My chat session with Anna got disrupted and I reached Belle again so I asked her what should I be doing next. Belle here kept on berating me about the things I failed to do which she assumed I was being too difficult not to follow. I told her I just need the steps again because Anna's chat window got refreshed so does she think I memorise the steps by heart. That's only when she sent me how to upload the bank proof and explained it in an abhorrent manner before ending the chat session abruptly. She needs a retraining with compassion towards customers because this is not supposed to happen in the first place if only she didn't give me her canned response last time we chat. I asked her that time if she sees an error when Veem transfers the fund to my bank account (because it was just created last Friday) and her response was "the process just got delayed and it's normal". Now Anna confirmed to me that there's an error that's why she asked me to upload the bank statement, which should save both our time if Belle wasn't too eager to get off my hair that day.
