So disappointed in Heather and her team. Things started great - Heather responded quickly came and did a walk through ahead of time. Her team showed up on time and got to work. I walked through the house before they left and brought it to Heather's attention that the window sills upstairs hadn't been cleaned (I paid 2x the regular price for a deep cleaning which included window sills). She apologized and went up to clean them - the next day I realized they cleaned the sills in my room, but didn't even touch my guest room. Her team cleaned the obvious spaces (countertops, floors) but didn't both moving things out of the way to clean. It was nighttime when I did the walk through and didn't notice all of the dust that was left. The next day, I noticed the fan and light fixtures were not cleaned and had a dust build up, they didn't move my sofas to clean underneath and it was dusty and dirty, my bed post hadn't been dusted/wiped down. Lastly she tried to charge me 50% more than the agreed up on price because the job took so long. She did ultimately agree to the original price but how unprofessional. I shouldn't have to walk through my house to make sure it's cleaned thoroughly when I'm paying a professional. I would not recommend. read more

see photo of FOUR surfaces in bathroom that didn't even get touched. They were emptied of my stuff so it wasn't a clutter problem. on the mantle was cobwebs behind a glass lantern. see photos. I intervened as her helper was leaving behind the television untouched. It was VERY dusty. I asked her to go back to it and she did. BUT if I weren't there it wouldn't have been done. I'm giving 2 stars because the tile walls around bathtub was done very well. Otherwise I would give one star. my main problem is the $40 an hour price for each person. At that price they should be meticulous professionals. They were not. update: To Heather's credit I did add the back porch and help carrying stuff into crawlspace, taking time away from them. read more

Heather did an incredible job cleaning our house. She is so meticulous and careful and thoughtful. We were moving out of state after 3 years in our home, and Heather put me completely at ease. Nothing I requested of her seemed to bother her one bit. Get the crayon off the wall? No problem. Remove sticker residue and stains on the floor? Sure thing. She even steam mopped the floors and then waxed everything. Our 50 year old house looked brand new. I would recommend Heather to anyone looking for a beautifully clean home, and especially to anyone needing a move out clean! I am blown away. read more

After 7 years in our rental house with 2 dogs and a cat, move out cleaning was no small chore and we were dreading the task to hiring someone to clean it up. Heather was responsive, realistic and if I can say, obsessed, but in a good way. While other cleaning companies were low balling the price just to get me to sign, Heather wanted to make sure I was going to be happy and was reasonable and realistic with her pricing. Not the lowest bid, but something about Heather just felt right and I knew she was going to live up to her word. AND SHE DID!!!!! When she got to the house for the first time, she called and told me that the amount of work was going to increase the budget but I would not be satisfied otherwise. I listened to what she had to say and told her we had just paid for movers, 2 months rent on two houses while we're moving out and that my budget was kinda tight. She gave me a packaged price for the cleaning and shampooing the carpets (4 bedroom home) that worked and I have never been happier with a purchase. The house is immaculate and looked better than when we moved in. Carpets were spotless (yes pun intended), as was the rest of the house from the ceilings to the baseboards and everything in between leaving the appliances looking brand new, which they were when we moved in! I can't say enough good things about the Doctors and especially Heather. If you need a quality job at a fair, reasonable price from a quality team, The Cleaning Doctors is who you need to call. I will be referring my friends and family to them and using them again whenever the need/opportunity arises. Oh, and this job was done 100% online, by text, phone and mutual trust. Thanks Heather! read more

Positives: Heather is very nice She did a good job She asked me if there was anything that I wanted cleaned better before she finished Negatives: She ran about 45 mins late arriving Her price went up $65 from initial quote she gave me over the phone after I described what the job would entail over phone without warning me before cleaning. read more

