So disappointed in Heather and her team. Things started great - Heather responded quickly came and did a walk through ahead of time. Her team showed up on time and got to work. I walked through the house before they left and brought it to Heather's attention that the window sills upstairs hadn't been cleaned (I paid 2x the regular price for a deep cleaning which included window sills). She apologized and went up to clean them - the next day I realized they cleaned the sills in my room, but didn't even touch my guest room. Her team cleaned the obvious spaces (countertops, floors) but didn't both moving things out of the way to clean. It was nighttime when I did the walk through and didn't notice all of the dust that was left. The next day, I noticed the fan and light fixtures were not cleaned and had a dust build up, they didn't move my sofas to clean underneath and it was dusty and dirty, my bed post hadn't been dusted/wiped down. Lastly she tried to charge me 50% more than the agreed up on price because the job took so long. She did ultimately agree to the original price but how unprofessional. I shouldn't have to walk through my house to make sure it's cleaned thoroughly when I'm paying a professional. I would not recommend. read more

I intervened as her helper was leaving behind the television untouched. It was VERY dusty. I asked her to go back to it and she did. BUT if I weren't there it wouldn't have been done. I'm giving 2 stars because the tile walls around bathtub was done very well. Otherwise I would give one star. my main problem is the $40 an hour price for each person. At that price they should be meticulous professionals. After 7 years in our rental house with 2 dogs and a cat, move out cleaning was no small chore and we were dreading the task to hiring someone to clean it up. Heather was responsive, realistic and if I can say, obsessed, but in a good way. While other cleaning companies were low balling the price just to get me to sign, Heather wanted to make sure I was going to be happy and was reasonable and realistic with her pricing. Not the lowest bid, but something about Heather just felt right and I knew she was going to live up to her word. AND SHE DID!!!!! When she got to the house for the first time, she called and told me that the amount of work was going to increase the budget but I would not be satisfied otherwise. I listened to what she had to say and told her we had just paid for movers, 2 months rent on two houses while we're moving out and that my budget was kinda tight. She gave me a packaged price for the cleaning and shampooing the carpets (4 bedroom home) that worked and I have never been happier with a purchase. The house is immaculate and looked better than when we moved in. Carpets were spotless (yes pun intended), as was the rest of the house from the ceilings to the baseboards and everything in between leaving the appliances looking brand new, which they were when we moved in! Yes, there were issues with the original time sometimes being pushed back because other jobs took longer than expected - however, we were always kept informed regarding schedule changes. I sold my home and had scheduled a move out clean with the following company: https://northsidehomeservices.com. I spoke with Desiree who appeared to be very professional. She set up a contract and the appointment for 7:00 am on Monday August 6th. I received a text message from her at 7:00 am on the day of the scheduled clean advising that traffic was horrible and could we push it back to 8:30 am. I said Yes. I texted her around 9:15 am and she she said she was in route. Around 9:30 I called and texted her. She never responded. I was so upset because I had scheduled the clearing a week in advance. My house was set to close the next day on Tuesday. I started calling around to see who could help me with such a short notice. I went on Yelp and found the Cleaning Doctors.
