Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. I had previously seen a complaint about the company on Nextdoor, although there were also several positive reviews. Based on their availability and the good reviews, we decided to move forward with them. Zane, our salesperson, seemed like a genuinely nice person, and I will say that their pricing was comparable to other companies. I have waited several months to write this review, hoping we could resolve everything and ultimately share a positive experience. Unfortunately, we are still waiting for a resolution regarding our local move in March 2026. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Jason Taylor Moving based on our experience. One of the movers did not show up for work, leaving the crew short-handed. The lead mover was great, but the rest of the team did not meet the same standard, and we experienced several issues as a result. Multiple pieces of furniture sustained nicks and chips, and there was significant damage to the drywall along the staircase walls. We chose to submit claims only for the wall damage and the damage to a large, heavy armoire that was banged against the walls while being moved upstairs. We did not pursue claims for the smaller cosmetic damage to our other furniture. I included just a few photos to give you a clear picture. The wall repairs required multiple attempts. The repair person was a very nice man, but the initial repair was poorly done, requiring him to return. Although the second attempt was better, the walls still have not been restored to their original condition. At this point, we have accepted the outcome, despite the fact that the repairs are not perfect. More concerning, however, is that we have yet to receive compensation for the damage to our armoire, which weighs approximately 350-400 pounds which Zane was quoting as a much lighter weight based off average lighter armoires. I have sent emails to Zane Dennis, our original point of contact, regarding this outstanding matter. Zane had verbally told us that he would personally drop off a check. That was months ago, and we have received neither the promised payment nor any follow-up communication. I understand that accidents can happen during a move, and I believe the true measure of a company is how it handles problems when they arise. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-through and the unresolved compensation issue have been disappointing. Based on our overall experience, I would encourage others to carefully consider their options before choosing Jason Taylor Moving. We had hoped for a much better experience, particularly in how the company handled the damage and the resolution afterward.

They broke numerous boxes of dishes, glasses, lamps, and an antique globe. They scratched my hardwood floors in the new house and put scrapes and dents in the walls and doors. I paid for insurance just in case things were broken and when I reached out to the company asking how to get reimbursed for the items that were broken, floors that were scratched, and walls that were damaged I was met with silence. No response. I had three trucks and nine guys, and half the guys looked they were in high-school and one of their trucks broke down in my driveway. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Do no use them.

On move day, Mike + 3 others (so 4 total movers) showed up on time, and ready to move. They moved my entire 2 bed 2 bath apartment to a house in 4.5 hours, which is quite a feat since the apartment required an elevator and loading dock to exit. They would fully dissemble furniture, move it into the spot you wanted it in your new home, and reassemble it. I didn't have to lift a finger. Also, Mike and his team hustled the entire time. They moved as fast as you possibly could, without damaging any of my furniture. At first it went all-right but once they got to our second location thats where it all went wrong. It seems like they were taking advantage of their hourly rate by working slow, even though we hired 3 guys!! They did not finish the job, they left without even letting us know and damaged our property. We asked to speak with a manager and they didn't work with us. They said that they could get the job done and bring one bed downstairs from one room to another but they left it there because "their boss told them not to" I have never had this bad of an experience before. Terrible service, sloppy job, and bad communication. They ruined our property and left without finishing their crappy job or saying goodbye. Also they charged us 10X what they said the initial cost would be. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!
