Quick, quality service. The only con was they were late, but they threw in a room for free. I was very pleased with my carpet; it is MUCH brighter. Most of the stains are gone or at least almost gone. read more

I was contacted by the owner (Arthur) a few days ago on Yelp, and he wanted to make his mistake right, so I told him I'd be willing to give it a shot, I know mistakes can happen and running a small business is a lot of work. He promptly made a reservation with my wife, and was out today to clean it (which is great because we have many guests coming to help me take care of my wife after a surgery.) He was very friendly, as was his assistant, and they were very professional and courteous. They did a great job cleaning the carpet, including a spot cleaning of a few spots, and despite the fact the carpet is still wet and it usually takes stains a few days to show back up after a cleaning, it looks great now. I was going to give it three stars, but the fact that he cared enough about his business to do something about a situation that clearly wasn't a positive one pushed me to four stars. read more

Don't waste your money! I didn't have a problem scheduling service, he came out on time. Seemed nice. However, he left my carpets soaked and once they dried, they were filthier than ever before. There were even stains left behind from the "pretreatment" he used, that he charged me $20. I purchased a deal through Atlanta Half Off Depot to have the carpet in my entire home cleaned. Arthur did my carpet cleaning. He moved way too fast, which I thought was odd because how can you be thorough if you spend a total of 45 minutes on 5 rooms and a set of stairs? While he was there, I couldn't tell how well the carpets were cleaned because they were wet. He told me they would dry in 6-8 hours, it took about 20 hours for them to dry completely. So essentially he came to my house and just wet my carpets. Once the carpets were dry they felt stiff, and made my feet tingle if I walked barefoot. Just save yourself the headache and go with a well known carpet cleaner. read more

We have lived in our residence for over two years with three cats, one of which had had some urinary tract issues and had stained the carpet in several ares. There were also several other large stained areas that needed to be taken care of prior to us moving out. After speaking to Chris on the phone, we were assured that it was something they could take of. When Arthur arrived, the damage was MUCH worse then he anticipated. Despite the addition work involved, he worked out a deal that made sense for both of us. The whole job only took about 45 minutes and we were amazed with the final results! Not only were the stains removed but the carpet smelled great as well! I wish I had taken pictures myself to show off the results! Do not use this guy. He has terrible customer service and does a poor job pressure washing. My house still has dirt on it after he finished and he refused to redo the job. He told me I can follow up with Living Social if I had a problem with it. Do yourself a favor and go with a more reputable and qualified company. read more
