Very poor experience - I do not recommend. I've used this cleaning company monthly for almost three years, and until recently I was a happy customer. That changed after a recent visit where a substitute crew member (not my regular cleaner) was sent to my home without notice, even after I emailed that morning to confirm my usual crew. I let the crew know I'd be leaving during the cleaning and asked them to leave through the back door (which is deadbolt only and impossible to lock from outside). Note: I've done many times before without issue. Instead, they locked both the back door and the front door, including the knob on my keyless entry front door, which should never be locked. I came home to find myself completely locked out during triple-digit heat. I waited 45 minutes for a locksmith and paid $120 out of pocket, and my front door was scratched during entry. While I was home, an expensive bottle of facial product was also broken during the visit. After a few email exchanges with the company where they did not seem to care about the customer experience, I asked for the issue to be escalated to management. I received a reply though it's unclear whether it actually came from someone in a management role. The company denied any responsibility for the locksmith cost and the broken facial product. Overall, there was no real customer service effort to make things right. I wanted to leave an honest review because three years of loyalty should count for something when something goes wrong. Be cautious when considering this company. if you're not going to be home, confirm exactly who is coming, and don't assume your usual crew will show up. Take pictures of anything out of the ordinary or broken since the company will not take the customers word. read more

For 1b1b in fairly decent condition it was $195 base for a move in move out cleaning, an amazing price and an amazing job. The customer service was awesome with a simple call to set up the appointment, and the ladies came on time and were very friendly. The room was sparkling clean when they were done, and they even paid attention to the small details. I would just like to point out that the "intake" process was a mess. My experience with Christopher, the first point of contact with Amazon Cleaning, was not a positive one. After filling out the forms, he responded a day later and explained that his service will *not* give me an estimate *after* visiting the house -- they only provide the estimate over the phone and with a rough square footage of the (first floor) of the house. I don't think I've ever heard of a more inflexible approach. read more

The initial deep clean was extra, but the monthly cleanings are reasonably priced. They are prompt and do a great job of cleaning. We used Amazon once a week for a few months.. In June they sent a new crew to our apartment one day and number of issues came up. First, they left the key to our apartment in the door which I discovered upon leaving shortly after their arrival. Second, they failed to clean the floor in the main living and dining areas. Third, they left a pool of water in the middle of the living area floor. When we called the owner to address, he said no worries he will send someone out to take a look.. Well, he sent out two third-party handymen to assess the damage. The owner calls us one hour later and claims these handyman were his "insurance investigators" and they have determined this to be a fraudulent claim. Then he hung up on me and did not answer or return any subsequent calls. You see a company's (and its owner's) true colors when issues arise. Amazon Cleaning clearly does not pass the test as a reputable, well established company to do business with. Potential customers, please do not hesitate to contact me directly through Yelp! for a more detailed review of Amazon Cleaning and its owner. I recently had a move in cleaning done to my home. I obviously had no furniture moved in yet, so the focus was getting a deep clean on surfaces of the home. Unfortunately there was still dust on the floors, residue on the bath/showers, and dust on the windows. For $300 I was not impressed, and would suggest people save their money and clean their living spaces themselves. read more

When I tell you these ladies cleaned my house! This has been a few years ago but I've recommended them many times. In 2018, my washing machine flooded my home. We had to pack up and leave for a different company to replace our floors. Well when I returned to my home it was a dusty mess. I requested that the company send someone in to clean. I'll tell you I've never had anyone clean my home before cause frankly I thought no one would clean it like me. Well when I saw one of them get on my sink (no shoes of course) and clean my light fixtures and the other pull out a vacuum with a hose and clean the top part of my window frame (the part that can't be seen or reached to check) I knew I was in good hands.
