He went around the house and said that we had 10 areas and 32 stairs. He also had some blue light that showed him urine. We just bought this house and the owners before had a large dog. Because of that he added $250. The original quote was $420, but when he came he said it would be $700. Which was high but it was fine as long as there wouldn't be any urine and stains on the carpet. We agreed to the price and he started his job. We have a big house over 4,000 square feet, so we thought this would take him the whole day. He started at 9:30 and was done by 12:30. Both me and my mom were confused and thought how could he be done so quickly. He tried showing us pictures on his phone of before and after, and to be honest we didn't notice much of a difference. I didn't take before pictures but I've attached the after pictures. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it's because it's still wet and we should wait till it dries to see a difference. No the carpet looked exactly the same. This was disappointing and I would never use this company again. Also not to mention he was being incredibly rude to my mother and talking down to her. She doesn't speak good English and he would say things and make little rude remarks. I didn't say anything because I thought it would be fine as long as this guy cleaned our carpets the way we wanted it. I would stay away from this business all together.

As usual I came right to Yelp to find a service provider after all the awesome reviews I decided to go with Dirt Blasters. I called Ken and he was so easy to talk to and booking was a breeze. He ended up calling the day before my actual appointment with a opening which was perfect as one of my dogs decided he wanted to christen the new carpet by peeing an hour before my appointment. I didn't think the carpet was as bad but after Ken showed me some spots I realized it needed a lot more work and Ken so graciously worked within our budget as I hadn't planned for the extent of the carpet. He did such a tremendous job and gave me even more tips to maintain carpet with all the dog hair that accumulates with ( 2 bulldogs). I know that for our carpet maintenance until we get hardwood and even after that it's a no brainer to give Ken a call. GREAT SERVICE We…read morepurchased a two-piece microfiber sectional from a homeowner who cooked with a LOT of curry. The home was dark so we did not notice the deep, dark stains until it came home with us and, the smell was so overpowering that we had to close off the room. Ken worked very hard and cleaned the sectional well. He was careful to explain the process and gave us options for removing the deep, dark stains. What was so impressive is that he created a custom, chemical-free, blend of essential oils for us to use to freshen the room. KEN GOES ABOVE & BEYOND The next day Ken called to check on the status of our sofa and when I mentioned that some areas had a lightened significantly but not cleared, he returned to our home and treated the entire sectional! Looks great and the curry scent is 95% gone (only came up again when wet. no scent in the dry sofa.)

Approximately a year ago I had used A Plus - I was in the hospital for emergency life saving surgery - and due to my health - I was not allowed to leave the hospital and had to leave my dogs alone for almost 24hrs - please understand - my leaving my dogs was NOT due to neglect - I was a day - 2 days at the most from dying - my situation was CRITICAL and the Drs stated if I left the hospital there was a very STRONG possibility that I could die driving home to get my dogs - my fear of dying was overwhelming to say the least and the thought of possibly dying driving home to get my dogs and possibly injuring/killing anyone in a car accident was not something I could risk... Unfortunately, one of my friends was not able to get to my dogs until the following day and she was aware of how dire my situation was - Needless to say, I knew that my carpeting was going to be hit with the dogs 'accidents'... About a week after my surgery I started to call around for a carpet cleaning company that would be willing to do the work without gauging me in the pocketbook... I found Alex at APlus - He was extremely kind and compassionate to my situation - He was willing to work with me in every aspect - I had never forgotten... And when I FINALLY came home - my carpets looked incredible and there was ABSOLUTELY NO 'ODOR' lingering... It was a HUGE relief to me! I reached out to Alex again, literally today, regarding a cleaning... He remembered me from the initial job and from previous conversations... How many companies will 'remember' you? Now I will not go into what we've discussed and agreed to... But, I will say this... For a company in today's era that is willing to GO ABOVE and BEYOND and TRULY helps a person and put's the customers needs before their own profits - Speaks VOLUMES... He was able to accommodate my short-notice request and crazy work schedule, and communicated well and clearly throughout the scheduling process. He showed up on time and finished when he projected he would. I was favorably impressed with his professionalism as well as the very reasonable pricing for his services! I waited five days after work was done to write this so any temporary effect would pass...you know how sometimes carpets look great right after while drying, then a few days later when dry, stains reappear and you see the work was shoddy - surely NOT the case with this work!) He also cleaned a sofa and dining chair cushions for me which look brand new afterwards. I went from thinking about replacing the carpets in the just-acquired home, to being able to spend those dollars on other projects, thanks to the outstanding workmanship of the cleaning job!
