Purchased the 3500 sq feet Groupon. I got it for a great deal and called Mr. Arthur on a Sunday. I told him my HOA was a pain in the ass and i had 4 days left to get my house pressure washed. He came by the next day. I was at work when he started and he gave me a time frame of when he would get there and when he'd be done. I just knew I would have to paint my house for it to look this good. After having a bad pressure wash job the first time i ever did it i didn't see the point. Faith renewed. Where others didn't pick up or never returned my call, Arthur was prompt and fit me in to his schedule as quickly as he could. He was communicative throughout the process and his price was fair. Buyer Beware! I found a deal on Groupon for Central Pressure Wash and read the great reviews. It was all a big LIE. Scheduling my appointment was simple. The day of my appointment, the guy tells me I have to pay extra for mildew removal that was on a small corner of my home. I asked him how much...it cost as much as the Groupon voucher. I told him I wanted to stick with the plan I paid for. He seemed very irritated with me because I didn't want to pay for the mildew treatment. The guy did a lousy job on my home. He completely omitted pressuring washing a section of my home. And he left without letting me know he was done. I contacted the owner and informed him of the unsatisfactory job. I even sent him pics of the cobwebs, dirt and debris that remained on my home. The owner informed me someone would come to home and complete the unfinished work before the end of the weekend. No one came to home nor did he call to inform me otherwise. The company has poor customer service and they did a horrible job pressure washing my home. I would have done better using my garden hose and a spray nozzle. Save your money and use another company! read more

Arthur with Central Pressure Washing did an excellent job. He took his time and was very detailed with every nook and cranny. He cleaned my entire townhouse but my main concern was my mildewed deck. He made it look pretty much new. The house has never been cleaned since it was built in 2005. Again, he did an excellent job and I will definitely hire him again. He also does carpet cleaning so he's definitely a jack of all trades. read more

i purchased a groupon for residential pressure washing and spoke to arthur, the owner who scheduled a consultation to determine what exactly he should charge (the fine print). we agreed upon the additional charges. he scheduled the first time and he had to cancel due to rain. he rescheduled for tuesday, may 26, 2020. arthur did not show up. i sent him a text message and called, neither of which did he respond to! when i notified groupon, they refunded my $119.00 in groupon bucks. i will not be needing any groupon bucks because i will never use them again and will do everything i can to discourage anyone that i know from using them. it is virtually impossible to talk to a person or even have an online chat. it is unconscionable that a business person would simply not show and have so little regard for the customer that they don't even call. read more

I brought a groupon because of the deal and good reviews.I wanted my rugs cleaned before my Tenent moved in, the day he was suppose to arrive he never showed up or called ,4 hours later he finally answered the phone and said his truck broke down he will be there in two hours, he never showed up and stopped answering his phone, 3 days later he had someone else call me , we set up an appointment( now my Tenent has moved in already) again never showed up and never called having my Tenent wait all day! this happened twice. I called the owner he never answered the phone and then blocked my number. So I then called Groupon and they gave MW some Groupon bucks to use another company. read more

I'D NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! I bought my "voucher" off Groupon and scheduled an appointment with Mark. I had to call to reschedule as I became ill (and have since had surgery). When I called to reschedule, Mark gave me a fictitious appointment claiming we'd rescheduled for July 2. That was NEWS TO ME! July 2 rolls and I was home all day b7t they were a "NO SHOW!" I had surgery on July 3 so I sent a text on July 4 and was called by Mark telling me I'd changed the first appointment because I was ill but didn't AT ALL acknowledge the appointment he'd given me of July 2. EXCUSE AND BLAME IS ALL I RECEIVED! He said he'd call me July 5 to reschedule and I told him I had an appointment otherwise on July 6 but it needed to be done before the weekend. Didn't hear from him until I sent a text around 8:30 pm on July 5 about him NOT following through yet again. Mark sent me a text that he'd scheduled me for July 6, obviously his calendar is off as I'd informed him of a prior appointment. I bought a Groupon for Central Pressure wash to power wash my townhouse and they were prompt in arriving to my location. When they arrived they were professional and courteous. They got right to work and did an excellent job. They also power washed my front landing and back patio concrete slab. My house looks brand new. I recommend their service and will use them again when my house gets dirty to keep that newly painted look for the exterior of my home. I bought a Groupon for carpet cleaning service. The first weekend Central Pressure Wash (Mark) was scheduled (9am to 11am time window) he called me around 10:15 to inform me that his van had broken down and that he would call me back in 20 min to confirm whether or not he was going to be able to keep the appointment. Two hours later I received a call from him saying he would not be able to keep the appointment. We immediately scheduled for the following weekend for the 9am to 11am window. The next weekend I had not heard anything from Mark at 10:30am so I texted him to make sure I was still on the schedule. No response. At 11:30am I called him. He answered and said that he still didn't have transportation but that his business partner was supposed to be in contact with me. Mark told me he would contact his partner and have him call me. I never heard from anyone after that. I feel very confident that I wouldn't have heard from Mark at all had I not reached out myself. Two weekends in a row, I cleared my schedule and spent time removing everything from the floors for absolutely nothing. I contacted Groupon to let them know about the lack of service. I do not recommend this company AT ALL. Extremely poor customer service and Groupon should not advertise them any longer. Don't bother!! read more
