They were punctual. I would recommend these professionals as they were diligent in cleaning the couch. Great job and very pleased.

Requested move in service. Windows, cabinets, and shelves were not clean. Found roach droppings in cabinets and shelves. Windows (from the inside) were very dirty. Moving is a very stressful and busy time so when you pay for a cleaning service and ask multiple times if it's a full service, deep clean - you expect everything to be done well. That was not my experience and it added more stress to the overall experience. read more

Honestly, they did an absolutely amazing job with my house! I scheduled a deep clean before hosting family for the weekend, and the team left my bathrooms and kitchen completely spotless and sparkling. They were super polite and professional the entire time. Knocked off one star just because they are definitely on the pricier side compared to other local services, but for the high quality of work, it was totally worth it. read more

Good cleaning and had no issues. People were nice and hard working. Would hire again.

The person I talked to wasn't considerate of my budget-very rude and unprofessional! Highly don't recommend!

I requested a whole home deep clean provided my square footage and all. I received a quote, but when the staff arrived they said they didn't have the time to clean. I didn't budget to pay more than the quoted price, but was even more disheartened that my entire home wouldn't be cleaned. However, the staff did a pretty good job. I was overall impressed. There were a few areas that weren't dusted but I'll consider that negligible. I didn't call it out at the time because I know they worked hard and put in a good effort. I'll hire them again but maybe overstate my house size so I can get the entire thing cleaned. read more

I've been using them 8 years, great company. I used for personal home and clients. Good quality and consistent work.

I've been using ATL clean for a little over two years now. My favorite is Yerleny! Every time she comes to clean my house or my parents' house she leaves no crumbs. Her hard work shows that she truly cares and is committed to giving your home a nice clean and welcoming environment. I would recommend them to anyone in the Gwinnett area! read more

ATL Clean was great to work with. Wonderful staff who did a really great job. Very fair pricing. We did a move out clean of our apartment and have no complaints. read more

Booked ATL clean for a move-in and was very happy I did. From the jump they were very responsive and keep me informed about everything from confirming the date , what time my cleaners will arrive, and forms of payment accepted. My cleaners name was Elvia and even though she was pregnant, she put in work, got things spotless, and got into all the nooks and crannies. They really went above and beyond my expectations even climbed on top of the counter and cleaned on top of the cabinets something I probably would've never done (sad to admit). I have to say I priced around and found that they were the best for what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend and rebook Atl clean in the future. read more

Hired them for a deep cleaning just before putting up our home for sale. Overall they did an okay job, but they left oven-cleaner on the inside of my oven door. When I pointed that out to them through text, emails and phone messages, I never heard back from them. I would just clean it off, but I can't because it's between the two glass panes. It looks really bad and there's no way that I can clean it up. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. read more

Hired them once for a deep clean of my parent's home before they moved out. It was ok, I did expect more from them for what it costed us. It was clean but not perfect, some areas were left out and we had to do the cleaning ourselves afterwards... I guess you can trust them but make sure to be onsite while they work... read more

I hired them for a deep clean of my home. It was adequate, but I expected more from them considering the price. The crew did work diligently for 4 hours. And I must give them credit for the oven cleaning. I don't believe it has been that clean since it was installed! The rest of the house was mostly clean, but not stellar. When through, they asked me to check everything before they left. They had missed several details and completely forgotten to clean the laundry room! Again, to their credit, they remained another 45 minutes without complaint to take care of the laundry room and other missed items (dust bunnies & tissues under the bed, re-mopping the bathroom floors, not dusting the dining table and chairs, and missing many baseboards, etc.) read more

They showed up 4 hours early so I wasn't ready for them. I asked them politely to wait downstairs for 15 minutes and they came up anyway. I had a specific time reserved so to me this was unprofessional. The service was good, not outstanding. For the price I will use them again. I'll just be prepared for them to arrive whenever they want. read more

I give them one star for the fact they were able to book quickly. However, they clearly don't know how to use a GPS to find my condo building. I not only gave them the correct address but, they didn't even attempt to input the name of the building I gave them. Here's the icing on the cake, the tech called me and asked me for instructions on how to get to the suite, I gave them instructions to get to the front desk from the parking garage. I asked three times if she was in the right building, she said yes. I even gave the name of the complex again. Just to receive two more calls on how she couldn't get access to the suite. We'll come to find out, she was at the wrong address. I can't stop work or running my business to answer all your calls to hand walk you on how to use a GPS correctly. I the. Get an email that they weren't able to find my place (BIG HIGH RISE RESIDENT BUILDING WITH THE NAME OF THE BUILDING IN BIG LETTERS!!) so I'm now not getting service for their lack of. I then call the work number, a man answers and very rudely says "because we could not find your address, we can service." Which would be understandable if it was a HARD place to find but even Stevie wonder could find the building!!.. like what?? Bad service, bad customer service and instead of trying to make it right, I get attitude like it's my fault. Like what's wrong with people now a days!!!.??? Ggeeessshhhh!!.... Btw, you can very easily type in the building name in the gps and it'll come up quick!! Right to the front door. Come'on!!.. dumb! read more

