After being bamboozled by franchise and corporate carpet cleaning companies, I made a firm decision that for the rest of my entire life I would seek out local companies to solicit. I don't know if I found Roberts Floorcare, or if these folks found me. Either way, I'm very glad I made the call to them. I called early on a Monday morning and asked for earliest available....he said he could come right away HashtagWhenProcrastinationGoesRight!! Russell gave me a high level overview of his process of cleaning, deodorizing, and treating the carpet. Just with this, this overview, I began to feel pretty darn hopeful that he would do a great job. Russell arrived on time; actually I ran behind and had to call to ask Russell for more time to move the furniture. He gladly said that wouldn't be a problem; then offered to come on over and move the furniture away from the soiled areas! His process began with retreating the carpet and the heavily soiled areas. Dirt and heavy traffic spots weren't so much my trouble areas, but instead I have pet stains. He then treated those areas with gentle, natural and chemical products to break down the urine stains. Next, he thoroughly cleaned the carpet. He went over the area 2x and gave extra attention to the heavy areas. After the intense cleaning, he treated and deodorized. The carpet was dry by the end of the day. There was no in and out steam job here, All in all the job took about 2 hours; Russell didn't leave until he was certain the carpet looked as best it could. He took care in his work and it showed. 2 days later he gave me a follow up call and I was happy to say no stains resurfaced and the carpet smelled fresh and clean. A month later and carpet still looks great. read more

Needed my mattress cleaned after my son threw up on it as well as some of the carpet. This was in Dec 2017. I remember getting an appointment pretty quickly. I wanted to leave a review so I can refer back to my notes when calling in the future! read more

I work in the film industry, so my schedule is strange. Long hours and I never quite know when I'm going to be going into work until the night before. Steam Doc was understanding and easily rescheduled me when I needed to change my appointment. Their customer service is unparalleled. Very nice people on the phone as well as the guy who came to clean the carpet. Very professional, and a GREAT job cleaning the carpet. And our whole house smelled amazing after they were done. If you want the job done right and customer service and professionalism is important to you as well, there is no other carpet cleaner to go to. Read the reviews of their competitors then read Steam Doc's reviews. I'm not the only one who is raving about this company. A++ read more

Nu Way Atlanta - Our landlord (Invitation Homes - awful co, never rent from them) never cleaned our carpets. It had been 8 years. Clean carpets now! Finally! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

My roommate and I are very very happy with the service we got from Steam Doc. The entire experience was pleasant and professional. Booking the appointment was a breeze. There were follow up texts and emails about the appoint and confirming the time. Our guy (Thomas) was on time, very friendly, and did an amazing job. He got out a stain that has been there since we've moved in and has survived many attempts at removal. Very impressive! In the end, the price we paid is the price we were quoted (and although I admittedly didn't show around a whole bunch, I feel it was a very fair price). All around, this was a success! Thanks, Steam Doc! read more

This is my second time with this company and I highly recommend. My upholstery goes through a lot and each time it is cleaned, they look brand new and smell great! Great customer service. This is one happy customer read more

I decided to try Steam Doc due the positive reviews and they lived up to their reviews. When I e-mailed them inquiring about service, they promptly responded. When I needed clarification regarding one of their services, I called and spoke with Tanya and although the conversation was super brief, she was pleasant. One the day of the scheduled cleaning, Al called me to let me know his estimated time of arrival. Even though I wasn't present when he arrived, my husband told me he showed up at the time he stated. My husband went on to tell me that Al was very nice and did the job effectively and our carpets look great!!! Just an FYI, they do NOT clean hardwood floors at this time and that's fine. However, if we ever need our carpets cleaned again, we would definitely give them another call! read more

I didn't know my carpet could be cleaned as well as he cleaned it. Al text me to let me know he was on the way as well as texting my contractor because I was not there to oversee the work. He was able to take payment over the phone after he did the most amazing carpet clean ever! I'm so happy I found him here on Yelp. He sent me before and after pics. The pictures speak a thousand words since I'm not able to. I would use him over and over again. He's highly recommended. Most awesomely is.... Drumroll... He wasn't trying to rip my pockets out with pricing. What more could I ask for? read more

This was the most professional and competent carpet cleaning service I have ever had. They left me text message and email beforehand notifying me when they would be out and another text when they were in route. Al was very professional and courteous. I had 5 rooms, stairway and hall done and the 4-year old carpets look brand new afterwards. The price was reasonable for the high quality of work performed. Al spent ample time in each room cleaning the carpets and then air drying them afterwards. I will use Steam Doc again and will recommend to my neighbors and friends. read more

This company is amazing! Very responsive and these days, communication is customer service. Here are photos. Fair pricing and excellent results. These floors and grout were very dirty from 20 years of wear. Like new! read more

