I loved the menu set-up for base price and option choices, as well as the fact that she got back to me within the hour to confirm. She sent me 2 reminder emails which were very helpful and professional. After Melinda and her crew left, I felt like I needed to put my sunglasses on! They were able to transform his townhouse into a spotless home, ready for showing. Some of the unexpected services included: transforming the stove to look like it was brand new and had just been purchased and delivered; scrubbing the grout joints in the tile topped kitchen table; cleaning the INSIDE of the dishwasher door; even cleaning out the crumb tray of the toaster! The tub and shower stalls now glisten; they even wiped down the light switches and plates, and wiped down all stair handrails so that they looked like they had just been repainted white! Melinda and her crew were very friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. They truly exceeded my expectations. Oh, and did I mention that as they were leaving, they cleaned the exterior front door, surrounding wood trim, and scrubbed the threshold to help prospective buyers get the best first impression when they entered? WOW! Melinda , Michael and team were Fantastic! They exceeded my expectations. booking was extremely easy. Melinda was prompt at getting back to my husband and I regarding any questions we had big or small. WOW!!! I am so impressed!!! Yesterday I contacted Melinda via yelp as a first time customer in need of a customized cleaning (downstairs base boards and doors, master bathroom and master bedroom). She was wonderfully quick and friendly with her response to my inquiry and explained the process of booking the appointment, how to reserve the time slot, and offered an appointment right away for this morning! Melinda did a move-in house cleaning for us and was very thorough with the job. She cleaned all the nooks and crannies, leaving no stone unturned. She knew that we have young children and made sure to sanitize all the knobs, handles and switches kids loooove to touch too. The very first night we moved in, I felt extremely comfortable knowing that the bathrooms were clean and sanitized for our use. The kitchen and floors also looked amazing. We had just had solid flooring put in the downstairs area so there had been a lot of dust everywhere. Once Melinda tackled the home, all of the debris was gone! I really like the fact that she uses HEPA equipment and allergen free products too. Everything looked and smelled amazing. I absolutely recommend Melinda for your house cleaning needs. This company's crew does a great job cleaning. Our home looks awesome when they leave! They are friendly, punctual and strive to please the customer. They have a checklist they work from, so you know exactly what is supposed to be done. After each job, someone from the crew does a walk through with you or asks you to walk through and let them know about anything you are not pleased with or that you thinks needs more attention. They attempt to remedy any problems you have before leaving. I have been very pleased with Brite Touch. They have exceeded my expectations! I like dealing with small companies and when you find one that actually does a great job is rare these days, I can say that Melinda and her crew did an excellent job for my aunts home in Duluth!