02/06/2025 cleaning service performed by Jaime and his crew. They were on time and on point with the specifications of the cleaning that they said they would provide. Good communication and affordable pricing. I will be referring to those I know that ATL Clean is the team to use for their janitorial needs. read more

Professional Cleaning Service. Started my search for a service on Yelp and started a conversation thread with the owner. Owner of the company was willing to come out to my house and give me an accurate quote per my request. Had a deep clean since I recently moved into a newly constructed rental. About 2000 Sq Ft. 2 cleaners came out and spend a few hours and cleaned everything from windows and blinds to bathrooms and floors. Afterwards they asked us to check the rooms to see if anything needed additional cleaning. We requested a few areas be addressed a bit further and they were to our satisfaction. Will be establishing regular monthly cleaning with this company. Workers used shoe covers, masks, and gloves. Brought their own cleaning supplies. Felt safe. read more

Responsive, reliable and a great job. We used them for a move in clean with very short notice, inquiring on Christmas Eve. Jamie was responsive and his team squeezed me into their schedule and came a few days later and did a great job. Invoice was sent electronically and I paid online. First time using a cleaning company for residential and I'm happy I did. It did take a little longer to schedule a cleaning as everything was mainly through text. I recommend replying to their text with a call. Employees arrived on time, didn't rush & did a pretty go job. The price was very reasonable & that's with an included carpet steam cleaning (1/2 the price of a recommended competitor). They don't clean refrigerators, but they clean microwaves & toaster ovens but not actually inside an oven. I did notice a few things after they left: some dust, baseboards could have been cleaned better, items stacked on my bed to clean floor & not placed back. I'll speak to them next time to see if we can move things to a different area then placed on the beds. Overall I'm happy with their service & plan to use them again. read more

I hired this cleaning service because I needed a deep clean at my girlfriend and I's condo in Buckhead. When booking the appointment, they said they would come between 1-2, but didn't get there until closer to 3. There was a huge communication gap, because I was told between 1-2 but they didn't show up until way later. Don't communicate a time if you can't make it. On top of that, when they were done, we noticed a hole in the wall where it looks like a broom/mop's handle made a hole. The hole was not there before at all, and the cleaning people assured us it was not them. There was a big language gap as well, so we couldn't effectively communicate that this was their fault and not ours. We had to get them to call their boss, Jaime, I believe. He came the next day to patch it up and paint over it, but it wasn't a great job. Looks like it still needs to be sanded more, and there is a huge streak still, where you can see the where it was painted over, it doesn't look like how it used to at all. We are extremely disappointed with this service, and will most definitely not be booking them again. Don't hire this service. read more

The best deep cleaning ever! I'm so happy I used the service. The only main complaint I see is time scheduling. They were a bit late, not by much. That's the only main complaint you see here. Just have them come on an easy day, order some food and relax. But they are phenomenal, professional, deep clean and I highly recommend using their services. Now my mood and house is like night and day. If I need a cleaning I'm calling them again. I'm determined to take advantage of their cleaning by maintaining. Believe me there's a reason why Zen temples and religious churches always maintain cleanliness. Cleanliness is GODliness. P.S. They take card, so tip :) read more

A free house cleaning (except for the $40 cash tip up front) to permanently scratch the hell out of my $1,800 black stainless steel cooktop. It was pristine, but now it will look like this forever. Sent these photos to ATL Clean, and received two things back: 1) an invoice 2) relentless spam no matter how many times I opt out - which is illegal read more

Been using for years. They have 3 times this year unannounced raised their prices with no heads up. They don't respond to messages until it's too late. They used to be much higher quality. They do more of a once over, not a true cleaning. You get what you pay for I guess read more

I was looking for a good and reasonable company to clean my mom's home. Jaime was one of the company's I contacted, he was super professional from the beginning to the end! He answered all of my questions and was super friendly and professional about our interactions. My mom raved to me about his process and how well he cleaned the carpet. We had a dog, that did dog-like things in the carpet that we didn't see until the furniture was moved. Jaime got rid of ALL of those stains as well as a huge ink stain in her office. I would definitely recommend Atlanta Clean! When I purchase my home I will be retaining their services again! read more

The cleaning part is decent. Promptness and communication with their office is poor. Was scheduled for a cleaning. They tried coming in the evening. I called an office worker. I would not recommend this business, they do not set proper expectations, and the supervisor is one of the rudest people I've ever spoken to. He has no sense of what soft skills are or what customer service means. Save your money and hire another company for your cleaning services. read more

So we had our house cleaned by this company and though they did an OK job. Firstly, it was hard to communicate our needs and/or concerns with them because of a language barrier. Though they did a great job at the basic cleaning elements but we paid for a deep cleaning and didn't get that. They missed our entire mudroom , baseboards weren't cleaned, cob webs were still around the house, ceiling fans were not cleaned and much more. We had to go behind them and do a lot of cleaning, especially since they put dirty rugs on top of everything (tub, toilet, etc.), which made them dirty again. The house was neat when they left but not clean. We didn't have time to go back and forth with them via translation with the phone so we let them leave. read more
