They got the surface, but that's about all. I gave Harvey and his team at Nook and Cranny a try and am so glad I did. Harvey came out to my house and did a quick walkthrough with me and provided costs and frequency recommendations. We had the initial cleaning a couple of weeks later and have had three biweekly cleanings since then. Oh, my! They do such a good job. The house sparkles when Sophia is finished. She is awesome! I cannot say enough good things about the cleaning. She spends about four to four and a half hours each time at my house (2,200 square feet) and does such a good job. She gets to work as soon as she arrives (which is always on time!) and is careful as she works. I haven't had any concerns with her being in my home, with or without me here. I had specified that on my telephone appointment. I booked for 90$ 2 hr minimum, as that seemed a reasonable amount of time for the job. The cleaning woman arrived 30 mins late and could not find my unit. I had to escort her. She looked too stressed right from the off set. I specified again that I need my kitchen - esply the stove and bathroom cleaned well. After about 20 mins she tells me, I can't clean the stove properly as I don't have that stove cleaning solution and it's too much work for 2 hrs. I asked her to finish as much as possible in 2 hrs. I called the owner of the company, who after talking to her cleaner, told me that he wasn't aware that this was a "move out cleaning" and that this would require more time. Also, they can't clean the stove glass as that would damage the surface. In case I am not agreeable to "extending the time" which would cost me more money, he would rather tell the cleaner to walk out than stressing her out and rushing her. I some how managed to get the kitchen and bath cleaned in 2 hrs for 90$ and then let the woman leave. I later realized that even those two were not managed well in 2hrs!! I was pretty disappointed by the entire experience!! I would not recommend these folks to any one! I'd rather pay an extra 20$ to any one else and get the job done without facing such harassment!

Not only was the service much less than promised. The owner's attitude is THE most disgusting attitude I have heard in years.