Heather and her crew were great! They took their time to do a thorough deep cleaning on our 3 bed 3.5 bath townhome. Before scheduling our appointment, I listed out the must-needed items to be cleaned, and she gave me a price range that included all of it and honored that pricing when it came to time of paying. It took her and 2 other people roughly 3.5-4 hours to finish. I had 3 yappy dogs with me that day, but Heather assured me they were no issue at all even though they kept barking every time they saw her -_- I will definitely use Heather's services again! read more

I got my apartment cleaned by "The Cleaning Doctors" and they knocked it out of the park! I was expecting clean but they got everything down to the dog slobber off the wall which I thought was permanent, my tub/shower was squeaky clean, my baseboards were spotless. My place was cleaner than it ever has been including at my move in. I will be having them come monthly. Great price, wonderful customer service, thorough work, trustworthy people. They were great! My family came home and walked around the house saying, "Wow! wow! wow!" as they went into each room lol

I called Heather on a Saturday and she had her crew out in a few days to clean a recently-vacated rental house. They did a terrific job on the house, especially the kitchen. The oven and fridge went from gross to almost brand-new. They cleaned every inch and Heather was honest about the state of the carpets. I asked her to shampoo for an extra charge, but she thought they were too far gone to salvage. The price maybe was a smidge higher than I've paid before, but honestly, you get what you pay for and they will be my go-to next time I need a deep clean. read more

Heather and her team have cleaned three properties for us. One being readied for rental and other two prepped for sale. Yes, there were issues with the original time sometimes being pushed back because other jobs took longer than expected - however, we were always kept informed regarding schedule changes. Things happen. Yes, the first job cost was higher than expected; but, that was not a big surprise given the layout, deep clean need, etc. The other two were as quoted. Bottom line, All three places got an average 4 - 5 hour cleaning and all were absolutely spotless when done. Once life calms down for us, we plan to use this company for our personal residence. read more

I needed a cleaning service for a deep clean since we were selling our home. I reached out to The Cleaning Doctors due to the positive reviews. What can I say about Heather!! This woman works HARD!! I liked her the moment I met her for the initial walkthrough. She was timely, super sweet and easy going. Heather made sure she addressed every area and even walked through the home with me again to make sure her and Ashley didn't miss anything. She is thorough and our townhome looked and smelled clean!! We are seeking her services again to clean our new home before moving in!! Thanks again Heather!! read more

They do a great job when they show up but the consistency is horrible. Multiple missed appointments and even appointments where they don't show up and don't even call to let you know that they are not coming really difficult when you are managing your schedule and your life. But they do a good job but professionalism is lacking read more

I just hired the Cleaning Doctors and I have to say they went above and beyond for my home. I had several boxes placed in the wrong rooms and tons of clothes to unpack .. I mean seriously... hundreds of dresses, pants and skirts. They did not fuss, they got to work and they were so professional. We lost an important item that we couldn't find in the midst of the several boxes that they needed to unpack and they were kind enough to help me find it. They came to my home as business, but when it was time to leave it felt like family. I plan on hiring them again to clean my home. read more

So impressed with the quality and the professionalism! I had a great experience scheduling a move out clean even relatively last minute on my part - Heather was super responsive and helpful, and my apartment has never looked or smelled better. I sold my home and had scheduled a move out clean with the following company: https://northsidehomeservices.com. I spoke with Desiree who appeared to be very professional. She set up a contract and the appointment for 7:00 am on Monday August 6th. I received a text message from her at 7:00 am on the day of the scheduled clean advising that traffic was horrible and could we push it back to 8:30 am. I said Yes. I texted her around 9:15 am and she she said she was in route. Around 9:30 I called and texted her. She never responded. I was so upset because I had scheduled the clearing a week in advance. My house was set to close the next day on Tuesday. I started calling around to see who could help me with such a short notice. I went on Yelp and found the Cleaning Doctors. Heather was so nice and pleasant and came over to my house an hour later and said she could do the move out clean for me. She and the other young lady cleaned the house in 3 hours. They saved the day for me and did at a fair price. I am soooooo THANKFUL for Heather and her crew. She made a stressful morning easy for me! Thank you HEATHER! read more
