Requested move in service. Windows, cabinets, and shelves were not clean. Found roach droppings in cabinets and shelves. Windows (from the inside) were very dirty. Moving is a very stressful and busy time so when you pay for a cleaning service and ask multiple times if it's a full service, deep clean - you expect everything to be done well. I requested a whole home deep clean provided my square footage and all. I received a quote, but when the staff arrived they said they didn't have the time to clean. I didn't budget to pay more than the quoted price, but was even more disheartened that my entire home wouldn't be cleaned. However, the staff did a pretty good job. I was overall impressed. There were a few areas that weren't dusted but I'll consider that negligible. I didn't call it out at the time because I know they worked hard and put in a good effort. From the jump they were very responsive and keep me informed about everything from confirming the date , what time my cleaners will arrive, and forms of payment accepted. My cleaners name was Elvia and even though she was pregnant, she put in work, got things spotless, and got into all the nooks and crannies. They really went above and beyond my expectations even climbed on top of the counter and cleaned on top of the cabinets something I probably would've never done (sad to admit). I hired them for a deep clean of my home. It was adequate, but I expected more from them considering the price. The crew did work diligently for 4 hours. And I must give them credit for the oven cleaning. I don't believe it has been that clean since it was installed! The rest of the house was mostly clean, but not stellar. When through, they asked me to check everything before they left. They had missed several details and completely forgotten to clean the laundry room! I give them one star for the fact they were able to book quickly. However, they clearly don't know how to use a GPS to find my condo building. I not only gave them the correct address but, they didn't even attempt to input the name of the building I gave them. Here's the icing on the cake, the tech called me and asked me for instructions on how to get to the suite, I gave them instructions to get to the front desk from the parking garage. I asked three times if she was in the right building, she said yes. I even gave the name of the complex again. Just to receive two more calls on how she couldn't get access to the suite. We'll come to find out, she was at the wrong address. I can't stop work or running my business to answer all your calls to hand walk you on how to use a GPS correctly. I the. Get an email that they weren't able to find my place (BIG HIGH RISE RESIDENT BUILDING WITH THE NAME OF THE BUILDING IN BIG LETTERS!!) so I'm now not getting service for their lack of. I then call the work number, a man answers and very rudely says "because we could not find your address, we can service." Which would be understandable if it was a HARD place to find but even Stevie wonder could find the building!!.. like what?? Professional Cleaning Service. Started my search for a service on Yelp and started a conversation thread with the owner. Owner of the company was willing to come out to my house and give me an accurate quote per my request. Had a deep clean since I recently moved into a newly constructed rental. About 2000 Sq Ft. 2 cleaners came out and spend a few hours and cleaned everything from windows and blinds to bathrooms and floors. Afterwards they asked us to check the rooms to see if anything needed additional cleaning. We requested a few areas be addressed a bit further and they were to our satisfaction. I hired this cleaning service because I needed a deep clean at my girlfriend and I's condo in Buckhead. When booking the appointment, they said they would come between 1-2, but didn't get there until closer to 3. There was a huge communication gap, because I was told between 1-2 but they didn't show up until way later. Don't communicate a time if you can't make it. On top of that, when they were done, we noticed a hole in the wall where it looks like a broom/mop's handle made a hole. The hole was not there before at all, and the cleaning people assured us it was not them. There was a big language gap as well, so we couldn't effectively communicate that this was their fault and not ours. We had to get them to call their boss, Jaime, I believe. He came the next day to patch it up and paint over it, but it wasn't a great job. Looks like it still needs to be sanded more, and there is a huge streak still, where you can see the where it was painted over, it doesn't look like how it used to at all. We are extremely disappointed with this service, and will most definitely not be booking them again. Don't hire this service. read more

The best deep cleaning ever! I'm so happy I used the service. The only main complaint I see is time scheduling. They were a bit late, not by much. That's the only main complaint you see here. Just have them come on an easy day, order some food and relax. But they are phenomenal, professional, deep clean and I highly recommend using their services. Now my mood and house is like night and day. If I need a cleaning I'm calling them again. I'm determined to take advantage of their cleaning by maintaining. First time using a cleaning company for residential and I'm happy I did. It did take a little longer to schedule a cleaning as everything was mainly through text. I recommend replying to their text with a call. Employees arrived on time, didn't rush & did a pretty go job. The price was very reasonable & that's with an included carpet steam cleaning (1/2 the price of a recommended competitor). They don't clean refrigerators, but they clean microwaves & toaster ovens but not actually inside an oven. I did notice a few things after they left: some dust, baseboards could have been cleaned better, items stacked on my bed to clean floor & not placed back. I'll speak to them next time to see if we can move things to a different area then placed on the beds. Overall I'm happy with their service & plan to use them again. read more

I was looking for a good and reasonable company to clean my mom's home. Jaime was one of the company's I contacted, he was super professional from the beginning to the end! He answered all of my questions and was super friendly and professional about our interactions. My mom raved to me about his process and how well he cleaned the carpet. We had a dog, that did dog-like things in the carpet that we didn't see until the furniture was moved. Jaime got rid of ALL of those stains as well as a huge ink stain in her office.