Weekend mornings are generally the relaxing time where I don't necessarily have to get out of bed at six A.M. and prepare a bunch of stuff for my wife and son for their respective days. This particular Sunday morning, I had a need to mow the lawn. Fully prepared in my dad-uniform of black socks and sandals, I ventured down only to find the basement carpet the site of a curious incident of my dog in the night time. After checking out the various companies available to help clean up my dog's overnight gastrointestinal distress, I found Roberts Floorcare as one of the few available on Sunday. I gave a call to the number and Russell answered. He told me he'd be available that very day and showed up an hour later, giving us a reasonable estimate for not just the cleanup, but for a full cleaning of the room. He took care in cleaning both the accident and the carpet and also called back the next day to make sure we were satisfied. Sadly, our puppy had another accident in the same spots the next morning, but Russell even had some good advice to offer to help clean it in the interim, suggesting natural products with an eye toward protecting our pup and our toddler. read more

I had Russell out to clean the carpets of my rental condo. He was fairly priced and quickly responsive. I also needed the carpet re-stretched in one room and Russell arranged for one of his contractors to do that at the same time the carpets were cleaned. My 4 year old carpets look good as new. I will be using him again for sure! read more

Had an aging sofa with pillows, a long carpeted stairway and a small bedroom cleaned. Good job, on time, friendly attitude. I requested no lingering deodorizer smell and they complied. All dry within a few hours. I really appreciate that the extra charge for removing furniture was removed when he saw how little needed to be moved. I would recommend and would use them again. read more

Thank you fellow Yelpers! I read the reviews about Roberts Floorcare after reading several reviews for other carpet cleaners and decided to go with Roberts. We were so impressed with what he was able to get out of our carpets, I mean he got things out of our carpet that previous companies had not been able to get out. Russell took his time on our carpet, pretreated it thoroughly, and really focused on the tough spots. His method of cleaning not only gives unbelievable results, but interestingly enough the carpet is not very wet once he is done so drying time is a very reasonable 3-6 hrs. He even left us some spot treatment solution to use in between visits! It's so rare to find companies that do great work that I always feel compelled to let others know. Using Roberts Floorcare is a decision you absolutely will not regret!!! I've tried the $29 Groupon deals for the whole house and rented carpet cleaning equipment from Home Depot. I absolutely got what I paid for and probably just managed to get the dirt in my carpet 'watered down'. Never again!!! read more

Awesome service and great job! Russell was professional and very service oriented throughout the whole experience. Prompt call back after my inquiry, was on time for appointment, and did a great cleaning job. He even left a small sample of a detergent for me to try on a different cleaning project just to be helpful. Roberts Floorcare bill was comparable to competitors, but the overall value was fantastic. If you are a commercial account ask about the FREE demo. What a nice touch...for free Russell came out to my business and did a sample area to show how much dirt would come out. After the sample he stated the price and I agree, then he proceeded to do the work. No pressure, no gimmicks just a great overall experience. read more

I used TWO other reputable carpet cleaning companies to try to remove the smell that could only be created by two little kids (love them but they aren't the neatest people) who carelessly dropped their snacks for a year in our playroom. The first two companies never got it right. Though they touted natural products, appealing to neurotic moms like myself, it never got the job done. We wasted time and money and got tired of schlepping our furniture in and out. We even contemplated replacing the carpet altogether. Then Russel with Roberts was at our house checking out our hardwoods and mentioned that he also did carpet. We figured we'd give it one last shot because he was so nice and knowledgable and he offered a great price. He explained that he uses a hospital-grade sanitizer, and while not made out of herbs or fruit like those other companies, it sounded good. As I type this, I am inhaling. And I smell nothing. And it's great. Finally! We'll use them again. read more

Al went above and beyond! Due to previous water damage on my carpet, the stain came to surface two days after Al cleaned it when it was dry. I sent Al the picture thinking Al may not be able to do anything. To my surprise, he said he will come out to give it another try. And he did! The stain is gone! Al runs his business with honesty and passion! I am very impressed! I will call Steam Doc in the future for all my carpet cleaning! read more

Great company. Easy and convenient. I made my appointment on their website. Russell Roberts called me 30 minutes before arriving and he was very professional and polite. He cleaned all my area rugs and tile in my Laundry Room and Master Bath. My husband and I are very pleased with the quality of the work and appreciate good service, good value and follow up. read more

So my wife decided on Friday that she wanted the carpets cleaned on Saturday. Luckily for me Russell made it out that afternoon we were so pleased with the work that he came back today to do the furniture and volunteered to touch up the carpet while he is here. Couldn't be more satisfied read more

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a professional and very fairly priced carpet cleaning service. Unlike a lot of places, Russell explained everything that he would be doing and why he's not your average carpet guy. I had some really bad stains in high traffic areas from parties and dirt from outside and he was able to get it looking brand new again. Very accommodating when working with your schedule. Definitely use them!! read more

My dad and I gave my brother a early Christmas present by cleaning up his apartment (not the cleanest guy in the world) was calling around to some carpet companies and everyone wanted to charge an arm and a leg but Robert was the only reasonable carpet cleaner that I found he came out and cleaned up the carpets and got the odor out that my brothers roomates left. Will definitely use this service again! read more

Roberts Floorcare offers top notch service and incredible flexibility! Being a real estate agent, I'm expected to make things happen fast. Russell not only offered the most competitive pricing, but he was flexible and came out the very next day! He did an amazing job - carpets look brand new! I would highly recommend Roberts Floorcare for all carpet/furniture cleaning needs! read more

