I have a very furry cat, so the fact that it's now been four days and I am seeing very little fur on my tables or litter on my floor is the highest compliment I can give her! Unfortunately, I don't know if professional cleanings are a cost I can justify on a monthly basis, but this experience has certainly put Ansley on the list of ways to treat myself when life gets really stressful. read more

To start there was an issue with the timing. I booked for noon and they confirmed I booked for noon but the team was scheduled for 1:30pm. I was then late for work because I was waiting around to figure out what was happening. I figured fine, at least my house will be clean. But I paid $300 for a 'deep clean' and there are several areas clearly untouched. The couch was not vacuumed even though I have cats and it clearly needed it. Plus there are several areas on the floor where there is glaringly still cat hair & dirt. Not worth the money or the time waiting around. They came back for a free clean and it was decent. I appreciate them trying to make it right but I won't rebook. read more

They made sure the price was fair for the level of cleaning I wanted, and they went through the entire process and all the expectations before I accepted. I was able to schedule a cleaning within a few days of the call, and the day of, everything went just as smoothly as described! My cleaner, Amanda, was very kind and professional. She did a great job, had me check over her work before she left in case I wanted her to redo anything, but everything was already spotless and I was very happy! We met with Ansley Home Cleaning owner, Steve, for a consultation at our home where he provided us with an estimate. Steve is a nice, friendly guy and we were excited to move forward with AHC. We scheduled our first cleaning and everything went smoothly. Unfortunately, things changed when we had our second cleaning. The toilet in the master bathroom went completely uncleaned as did the master shower and the guest bath toilet was only partially cleaned. We were very disappointed with the quality of the cleaning service after our second appointment. We notified the company and they sent someone out to correct the issue the following day. However, the toilets still weren't fully cleaned. At this point, we reached out to Ansley Home Cleaning to cancel our cleanings moving forward as the price of their services did not match the quality of work that we expected to receive. AHC reached out and offered us a full refund (which we have not received) as well as a free full cleaning in hopes of earning our business back. We agreed to the third cleaning which was scheduled for today - the cleaners never showed up. Are you kidding me? Due to our incredibly poor experience with Ansley Home Cleaning, I would caution anyone from hiring their business. Miguel was extremely thorough, quick and left our kitchen literally sparkling clean! It smells sooo good!! And trust me, I live in a house with 5 art students, and our kitchen was pretty bad.
