculous and such a rip off!!!! Thank you GroupOn for refunding my money. As for the company... Glad I don't have to deal with them! read more