Russell was very polite, professional and meticulous. He called when he was on his way, and he arrived before the scheduled time. He looked around and explained what he would be doing. He did a really good job on my stained microsuede sofa. It's nice and clean now. He also did a fantastic job on my carpets and dirty rugs. He finished the job in good time and even helped me raise the rugs on the garage floor so they would dry well. He's fairly priced and gave me a free spot remover. I'm a satisfied customer! read more

Sometimes you might experience carpet cleaners take shortcuts or charge additional for every little thing that is done. Russell does a great job in being upfront, honest, and still being affordable! I gave permission to Russell to run lines through a window to make things easier, but he opted to route the lines the longer way just to ensure that nothing would be damaged. He took great care in respecting my home. For several days after the cleaning, Russell called to check up and make sure that the job was done right and that he hadn't missed anything. Roberts Floorcare sincerely cares about doing the best job that they can do! read more

I have white carpet and a dog (don't ask why we would do that). Steam Doc did an amazing job bringing them back their original beauty. The next morning however, there were some strange splotches in the carpet so I called Steam Doc about it. They were able to come out the same day to fix. The splotches were from old pet stains that had wicked to the surface as the carpet dried. The second round of spot cleaning did the trick and I have beautiful white carpets again. The overall experience was great, they were courteous and conscientious. I liked that they used extra care to keep their hoses from scuffing my walls. read more

I highly recommend Russell with Roberts Floorcare! I called him on a Saturday for a quote, found he was very reasonably priced and he was able to come out and clean my carpet that same day. He was incredibly courteous, very professional and did a fantastic job. My carpet looks as good as it did the day we bought it. Impeccable service - we will definitely be repeat customers in the future! read more

Robert saved the day!! I have family from overseas that just arrived yesterday for my wedding. I woke up yesterday morning to my cat having diarrhea all over the apartment! The smell was horrendous. The floors were filthy. My family planned to come over the following day!! I called Robert in the morning, explained the emergency, and he agreed to come over that evening! He was flexible with my schedule and really professional. He was incredibly thorough with his cleaning of the carpets and couch. No smell, no disgusting poop stains, and it's ready for my family!! I have his card on my fridge. He was a hero! read more

Russel offers amazing, personable service! We've used him three times now and he's gotten our dirty carpets cleaner than anyone else has over the years. He's able to work with our schedule and always does a fantastic job. You won't be disappointed! read more

I enjoyed my carpet-cleaning experience with Roberts Floorcare. We just moved into a new home in Marietta and took a chance based on online reviews. Russell was prompt and had a good attitude - he obviously takes pride in the work he does. The pricing seemed reasonable (we didn't exactly shop around, but it was about what I expected to pay). I was particularly impressed that he installed plastic guards at the corners of walls, to protect them from the steam and vacuum hoses. We didn't have any furniture in the house, so I can't comment on how he would manage that. They use an electronic app for scheduling and payments, which is a nice touch. I received a text message confirmation of my appointment, and I got the payment receipt in my email before Russell drove away in his van. read more

Awesome, fast service. Unfortunately, I called because my large dog had an accident on our brand new carpet. Russell was great from the start. He came same day, and even informed me of a discount without me asking. He had the carpet looking, and smelling, like new within an hour and left some spot cleaner for future accidents. Highly recommended read more

Excellent service and great pricing! Russell came out and cleaned all my carpets (2 floors worth) before we moved in. Steam Doc was recommended to me by a friend that used their services and they were great! Booking the appointment was easy and they text and email you confirmations/reminders. Al did a great job on 5 bedrooms, a big walk in closet, a large office, hallway, and steps. We walked through each room before he started and he got right to work. Carpets came out looking amazing and price is very reasonable! Highly recommend! read more

Excellent job cleaning the tiling in our rental home. Would use again.

Good afternoon. I'm never the one to write reviews because I know how it feels to deal with the everyday customer. So I just gave this company a call just to request a quote or for someone to come out and look over my grout and tile which might need some repair. She immediately began to tell me they only seal for grout. I mentioned to her that I could be mistaken it might not be that I have damaged grout. The phone call was not even 2 minutes and the customer experience was not great at all. Don't know the ladies name but I definitely felt an attitude over the phone. I let her know I'm just calling so someone could possibly come out and take a look at what may need to be done. I let her know hey if at all possible can it be a Saturday due to me and my wife working late during the week. I never said I couldn't make any arrangements to be home during the week. She immediately begins to tells me how they only work from Mon-Fri. So at that point ma'am. "Thank you, I'm fine and have a blessed day". Customer service should always be at the forefront of your company. read more

I was moving out of my apartment and had to get the carpets cleaned. After searching and calling a few companies I decided to go with Steam Doc. The price I was quoted was comparable to other companies, but the flexibility of scheduling and friendliness over the phone was ultimately why I decided to go with Steam Doc. I am so glad I made that decision! Leading up to my appointment Al called and confirmed the time block and kept me posted about his arrival time. Once he got to my apartment, he did such a great job cleaning the carpet!! It didn't take him long, and the carpets looked brand new! I will definitely call Steam Doc for my future carpet cleaning needs. read more
