Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. He remained in there for several minutes, during which I was still being charged for his time. This was not only unprofessional but also a clear violation of boundaries. When I called the company to address the matter, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. The representative told me he "didn't see a problem" and compared the situation to letting a mover use his own bathroom. I explained that my bathroom had been professionally cleaned the day before -- and I had not even used it myself yet. I requested they arrange for it to be cleaned again, but my concern was brushed off. I was told they would "call back after speaking with the worker," but I never received any follow-up. No apology. No offer of resolution. No discount. Nothing. This company demonstrated a complete lack of respect for its customers and their property.
